These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Travel Fair Special 70th Anniversary Balance Top-Up Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon Travel Fair Special 70th Anniversary Balance Top-Up Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The Program is valid from 6 July 2026 to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participant Criteria

    This Program is open only to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria (“Customers”):

    1. Individuals;
    2. Danamon Privilege customers or customers in the Optimal segment at Bank Danamon;
    3. Hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO or Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account;
    4. Have activated D-Bank PRO; and
    5. Not an employee of Bank Danamon, its subsidiaries or affiliates.
  3. Program Terms and Conditions
    1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Program Participant’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
    4. Specific customers selected and invited by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s official communication channels (“Invited Customers”) may participate in the Program in:

    6. All customers participating in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Program Participation Form.
    7. Customers must place a hold on funds and foreign exchange transactions via the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account included in the Program, with the amounts as set out in the following table:

    8. Customers who have held funds and carried out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program may receive a grand prize in the form of a voucher for the purchase of products available at the Danamon Travel Fair, with a discount of 70 percent (seventy percent) of the transaction value, up to a maximum of the “Maximum Voucher Value” as set out in the table below (“Grand Prize”):

      Note:

      *) The voucher reward that customers will receive is a 70% discount voucher valid for transactions at the Danamon Travel Fair, up to the maximum amount specified under ‘Maximum Voucher Value’ above.

      **) Availability of the quota will be confirmed by Bank Danamon staff before the Customer completes and signs the Program Participation Form. The Program offer is subject to the available quota. If the Grand Prize quota has been met, the Program cannot be offered to the Customer and registration will be closed by Bank Danamon.

    9. In addition to the Grand Prize, Customers also have the opportunity to receive an additional prize in the form of 1 (one) chance to take part in the Lucky Draw whilst quotas are available (“Lucky Draw Additional Prize”), subject to the following conditions:

    10. Funds included in this Program must be fresh funds, namely:
      1. Funds transferred to the Program Participant’s account at Bank Danamon from a bank account other than one held at Bank Danamon, no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the account being blocked.
      2. This does not apply to cash deposits made via ATMs or at teller counters at Bank Danamon branches.
    11. For foreign exchange transactions conducted via D-Bank PRO or at a Bank Danamon branch, the blocking of funds and the signing of the Program Participation Form must be carried out on the same day.
    12. Specifically, Privilege Customers participating in the Fund Placement Scheme (in Rupiah/IDR) may also block funds at the Danamon Travel Fair (refer to the table set out in point III.7, subject to the following additional conditions:
      1. If the deposit and holding of funds are not carried out simultaneously, the Customer must first make an initial deposit and hold funds amounting to IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) at the Danamon Travel Fair, with the remainder to be completed at a Bank Danamon branch no later than 2 (two) weeks after the Danamon Travel Fair.
      2. Foreign exchange transactions with a minimum transaction value of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) must be carried out on the day the Customer deposits and holds the initial funds.
      3. If the Customer fails to deposit and hold the remaining funds within a maximum of 2 (two) weeks after the Danamon Travel Fair, the Customer will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee equivalent to the prize amount and tax.
    13. Bank Danamon will hold the Program Participant’s account in accordance with the Amount of Funds Held as stated on the Form.
    14. If a Participant cancels their participation in this Program, the Customer must visit the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program and sign the Program Cancellation Form. Upon such cancellation, the Customer will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. The Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee shall be paid by the Customer in a single installment by Bank Danamon debiting the Bank Danamon account held in the Program Participant’s name.
    15. Should the Customer cancel their participation in the Program, they will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee in accordance with the Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee set out in the table in clause III.7.
    16. Each Customer may only participate in this Program once; participation is not cumulative.
    17. This Program cannot be combined with other deposit Programs and/or promotions.
    18. Funds held under this Program cannot be counted as deposits for other Programs organised by Bank Danamon.
    19. Customers will continue to receive interest (conventional) or profit-sharing (Sharia) in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
    20. Customers who have joined the Program in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“Referrers”) may refer friends, family members or other individuals to join this Program, subject to the following conditions:
      1. The Referrer and the referred Customer must participate in the Program under the same fund blocking tier, with a minimum amount of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah), in accordance with point III.7 above.
      2. The Referrer may only refer 1 (one) Customer during the Program Period.
      3. Each Referrer and the other Customer they refer are entitled to receive 1 (one) discount voucher, equivalent to the voucher’s face value, for the purchase of products sold at the Danamon Travel Fair event (“Additional Voucher Reward”), subject to the following reward amounts and Referrer quotas:

