Starting 1 July 2020, Bank Indonesia requires all debit card and credit card transactions in Indonesia to use a PIN to increase security and convenience.
Make sure you have activated and changed your PIN to enjoy various exciting offers from Danamon Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and/or Charge Cards to accompany you and your family throughout the year, through the following easy channels and steps:

Activate your Credit Card!
Activate your Danamon Credit Card and/or Charge Card in one of the following ways:

Receive your 6 Digit Credit Card PIN!
For new card users or if you forgot your PIN, get your 6 Digit PIN by following the steps below:

Change your Credit Card 6 Digit PIN!
Change your Visa, Mastercard® & American Express Credit Card PIN in the following ways:
- Through the PIN change menu at Danamon ATMs (Danamon ATM locations click here).
- Contact Hello Danamon service via 1-500-090
*Only for mobile numbers from Telkomsel, Indosat, and XL providers. For users of mobile numbers from other providers, please contact Hello Danamon 1-500-090 for card activation, PIN request, or PIN change.
- Always keep your PIN confidential. Do not share your 6-digit PIN with anyone, including those on behalf of the Bank.
