Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL)

The General Terms and Conditions of the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Product (“General Terms and Conditions of the Product”) are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers who apply for the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) (“Product”) offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira Finance”).

The Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Product is a cash loan product secured by a Vehicle Ownership Certificate (BPKB) for a car and/or motorcycle, managed by Adira Finance, a subsidiary of Bank Danamon, and offered to Bank Danamon customers through Bank Danamon branches and also through the Bank Danamon’s mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO, and the Bank Danamon’s website.

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

The program period runs from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”).
  1. Fixed interest rate/ujrah starting from 0.46% per month for one-year financing.
  2. Conventional and sharia schemes available.
  3. No provision fee for motorcycle ownership certificate (BPKB) as collateral
  4. Simpler credit document requirements
  5. Comprehensive insurance covering:
    1. TLO: Total Lost Only 
    2. All Risk 
The criteria for customers who can apply for this Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) product are as follows:
  1. Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account (not dormant).
  2. Customers must be Indonesian citizens.
  3. Customers must be employed, professionals or entrepreneurs.
  4. Length of employment:
    o Minimum 1 (one) year of employment at the same company.
    o Minimum 2 (two) years of professional experience.
    o Minimum 2 (two) years of entrepreneurial experience.
  5. Minimum age is 21 (twenty-one) years or married.
  6. Maximum age at the end of the tenor is 55 (fifty-five) years old.
  7. Passed the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) check by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and not listed in the Bank Indonesia's National Blacklist.

  9. The application process, including the analysis of the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) product, is the sole responsibility of Adira Finance. Therefore, Bank Danamon is not liable for any decisions made by Adira Finance regarding the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) credit applications submitted by customers.

  1. The credit products marketed by Adira Finance are KPM Prima and Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) products from Adira Finance, which are marketed through a partnership with Bank Danamon and are not Bank Danamon products. All responsibility and risk associated with these credit products are solely the responsibility of Adira Finance. Therefore, any issues or complaints regarding the products and/or services should be directed to Adira Finance. The use of Bank Danamon's logo or attributes is solely for the purpose of indicating the collaboration between Adira Finance and Bank Danamon.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services’/‘General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services’ and ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the benefits, risks, fees and/or terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
  4. The Bank shall notify and confirm any additions to obligations, reductions in benefits and/or rights (“Changes”) to the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days prior to the effective date of the Changes (“Change Notification Period”) through the Bank's branches and/or other media in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. The Customer understands that for certain Changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the Change Notification Period may be exempted.
  6. If the Customer does not agree to the Changes, the Customer may submit their objections to the Bank within the Change Notification Period. The Customer has the right to terminate the Card membership by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to the Bank (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that the Bank will deem the Customer to have agreed to the Changes if the Customer does not submit any objections within the Change Notification Period.
  8. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  9. For every late payment of instalments that exceeds the due date, the Customer will be charged a penalty in accordance with the applicable fees at Adira Finance.
  10. If there are indications of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or revoke any prizes given to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  11. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  12. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  13. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).

WARNING

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