  4. Terms and Conditions for the Awarding of Prizes
    1. The Grand Prize, Lucky Draw Additional Prizes and/or Voucher Additional Prizes (“Prizes”) will be awarded by the Bank after the Bank has verified and validated that the Customer/Referrer and the referred Customer have fulfilled the participation requirements, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program.
    2. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances, cannot be transferred by the Customer to any other party, and are not cumulative.
    3. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to award Prizes if:
      1. the Customer/Referrer and/or the referred Customer do not meet the Program’s requirements;
      2. There are indications of misuse of the Program or non-compliance with the applicable terms and conditions.
    4. The following terms apply specifically to the Grand Prize and Additional Voucher Prizes:
      1. Bank Danamon will only award the Grand Prize and Additional Voucher Prizes at the Danamon Travel Fair event.
      2. The Grand Prize and Additional Voucher Prizes may only be used for product purchases at the Danamon Travel Fair on the same day as the respective prizes are received.
      3. Product purchases must be made using a Danamon Debit/ATM Card or Credit Card at the Danamon Travel Fair.
      4. Both the Main Prize and the Additional Voucher Prize are valid for a single purchase invoice only; they cannot be combined across multiple invoices, cannot be split between bills, and cannot be used more than once.
      5. Customers understand and agree that prizes in the form of vouchers will be treated as interest received by the customer on their deposited funds. Therefore, if the value of the voucher exceeds the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation for savings accounts, the excess amount is not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Customers may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate at any Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon on 1-500-900, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    5. The following terms and conditions apply to the Lucky Draw prize:
      1. If the Lucky Draw prize quota has been exhausted, customers will not receive a Lucky Draw prize.
      2. Lucky Draw prizes will be received directly by customers during the Danamon Travel Fair event.
    6. Bank Danamon applies the applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax liabilities arising from the Program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the respective customer towards the tax authorities.
  5. Power of Attorney
    1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) to hold and release a sum of funds in accordance with the Program Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) to debit the Program Participant’s account with Bank Danamon for the payment of Penalty Fees/Prize Replacement Fees should the Customer cancel the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form or fail to freeze the remaining funds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The authority granted by the Customer in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution; and so long as the Program Participant’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully discharged, such authority may not be revoked nor shall it terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Article 1813 (termination of a power of attorney: upon revocation by the attorney-in-fact; upon notification of termination by the attorney-in-fact; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney-in-fact), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he or she so wishes, and, if there are grounds for doing so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to handle the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, with effect from the date on which the latter is notified of such appointment) The Civil Code and these powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program .
  6. Program Risk
    1. If the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including by failing to block funds and/or carry out foreign exchange transactions, they will not receive the Reward.
    2. If the quota for rewards/vouchers has been exhausted, the Customer will not receive any rewards/vouchers.

    Scenario Explanation:

    • Customers A, B, C and D receive rewards based on their transaction amounts in the form of a 70% (seventy percent) discount voucher for the Travel Fair and are each given one opportunity to enter the lucky draw.
    • Customer E does not receive any reward as the booking date falls outside the Program period.
    • Customer F receives a reward based on their transaction amount in the form of a 70% (seventy percent) Travel Fair discount voucher, is given one chance to enter the lucky draw, and receives an Additional Voucher Prize for referring friends, family or others to join the Program.
  8. Customer Complaints
    1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    2. Procedures regarding the complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. Products and/or services provided by the travel agencies Dwidaya, Golden Rama, Bayu Buana, Dewi Wisata, Antavaya, Nusantara, TX Travel, Sanel, RUT and Sentosa, as well as the relevant airlines, are not the products or responsibility of Bank Danamon; they are therefore entirely the responsibility of the travel agencies Dwidaya, Golden Rama, Bayu Buana, Dewi Wisata, Antavaya, Nusantara, TX Travel, Sanel, RUT and Sentosa, and the relevant airlines. Should you encounter any difficulties and/or have any complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact the travel agencies Dwidaya, Golden Rama, Bayu Buana, Dewi Wisata, Antavaya, Nusantara, TX Travel, Sanel, RUT and Sentosa and the relevant airlines.
    2. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services” or the “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”, the “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO”, “General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account”, “General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings Account”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
    3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    4. The process of verifying and approving the opening of banking products and/or services is entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
    5. The Customer declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions that are indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    6. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that contravene applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate participation in the Program, or withhold the Program benefits from the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    7. The Customer understands that for certain changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the Notice Period for such changes may be waived.
    8. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, by virtue of a government regulation or a court ruling, prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    9. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, Customers are advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon.
    10. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    11. The headings and terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    12. These General Terms and Conditions have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
    13. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

WARNING
Customers must be wary of fraud committed by individuals acting in the name of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties associated with or acting in the name of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.

These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Travel Fair 2026 Sharia-Specific Balance Top-Up Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon Travel Fair 2026 Sharia-Specific Balance Top-Up Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with Bank Danamon’s partner tour and travel agencies.

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The program runs from 6 July to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participants Criteria
    1. This program is open only to individual Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria (“Customers”):
    2. are registered as Danamon Privilege customers or Optimal segment customers at Bank Danamon;
    3. hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account;
    4. hold and be registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
    5. not be registered as an employee of Bank Danamon, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates at the time of joining the Program.
  3. Program Terms and Conditions
    1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

    4. Bank Danamon is collaborating with Dago Wisata Internasional, Tunas Travel, Meida Wisata, Wanda Fatimah Zahra, Tridaya Pesona Wisata, Siar Harmain Internasional, and Kafilah Maghfirah (“Partners”) in organising this Program.
    5. Specifically, certain Customers selected and invited by Bank Danamon via Bank Danamon’s official communication channels, such as email, the Danamon Corporate Website, e-flyers, etc. (“Invited Customers”), may participate in the Program on:

