Airport Lounge Service Features

General Terms and Conditions of the Airport Lounge Access Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to holders of Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cardholders”) who participate in the Airport Lounge Access Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) to access airport lounge facilities in collaboration with Bank Danamon, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

By participating, Cardholders agree to and are bound by all provisions stated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program will be conducted during the period from March 1st, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Holders of the Danamon American Express® Platinum Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Business Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Elite™ Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon American Express® Gold Card, Danamon American Express® Green Card, Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card, and Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card (“Cardholders”).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card owned by the Cardholder must be active, not in arrears, and not blocked.
  3. Cardholders must present a boarding pass (either physical or electronic) and a valid Danamon Credit or Charge Card when accessing the Airport Lounge. Cardholders are required to make a transaction of IDR 100 (one hundred rupiah) on the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine or sign a manual lounge slip as proof of lounge access if the EDC service is unavailable.
  4. Cardholders must ensure that the name on the boarding pass and the Danamon Credit or Charge Card matches the Cardholder’s name.

    a) The D-Point deduction period or airport lounge access fee (for customers who do not meet the criteria) refers to the deduction period table stated in the feature’s terms and conditions 

  6. For each Danamon American Express® Platinum Card, access is limited to 2 (two) persons per card.
  7. For each Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Business Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Elite™ Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon American Express® Gold Card, and Danamon American Express® Green Card, the benefit applies to only one (1) person per card.
  8. Holders of Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Business Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon American Express® Gold Card, and Danamon American Express® Green Card are required to have a minimum total retail transaction amount of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) on their most recent billing statement for the Danamon Credit Card used to access the airport lounge. If the total transaction amount requirement is not met, a fee of IDR 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) will be charged per visit.
  9. For each Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card and Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card, a fee will be charged in addition to what is regulated in item 5, namely a deduction of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) D-Points. If the Cardholder does not have sufficient D-Points, a fee of IDR 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) will be charged. This applies to only one (1) person per card for each Danamon Visa Platinum Credit Card and Danamon Mastercard® Platinum Credit Card.
  10. The transactions counted towards the minimum transaction requirement referred to in point 8 above are retail purchase transactions and do not include monthly recurring bill payments (Bill Payment), installments, cash withdrawals (Cash Advance), insurance payments, canceled transactions, and fund transfers (Money Transfer).
  11. If the holder of a Danamon Mastercard® World Credit Card, Danamon Mastercard® World Business Credit Card, Danamon Visa Infinite Credit Card, Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, Danamon American Express® Gold Card, or Danamon American Express® Green Card does not meet the transaction criteria mentioned in point 8 above, the cardholder will be charged a fee of IDR 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah), which will be billed to the Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card used when entering the airport lounge.
  12. The D-Point deduction period or airport lounge access fee (for cardholders who do not meet the criteria) for the credit card types mentioned above will be carried out during the following period:

  14. This Program is not valid for Danamon Credit Cards and Danamon Charge Cards other than those specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  15. By making transactions in accordance with the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any transactions made by the Cardholder shall serve as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for complaint handling can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The services and amenities provided by the airport lounge are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are entirely the responsibility of the respective airport lounge. If you have any complaints and/or issues related to the airport lounge, please contact the relevant lounge directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership,” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Membership.” In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  4. All transactions must not be indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there is any report of suspected fraud, misconduct, and/or irregular transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or the use of features by the respective Cardholder.
  6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the use of features if the Cardholder does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify the Cardholder within a reasonable period or as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations through Bank Danamon branch offices and/or other communication media based on the latest data recorded with Bank Danamon.
  8. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within the specified period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service after settling all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  9. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  10. Procedures regarding Cardholder complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  11. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  12. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

WARNING

Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
