Get Xiaomi Buds with Vehicle Accessory Transactions Using
Danamon Debit, Credit, and Charge Cards at IIMS Surabaya 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of the Spend and Get Xiaomi Buds Program at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2026 Surabaya (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) participating in the Spend and Get Xiaomi Buds Program at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2026 Surabaya (“Program”) organized by Danamon at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2026 Surabaya (“IIMS Surabaya 2026”).
The program runs from 26 to 31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).
- The Program is open to Danamon customers (“Customers”) who hold and use (i) Danamon Debit Cards bearing the Mastercard & GPN logos; (ii) Danamon Credit Cards bearing the VISA, Mastercard & JCB logos and Danamon American Express Charge Cards but excludes corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).
- Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer’s participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- The Program is valid with the following details:
- The program involves the provision of Xiaomi Buds (“Program Reward”), which applies to after-market retail transactions made at the IIMS Surabaya 2026 during the Program Period;
- The program operates under the following scheme:
Minimum Transaction Program Reward Total Quota/Program Period IDR 2,000,000.00 (two million Rupiah) Xiaomi Buds 10 (ten) - The Program is valid for 1 (one) time per customer during the Program Period;
- The Program is subject to the quota as set out in section B.5.b above;
- Customers agree that they will not receive the Program Reward if the Total Quota has been exhausted (as set out in section B.5.b above), even if the Program Period has not yet ended;
- Customers must redeem their transaction receipts/payment proofs to claim the Program Reward at the Danamon redemption corner booth located at IIMS Surabaya 2026 on the same day and date as the transaction, by presenting the transaction receipt/payment proof used for that transaction;
- The Program is valid every day, including on public holidays, during the Program Period;
- The Program applies to both Primary Cards and Supplementary Cards; and
- The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
- By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Such transactions carried out by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon on 1-500-090, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24 hours a day.
- The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
- The products and/or services of IIMS Surabaya 2026 are not the products or responsibility of Danamon and are therefore the sole responsibility of IIMS Surabaya 2026. Should you encounter any issues and/or have any complaints regarding the products, services and/or the Program, please contact the relevant representative of the IIMS Surabaya 2026 merchant.
- Other terms and conditions relating to products, services and/or banking transactions, insofar as not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain in force and binding upon the Customer and form an integral and inseparable part thereof.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon via Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- The Customer agrees that Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Cashback under this Programme if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the Customer’s participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Cashback to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Programme have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals acting on behalf of Danamon who promise cashback in any form. Any scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon’s control.m.