    11. Funds deposited and held by Customers in Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings accounts participating in the Programme must be fresh funds, namely: (i) funds deposited in cash into the account via a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) funds transferred into the account from another bank account.
    12. For foreign exchange transactions carried out via D-Bank PRO or at a Bank Danamon branch, the holding of funds and the signing of the Mandatory Program Participation Form must be completed on the same day.
    13. Specifically, Privilege Customers participating in the Fund Placement Scheme (in Indonesian Rupiah/IDR) may also have their funds held at the Danamon Travel Fair event at a Bank Danamon branch, as per point 7 (seven) above:
    14. If the deposit and holding of funds are not carried out at the same time, the Customer must first deposit and hold an initial amount of IDR 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) at the Danamon Travel Fair, with the remainder to be deposited at a Bank Danamon branch no later than 2 (two) weeks after the Danamon Travel Fair.
    15. Foreign exchange transactions with a minimum transaction value of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) must be carried out on the day the Customer deposits and holds the initial funds.
    16. If the Customer fails to deposit and hold the remaining funds within a maximum of 2 (two) weeks after the Danamon Travel Fair, the Customer will be charged a Prize Replacement Fee equivalent to the prize amount plus tax.
    17. Bank Danamon will hold the Program Participant’s account in accordance with the Amount of Funds to be Blocked as stated in the Form.
    18. If a Participant cancels their participation in this Program, the Customer must visit the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program and sign the Program Cancellation Form. Upon such cancellation, the Customer will be charged a Prize Replacement Fee in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. The Prize Replacement Fee shall be paid by the Customer in a single installment, whereby Bank Danamon will debit the Bank Danamon account held in the Program Participant’s name.
    19. Should the Customer cancel their participation in the Program, they will be charged a Prize Replacement Fee equivalent to the value of the prize received plus a 20 percent (twenty percent) tax on the prize.
    20. This Program may only be joined once by each Customer and is not valid for multiple entries.
    21. This Program cannot be combined with other deposit programs and/or promotions.
    22. Funds blocked under this Program cannot be counted as deposits for other programs organised by Bank Danamon.
    23. Customers will continue to receive profit-sharing in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  4. Prize Awarding Terms and Conditions
    1. The Lucky Draw Grand Prize and Additional Prizes (“Prizes”) will be awarded by the Bank once the Bank has verified and validated that the Customer has met the eligibility criteria in accordance with the Program’s Terms and Conditions.
    2. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances, cannot be transferred by the Customer to any other person, and are not cumulative.
    3. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize if:
    4. The customer does not meet the Program Terms and Conditions,
    5. there are indications of misuse of the program or non-compliance with the applicable terms and conditions.
    6. The following terms and conditions apply specifically to the Grand Prize:
    7. Bank Danamon will only award the Grand Prize at the Danamon Travel Fair at the prize redemption booth.
    8. The Grand Prize may only be used at Partner booths for product purchases at the Danamon Travel Fair on the same day as the Grand Prize is received.
    9. Product purchases must be made using a Bank Danamon Debit Card or QRIS at the Travel Fair.
    10. The Grand Prize is valid for only one invoice for a product purchase transaction; it cannot be combined with multiple invoices, cannot be split between bills, and cannot be used more than 1 (one) time. The Customer understands and agrees that the Grand Prize, in the form of a voucher, will be taken into account as part of the profit-sharing amount received by the Customer on their deposit. Consequently, if the value of the voucher exceeds the maximum profit-sharing/ratio guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation for Savings Accounts, the excess portion is not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Customers may enquire about changes to the maximum profit-sharing ratio at any Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon on 1-500-090, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.idhellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    11. The following terms and conditions apply to the Lucky Draw prizes:
    12. If the Lucky Draw prize allocation has been exhausted, the customer will not receive a Lucky Draw prize.
    13. Lucky Draw prizes will be presented to customers directly during the Danamon Travel Fair.
    14. Bank Danamon applies the relevant tax regulations to this program. Any tax liabilities arising from the program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the customer respectively towards the tax authorities.
  5. Power of Attorney
    1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to:
    2. (i) to freeze and unfreeze funds in accordance with the Program Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) to debit the Program Participant’s account with Bank Danamon to cover the Prize Replacement Fee should the Customer cancel their participation in the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form or fail to freeze the remaining funds in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. The power of attorney granted by the Customer in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution; and so long as the Program Participant’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully discharged, such powers of attorney may not be revoked nor shall they terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Article 1813 (termination of a power of attorney: upon revocation by the attorney-in-fact; upon notification of termination by the attorney-in-fact; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney-in-fact), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever they so wish, and, if there are grounds for doing so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to conduct the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, with effect from the date on which the latter is notified of such appointment) The Civil Code and these powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Program Risk
    1. Customers who do not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions – including, for example, failing to place a hold on funds and/or foreign exchange transactions – will not receive a Prize.
    2. The voucher prize allocation has been exhausted, so customers cannot participate in the Program.
    3. The Lucky Draw prizes have been exhausted, so customers will not receive a Lucky Draw prize.

  8. Customers Complaints
    1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
    2. The procedure for the complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  9. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. The Partner’s products and/or services are not the products of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon; they are therefore entirely the responsibility of the Partner. Should any issues and/or complaints arise in relation to such products and/or services, Customers may contact the Partner issuing the product directly.
    2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Banking Accounts and Services”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, the “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
    3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    4. The process of verifying and approving the opening of banking products and/or services is entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
    5. The Customer declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions that are indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    6. Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate participation in the Program, or withhold Program benefits from the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    7. The Customer understands that, for certain changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the notice period for such changes may be waived.
    8. The Customer agrees that funds deposited in a savings account with a return exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Any rewards received by the Customer are also taken into account as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate at any Bank Danamon branch or via Hello Danamon.
    9. Should any provision of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    10. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, Customers are advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon.
    11. These Program Terms and Conditions are drafted in the Indonesian language. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    12. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    13. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
    14. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Customers are advised to be wary of fraud perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with, or on behalf of, Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.

