Prima Car Ownership Credit (KPM)

I. Program Description
The General Terms and Conditions of the Prima Car Ownership Credit Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Prima Car Ownership Credit Program (KPM) Prima (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira Finance”).

The KPM Prima Program is a financing program for new or used passenger cars and commercial vehicles managed by Adira Finance, a subsidiary of Bank Danamon, offered to Bank Danamon customers through Bank Danamon branches and also through the Bank Danamon mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO, and the Bank Danamon website.

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows

II. Program Period
The program period runs from 4 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”).


III. KPM Prima Benefits
  1. KPM Prima's special interest rate starting at 2,49% per annum is a flat and fixed rate for the duration of the financing period.
  2. Conventional and sharia schemes are available.  
  3. Comprehensive insurance includes:
    • Vehicle Insurance
    • Personal Accident Insurance (PA)
    • Extended Insurance (Natural Disasters, Civil Unrest and Third Party Risks) – Optional

IV. Participant Criteria and Document Requirements for KPM Prima
The criteria for customers who can apply for the KPM Prima financing product are as follows:
  1. Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account (not dormant).
  2. Customers must be Indonesian citizens.
  3. Customers are required to use the autodebit facility from their Danamon Bank account as the method of payment for installments. The autodebit registration process can be done at the nearest Danamon or Adira branch.
  4. The customer's occupation is employee, professional or entrepreneur.
  5. Length of employment:
    • Employees must have worked for at least 1 (one) year at the same company.
    • Professionals must have worked for at least 2 (two) years.
    • Entrepreneurs must have worked for at least 2 (two) years.
  6. Minimum age is 21 (twenty-one) years old or married
  7. The maximum age at the end of the tenor is 55 (fifty-five) years old.
  8. Passed the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) check by the Financial Services Authority and not listed on the Bank Indonesia Blacklist.

  10. The application process, including the analysis of the KPM Prima product, is the sole responsibility of Adira Finance, and Bank Danamon is not liable for Adira Finance's decision regarding the KPM Prima credit application submitted by the Customer.

VI. General Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Customers are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. By submitting a KPM Prima application through D-Bank PRO, which will then be redirected to Adira Finance's page, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The submission of the KPM Prima application is valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

VII. Terms and Conditions of the 1 Million Electronic Balance Cashback Program from Gopay

  1. The program is valid for customers who apply for KPM Prima from 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2025 through D-Bank PRO, which will then be redirected to the Adira Finance page, and whose applications have been approved by Adira Finance and disbursed by 31 January 2026 at the latest.  
  2. Customers who have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are entitled to a cashback of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) in Gopay Electronic Balance with the following details:

  3. The process to get 1 million Gopay electronic balance cashback:
    • Cashback will be sent directly to the Gopay Wallet Balance and customers will receive a notification of cashback receipt on the Gopay application connected to the mobile phone number used by the customer to apply for the KPM Prima facility.
    • Cashback will be sent to customers no later than 30 working days after the customer's financing application is approved and disbursed.
    • Customers will only receive cashback if they have paid the first installment for ADDB (Installment at the End) applications or the second installment for ADDM (Installment Paid in Advance) applications on time.
  4. Adira Finance is not responsible for any failure in the cashback receipt process if there are changes to the personal details and telephone number provided in the application.
  5. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
VIII. Customer Complaints
  1. Customers can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

IX. Other Terms and Conditions
  1. The credit products marketed by Adira Finance are KPM Prima products from Adira Finance, which are marketed through a partnership with Bank Danamon and are not Bank Danamon products. All responsibility and risk associated with these credit products are solely the responsibility of Adira Finance. Therefore, any issues or complaints regarding the products and/or services should be directed to Adira Finance. The use of Bank Danamon's logo or attributes is solely intended to indicate the collaboration between Adira Finance and Bank Danamon.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services’/‘General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services’ and ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the benefits, risks, fees and/or terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
  4. The Bank will notify and confirm any additions to obligations, reductions in benefits and/or rights (“Changes”) to the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the Changes take effect (“Change Notification Period”) through the Bank's branches and/or other media in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. The Customer understands that for certain Changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the Change Notification Period may be exempted.
  6. If the Customer does not agree to the Changes, the Customer may submit their objections to the Bank within the Change Notification Period. The Customer has the right to terminate the Card membership by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that the Bank will consider the Customer to have agreed to the Changes if the Customer does not submit any objections within the Change Notification Period.
  8. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  9. For every late payment of instalments that exceeds the due date, the Customer will be charged a penalty in accordance with the applicable fees at Adira Finance.
  10. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, and/or revoke any prizes awarded to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  11. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by virtue of a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  12. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  13. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).

IV. Participant Criteria and Document Requirements for KPM Prima Motor
The criteria for customers who can apply for KPM Prima Motor financing products are as follows:
  1. Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account.
  2. Customers must be Indonesian citizens.