These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon 70th Anniversary Flash Sale Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon 70th Anniversary Flash Sale Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon 70th Anniversary Flash Sale Program Participation Form (“Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The Program is valid from 10 July to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participant Criteria

    This Program is open only to Bank Danamon customers who meet the following criteria (“Customers”):

Bank Danamon will notify the Customer as to whether or not the Program quota has been met within a maximum of 5 (five) working days following the end of the Registration Period for each city, as set out in point III.5 above, via the communication channels available at the Bank. Should the Program quota not be met, the Bank will notify the Customer that the Program cannot be carried out.
      6. Customers may register for more than one Flash Sale item.
    7. The terms and conditions of the Flash Sale event are as follows:

If a Customer has registered as per point III.6 above and has been contacted by Bank Danamon to confirm that the Program quota has been met, the Customer is obliged to attend the Flash Sale event in accordance with their city of registration at the branch office and on the dates as follows (“Flash Sale Event”):

      2. Customers may only participate in the Flash Sale Event at the branch office as specified in point III.7.a above, in accordance with the city where the Customer registered.
      3. Customers must bring proof of identity/ID card.
      4. Customers must make a Fresh Fund deposit no later than 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the Flash Sale Event by transferring funds from another bank account into their Bank Danamon account.
      5. At the time of the Flash Sale Event, the Fresh Fund deposit as per point III.7.e above may be used by the Customer to place bids for Foreign Exchange Transactions in accordance with the multiplier requirements set out in Table III.6.c. The Customer placing the highest bid for a Foreign Exchange Transaction will be given the opportunity to purchase the Flash Sale Item at the Flash Sale Price listed in Table III.6.c.
      6. The Customer who submits the highest bid for a Foreign Exchange Transaction is obliged to execute a Foreign Exchange Transaction for the amount bid at the time of the Flash Sale Event. If the Flash Sale Event takes place outside of working days (Saturdays, Sundays and/or public holidays) or outside working hours, the Customer may place a hold on funds in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account for the amount of the Foreign Exchange Transaction previously offered during the Flash Sale Event; the Customer must then execute the Foreign Exchange Transaction within a maximum of 1 (one) working day following the Flash Sale Event. The funds will remain blocked until the Foreign Exchange Transaction is carried out.
      7. The Customer with the highest Foreign Exchange Transaction may purchase the Flash Sale Item at the Flash Sale Price as set out in point III.6.c above. That Customer must pay the Flash Sale Price to the Vendor collaborating with Bank Danamon.
      8. If the Customer with the highest foreign exchange purchase transaction fails to make payment for the Flash Sale Item, the purchase of the Flash Sale Item will be awarded to the Customer with the second-highest foreign exchange purchase transaction, and so on.
      9. If a Customer is unable to attend, they may be represented by another party on the basis of a power of attorney in the format specified by Bank Danamon.
      10. If the Customer is unable to attend and does not appoint another party to represent them, the Customer agrees and hereby authorises Bank Danamon to cancel their participation. All results obtained from the Flash Sale Program process shall be deemed valid and accepted by the Customer.
    8. The Customer understands and agrees that Foreign Exchange Transactions carried out outside the Bank’s working days and/or hours will use the exchange rate (counter rate) applicable at the time the transaction is executed.
    9. Foreign exchange transactions must be from the Indonesian Rupiah to another foreign currency.
    10. In accordance with Bank Indonesia’s regulations effective from 1 July 2026, the maximum limit for cash foreign currency purchases against the rupiah without supporting documentation (underlying) is set at USD 10,000 per person per month; therefore, should a Customer make an offer for any item under this Program that exceeds the maximum foreign currency purchase limit, the applicable regulations governing foreign currency purchases shall apply.
    11. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions set by the Bank.
    12. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Program if funds deposited and transacted under this Program are suspected of being linked to Money Laundering Offences (TPPU) and Terrorist Financing Offences (TPPT).
  4. Terms and Conditions for Collection of Flash Sale Items
    1. If the highest foreign currency purchase transaction is made on the same day as the Flash Sale Event, the Flash Sale Item will be handed over directly to the Customer at the Flash Sale Event.
    2. If the highest foreign currency purchase transaction is made on a different day from the Flash Sale Event, the Flash Sale Item may be collected by the Customer at a Danamon Branch in the city of registration within a maximum period of:
      1. 20 (twenty) working days (for vouchers)
      2. 45 (forty-five) working days (for goods)
      from the date of the Flash Sale Event.
    3. Specifically, cashback will be provided to the Customer by being credited to the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account registered for the Program within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) working days from the date of the Flash Sale event.
    4. The type and colour of Flash Sale goods cannot be selected.
    5. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on Flash Sale goods received by the Customer are entirely the Customer’s responsibility (on a self-assessment basis).
    6. All types of Flash Sale Items already received by the Customer cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
    7. Bank Danamon does not act as a guarantor for Flash Sale Items obtained by the Customer under this Program; therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of Flash Sale Items must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the Flash Sale Items.
    8. Customers must inspect Flash Sale Items before accepting them. If the Flash Sale Items received by the Customer are damaged or defective (due to manufacturing or delivery), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the Flash Sale Items were received by the Customer.
  5. Program Risk
    1. Customers who do not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, including those who do not carry out foreign currency purchase transactions, will not be able to participate in the Program.
    2. If the Program’s registration quota is not met, the Program will be cancelled.

    • As Customer A used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the funds being held, Customer B is eligible to participate in this Program.
    • The registration quota was filled before the Program period ended, so a Flash Sale event was held to determine the Customer’s Flash Sale item.
    • During the Flash Sale Event, Customer B did not succeed in submitting the highest bid for a foreign currency purchase transaction; consequently, Customer B is not entitled to purchase the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 at the Flash Sale price.
  7. Power of Attorney
    1. The Customer hereby authorises Bank Danamon to: (i) freeze and/or unfreeze funds in accordance with the Participation Form, Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) to debit the Customer’s account with Bank Danamon for the payment of a Penalty Fee or the reimbursement of a Reward Fee should the Customer cancel the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The power of attorney granted by the Customer in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and, so long as the Customer’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully discharged, such authority may not be revoked nor shall it terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Article 1813 (termination of a power of attorney: by the revocation of the power by the principal; by notice of termination of the power by the agent; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he or she so wishes, and, if there are grounds for doing so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by them) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to handle the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, with effect from the date on which the latter is notified of such appointment) The Civil Code and these powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program .
  8. Customer Complaints
    1. Customers may lodge complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id .

  9. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for the Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account” and/or other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
    2. The terms and conditions relating to physical Flash Sale vouchers, including but not limited to the technical procedures for redemption at vendors designated by Bank Danamon, and the validity period of the vouchers, shall be governed by the terms and conditions set by the vendors designated by Bank Danamon.
    3. The customer understands that for certain changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the Notice Period for Changes may be waived.
    4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within that period. Should the Customer not agree to the changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    5. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, by virtue of a Government regulation or a court ruling, prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    6. The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    7. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that contravene applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate participation in the Program, or withhold the award from the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    8. The Customer agrees that funds placed in a savings account with a return exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Prizes received by the Customer are also taken into account as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. The Customer may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate at any Bank Danamon branch or via Hello Danamon.
    9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the deposit insurance interest rate provisions set out in the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
    10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

WARNING
Customers must be wary of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties associated with or acting on behalf of Bank Danamon or the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.

These General Terms and Conditions of the 15% (fifteen percent) Savings Program and Extra Baggage Allowance for flights to Japan (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and make transactions using the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card (“Cardholders”) and who participate in the 15% (fifteen percent) and Extra Baggage Program for transactions at the Travel Fair (“Program”) organised by the Bank in collaboration with merchant partners AntaVaya, Bayu Buana, Dewi Wisata, Dwidayatour, Golden Rama, Nusantara Tour, Raya Utama Travel, Sanel Tour and Travel, Sentosa Tour, and TX Travel (“Travel Agents”).

The Cardholder hereby agrees to and is bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The program runs from 24 July 2026 to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participants Criteria

    The program applies to Cardholders as follows: Bank Danamon credit cards bearing the JCB Precious logo, excluding corporate cards (“Cards”).

  3. Terms and Conditions of the Program
    1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
    4. The Program is valid as follows:

        1. The program operates under the following scheme:

        7. Passengers do not need to be Cardholders to purchase flight tickets.
        8. The program cannot be used multiple times.
        9. The program applies to both primary and supplementary credit cards.
        10. Cardholders agree that if the quota referred to in point 4.I.a above has been exhausted, they will not receive a direct discount or price reduction even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
        11. The terms and conditions regarding cancellation, refunds, rescheduling and reissuing of flight tickets are subject to the policies of ANA and the relevant travel agent.
        12. Blackout dates apply as specified by ANA.
      2. Excess Baggage Program:
        1. The excess baggage allowance applies to any Cardholder who has enrolled in the 15% Savings Program as set out in point 4.I.
        2. The excess baggage allowance is limited to one piece of luggage per customer and applies to only one flight from Japan to Jakarta.
          Example : if a customer purchases tickets for JAKARTA – OSAKA, OSAKA – TOKYO, and TOKYO – JAKARTA, the extra baggage allowance can only be claimed for flight TOKYO – JAKARTA.
        3. The program applies to direct purchases (offline transactions) at travel agents participating in the Danamon Anniversary Travel Fair.
        4. The program is subject to a maximum of 70 (seventy) transaction quotas per city where the Danamon Anniversary Travel Fair is held.
        5. The program applies to the purchase of both economy class and business class flight tickets.
        6. The program applies to both Primary Cards and Supplementary Cards.
        7. The program applies to 1 (one) transaction per identical card number.
        8. The benefits provided under the Program are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        9. The Program cannot be combined with other offers.
        10. The Program applies to both Primary Cards and Supplementary Cards.
        11. Cardholders understand and agree that if the quota referred to in point 4.II.d above has been exhausted, the Cardholder will not receive the Program benefits even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
    5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any transactions carried out by the Cardholder shall constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

    2. Products, services and/or benefits provided by merchant partners are the responsibility of the merchant partners and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. Should there be any issues and/or complaints regarding such products, services and/or benefits, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
    3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as any other changes, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Cardholder not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    4. The Cardholder declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    5. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
    6. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, the Cardholder is advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon.
    8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
    11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

General Terms and Conditions of the Save up to IDR 7,000,000 Program (seven million rupiah) (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and make transactions using a Card (“Cardholders”) participating in the Save Up to IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah) for Transactions at the Travel Fair (“Program”) organised by the Bank in collaboration with merchant partners AntaVaya, Bayu Buana, Dewi Wisata, Dwidayatour, Golden Rama, Nusantara Tour, Raya Utama Travel, Sanel Tour and Travel, Sentosa Tour, and TX Travel (“Travel Agents”).

In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as any other changes, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder shall be deemed to have consented to such changes should the Cardholder fail to raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Cardholder not consent to such changes, the Cardholder is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided that the Cardholder first settles all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    4. The Cardholder declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions that are indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    5. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that contravene applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
    6. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, the Cardholder is advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon.
    8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

These General Terms and Conditions of this Danamon 70th Anniversary Travel Fair Program (Global Currency Card – Danamon LEBIH PRO iB) (“General Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon 70th Anniversary Travel Fair Program (Global Currency Card – Danamon LEBIH PRO iB) (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The program runs from 24 July 2026 to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participants Criteria

    This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

    1. Individual customers who hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account.
    2. Customers who hold an active Global Currency Card (Danamon Global Currency Card) bearing the Mastercard logo.
    3. Open to all customers, including Bank Danamon employees.
  3. Terms and Conditions of the Program
    1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Program Participants are fully responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
    4. The Program is open to customers who have participated in the Danamon Travel Fair Top Up Balance program.

    9. The program is valid for only 1 (one) transaction per day per card number, whilst stocks last.
    10. For purchases at participating merchants, prospective passengers or those registering for religious pilgrimages do not need to be Program Participants.
    11. The program cannot be combined with other offers.
    12. Program Participants agree that if the quota as referred to in the Program Scheme above has been exhausted, they will not receive an immediate discount even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
    13. The terms and conditions regarding cancellation, refunds, rescheduling or reissuing of flight tickets, hotel bookings or other products are subject to the policies of the respective airlines and travel agencies concerned.
    14. Blackout dates apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of each airline. Blackout dates are specific dates determined by the airline’s policy (usually during peak holiday periods or high season) when Program Participants cannot use promotional tickets, special discounts, or redeem points/miles.
    15. Discount rewards are applied directly when Program Participants make a transaction at the Danamon Travel Fair event.
    16. Program Participants are not charged any fees for participating in the Program.
    17. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Programme Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by the Cardholder constitute valid proof of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Risks
    1. Program Participants will not receive a Reward if they do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. Program Participants will not receive a Reward if the discount quota has been exhausted during the Program Period.
  5. Customers Complaints
    1. Program participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Products and/or services provided by merchant partners are not the products of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon; they are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding these products, services and/or programmes, please contact the relevant representative of the merchant partners.
    2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, and/or other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
    3. Products and/or services provided by merchant partners are not the products of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon, and remain the sole responsibility of the relevant merchant partner. Should any issues and/or complaints arise in relation to the products or services of a merchant partner, Program Participants may contact the relevant merchant partner.
    4. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, conditions and terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, as well as any other changes, Program Participants are entitled to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes should they fail to raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should Program Participants not agree to such changes, they shall be entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    5. Program Participants declare that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    6. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences, and/or other actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    7. Program Participants agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Rewards received by Program Participants are also taken into account as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate. Program Participants may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate at any Bank Danamon branch or via Hello Danamon.

    5. Customers must comply with and meet the terms and conditions of the Danamon Travel Fair Balance Top-Up Program and open their first Danamon LEBIH PRO account within a maximum of 7 calendar days prior to participating in the program.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Travel Fair Balance Top-Up Program can be accessed on Bank Danamon’s official website as follows: bdi.co.id/hut70tf.
    7. Customers must make a foreign exchange (FX Online) purchase via the D-Bank PRO app on the same day as participating in the Danamon Travel Fair Balance Top-Up Program for a minimum amount of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) or the equivalent, carried out in a single transaction during the Program Period (“Transaction”). Multiple transactions whose combined value reaches the minimum Transaction threshold cannot be counted as a Transaction that meets the Program’s eligibility criteria.
    8. Customers who have met the requirements as set out in this Program will receive a cashback reward worth IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) (“Reward”).
    9. The Reward quota is limited to the first 20 (twenty) Customers who carry out a Transaction in each city, as specified in clause III.4. Once the quota has been exhausted, Customers will not receive the Reward even if they have carried out a Transaction.
    10. Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, corrected or fail to be processed shall not be counted as Transactions eligible for the Program.
    11. By carrying out all transactions in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions; such transactions constitute valid proof of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s consent to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Rewards Terms and Conditions
    1. Each customer is entitled to only one Reward during the Program Period.
    2. The determination of which customers are eligible to receive a Reward is based on the data and records held in Bank Danamon’s system and is final and binding.
    3. The Reward will be credited to the Program Participant’s active Danamon LEBIH PRO Rupiah Account within a maximum of 45 (forty-five)ys following the last day of the Transaction month.
    4. In the event that the Program Participant’s account is inactive, blocked or in any other condition that prevents the Reward from being credited, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive the Reward.
    5. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
    6. Bank Danamon applies the applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax liabilities arising from the Program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the Customer respectively towards the tax authorities.
  5. Program Risk

    Customers are not entitled to a reward if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or if the reward quota has been exhausted.

  6. Program Simulation

    Simulation of the Danamon Travel Fair New FX D-Bank PRO Danamon’s 70th anniversary Program:

    1. Simulation 1 (Ideal Conditions for Customers to Receive cashback)
      • On 24 July 2026, the customer opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO account and takes part in the Danamon Travel Fair Top Up Balance program.
      • On the same day, the customer makes a foreign exchange (FX) purchase in US dollars equivalent to IDR 10 million via the D-Bank PRO app.
      • The customer receives a reward of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah).
    2. Simulation 2 (Where the customer opens an account more than 7 days prior to enrolment and carries out an FX transaction)
      • On 16 July 2026, the customer opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
      • On 24 July 2026, the customer takes part in the Danamon Travel Fair Top Up Balance program and carries out a foreign exchange (FX) transaction in US dollars equivalent to IDR 10 million via the D-Bank PRO app.
      • The customer is not entitled to a reward of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) as the account was opened more than 7 calendar days prior to joining the program.
    3. Simulation 3 (Scenario: Customer opens an account and carries out an FX transaction, but the amount is less than IDR 10 million)
      • On 1 August 2026, the Customer opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO account and joins the Danamon Travel Fair Top Up Balance program.
      • On the same day, the Customer carries out a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction in US dollars equivalent to IDR 5 million via the D-Bank PRO app.
      • The customer is not entitled to a reward of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) as the Program Participant’s foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction is less than USD 500 (five hundred US dollars).
    4. Simulation 4 (Scenario where the customer opens an account and carries out an FX transaction, split into two separate transactions)
      • On 1 August 2026, the Customer opens a Danamon LEBIH PRO account and joins the Danamon Travel Fair Top Up Balance program.
      • On the same day, the Customer carries out foreign exchange (FX) purchase transactions in USD equivalent to IDR 5 million and in JPY equivalent to IDR 5 million via the D-Bank PRO app.
      • The customer is not entitled to a reward of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) as the customer split the foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction into two separate transactions.
  7. Customers Complaints
    1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.

Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time, with notice provided via the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as any other changes, Program Participants are entitled to submit their objections in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which the Bank notifies such changes via the Bank’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted the notified changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should a Program Participant not agree to such changes, they shall be entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    3. The Program Participant declares that they are not currently, and will not in future, carry out any transactions indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    4. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obliged to settle all their liabilities to the Bank (if any).
    5. Program Participants agree that funds placed in savings accounts with returns/interest rates exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation are not guaranteed by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. Program Participants may enquire about changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through the Bank’s branches or via Hello Danamon. [Rewards received by Program Participants are also counted as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate – this need not be stated if the reward is a reward from a raffle or a non-cash reward].
    6. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

General Terms and Conditions of the Bank Danamon Credit Card Application Program: Receive a Voucher of up to IDR 300,000 (Apply & Get) (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants participating in the Bank Danamon (“Program”) at the Danamon Travel Fair – Special 70th Anniversary of Danamon event organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon Credit Card application form (“Form”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Program Period

    This program runs from 24 July 2026 to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”)

  2. Participants Criteria

    This Program is only available to individuals who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”)

    1. Have never previously held a Bank Danamon Credit Card; and
    2. Apply for a Bank Danamon JCB Precious, Visa Infinite, AMEX Gold/Rose, Mastercard World, World Elite, or AMEX Platinum Credit Card (“Bank Danamon Credit Card”)
  3. Program Terms and Conditions
    1. Before joining the Program, Program Participants must read, understand and be fully aware of the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other terms and conditions of the Program, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. The Program Participant bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Program Participant’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
    4. Any Program Participant participating in this Program must first apply for a Bank Danamon JCB Precious, Visa Infinite, AMEX Gold/Rose, Mastercard World, World Elite or AMEX Platinum Credit Card by submitting an application in person at a Bank Danamon branch or booth within the venue of the Danamon Travel Fair – Special 70th Anniversary of Danamon during the Program Period.
    5. This Program applies only to applications for primary cards, not supplementary cards.
    6. Program Participants who participate in the program in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive a Shopping Voucher (“Reward”). The value of the reward is determinde based on the type of Bank Danamon Credit Card applied for as follows:
      1. JCB Precious Credit Card: Shopping Voucher worth Rp100.000;
      2. Visa Infinite, AMEX Gold/Rose, and Mastercard World Credit Card: Shopping Voucher worth Rp200.000; and
      3. World Elite and AMEX platinum: Shopping Voucher worth Rp300.000.
    7. Rewards under this Programs are available in limited quantities allocated to each host city and wil be distributed daily throughout the event period in each city (“Daily Reward Quota”). Rewards will only be provided while the Daily Reward Quota remains available. Once the Daily Reward Quota has been exhausted, Program Participants shall no longer be entitled to receive the Reward on that day.
    8. Each Program Participant is entitled to receive the Reward only once. If the system detects that a Program Participant has registered twice during the same period, Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject the application for a Danamon Credit Card and not to award the Reward.
    9. By submitting an application for a Bank Danamon Credit Card in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission of the application by the Program Participant constitutes valid proof of participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Rewards Terms and Conditions

    Rewards can be redeemed from Bank Danamon sales staff at the Danamon Credit Card application counters during the Danamon Travel Fair – Danamon’s 70th Anniversary Special event. For verification purposes, Bank Danamon sales staff will record (i) the Program Participant’s name; (ii) the Program Participant’s ID card number; (iii) the card type; and (iv) the date of the card application.

  5. Program Participants Complaints
    1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. Any other terms and conditions relating to Bank Danamon’s products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in force and binding on the Program Participant and shall form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Programme form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”. Those terms and conditions shall remain in force insofar as they are not provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. The Program Participant agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Program Participant not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
    4. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
    5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties or third parties in connection with, or purporting to be on behalf of, the Program are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.

These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Anniversary 0% Installment Travel Fair Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders participating in the Danamon Anniversary 0% Installment Travel Fair Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with merchant partners participating in the Danamon Anniversary Travel Fair (“Application”).

  1. Program Period

    This program applies to applications submitted between 24 July 2026 and 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Participants Criteria

    Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

    1. Customers who hold an active Bank Danamon credit or charge card during the Program Period.
    2. Customers who make transactions with participating merchants during the Travel Fair event.
    3. Customers who make transactions as set out in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

    hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholders”).

  3. Terms and Conditions of the Program
    1. The program is open to Bank Danamon customers who hold and use the following types of cards (“Cardholders”): Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logos, excluding corporate cards (“Cards”).
    2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    4. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
    5. The card must be active, up to date with payments, and not blocked.
    6. The 0% Installment Program applies as follows:

    7. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
    8. Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Partner merchants are not involved in the imposition of any additional fees. The applicable fees can be viewed at https://bdi.co.id/tarifdanbiayabdi.co.id/tarifdanbiaya.
    9. Any transaction converted into instalments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
    10. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    11. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions carried out by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    12. Interest and administration fees will be calculated based on the selected installment period and will be charged to the Cardholder for each transaction converted into installments.
    13. Interest on installments is calculated using a fixed installment method, whereby the total fixed installment comprises unequal portions of the principal loan and interest each month; this composition will be inversely proportional from the first installment until the final installment is paid to Bank Danamon.
    14. The conversion of a transaction into an installment plan will be processed within 1–2 (one to two) working days after the transaction has been successfully posted. If the transaction is not successfully posted within 5 (five) working days, the Program application will be cancelled.
    15. If required in accordance with Bank Danamon’s policy, Bank Danamon will confirm this by telephone to the Cardholder’s mobile number recorded in Bank Danamon’s system.
    16. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in the Program if they do not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions and/or if, following an assessment or review by Bank Danamon, it is found that the transaction does not comply with Bank Danamon’s policies.
    17. Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will incur a penalty charge of 5 per cent (five per cent) of the outstanding principal of the Program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
    18. For any delay in payment of Program installments, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty in accordance with Bank Danamon’s applicable fee schedule.
    19. In the event that the Cardholder fails to pay the minimum amount due on a Bank Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card (or fails to pay the full amount due, specifically for the Danamon American Express Charge Card) for 2 (two) consecutive months by the due date, Bank Danamon will charge the entire outstanding principal balance plus a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal balance of the Program, late payment charges and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
  4. Power of Attorney
    1. For the purposes of this Program, the Cardholder hereby authorises Bank Danamon to convert transactions made using the Cardholder’s Card into installments.
    2. The authorisation granted by the ProgramParticipant in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is granted to the Bank with the right of substitution and, so long as the Program Participant’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully discharged, such authorisation may not be revoked nor shall it terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the grounds set out in Article 1813 (termination of a power of attorney: upon revocation by the attorney-in-fact; upon notification of termination by the attorney-in-fact; upon the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the attorney-in-fact), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever they so wish, and, if there are grounds for doing so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to carry out the same matter results in the revocation of the first power of attorney, with effect from the date on which the latter is notified of such appointment) The Indonesian Civil Code and the aforementioned powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  5. Program Participants Complaints
    1. Program Participants and/or their representatives may lodge complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via the nearest Bank branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. Products and/or services provided by partner merchants are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the partner merchants. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact the relevant partner merchant.
    2. The Cardholder declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    3. Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Card, and/or suspend the provision of benefits and/or installments to the Cardholder.
    4. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain in force and binding upon the Cardholder and shall form an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute a single whole and form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership”. These terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which Bank Danamon notifies such changes via Bank Danamon’s communication channels. These General Terms and Conditions of the 50 percent (fifty percent) Savings Program for Purchases of Haagen-Dazs Products at the Danamon Travel Fair Event (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and make transactions using a (“Cardholders”) who participate in the 50% (fifty percent) Savings Program for the Purchase of Haagen-Dazs Products at the Danamon Travel Fair Event (“Program”) organised by the Bank in conjunction with Haagen-Dazs, its merchant partner.

Cardholders hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

  1. Program Period

    The program runs from 24 July 2026 to 9 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

  2. Program Participants Criteria

    The program applies to transactions using D-Bank PRO QRIS with funds from a Savings Account (“QRIS Debit”) and/or funds from a Credit Card (“QRIS CC”), for the following Cardholders: Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards bearing the Mastercard and GPN logos, and Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard and JCB logos, but excluding Corporate Credit Cards (“Cards”).

  3. Participating Branch

    The program applies to purchases of Haagen-Dazs products at the Danamon Travel Fair event, subject to the following event locations and dates:

  4. Terms and Conditions of the Program
    1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
    4. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
      1. The Program offers a 50% (fifty percent) discount, valid with minimum transaction of IDR 700,000 (seven hundred thousand Rupiah).
      2. The program applies to purchases of all Haagen-Dazs products (Pint, Mini Cup and Stick Bar) available during the Danamon Travel Fair event.
      3. The program is valid every day throughout the Programme Period.
      4. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
      5. The program does not apply to multiple transactions or split bills.
      6. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any transactions carried out by the Cardholder shall constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Customers Complaints
    1. Cardholders and/or their representatives may lodge a complaint regarding banking transactions or services, either verbally or in writing, via their nearest Bank branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  6. Other Terms and Conditions
    1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions relating to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
    2. Products and/or services provided by merchant partners are not the Bank’s products or the Bank’s responsibility; they remain entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. Should any issues and/or complaints arise in relation to such products, services and/or the Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
    3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as any other changes, the Cardholder is entitled to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which the Bank notifies such changes via the Bank’s communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Cardholder not accept such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they have first settled all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
    4. The Cardholder declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
    5. In the event of indications of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences, and/or other actions that do not comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
    6. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program be prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    7. Should any irregularities relating to this Program be discovered, or should any suspected fraud occur, the Cardholder is advised to report this immediately to Hello Danamon.
    8. These Program Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
    9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
    10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
    11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
