Exclusive Parking Program Danamon-Adira IIMS Surabaya 2026
The General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon–Adira Exclusive Parking Program IIMS Surabaya 2026 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers (“Participants”) of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and/or PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira”) who participate in the Danamon–Adira Exclusive Parking Program IIMS Surabaya 2026 (“Program”). This Program is organised by Bank Danamon and Adira as part of the Indonesia International Motor Show 2026 event at Grand City, Surabaya, with the following terms and conditions:
The Program Period is from 26 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).
The program applies to all:
- Danamon customers (including Danamon employees) who have the D-Bank PRO application, a savings account, and/or an active Bank Danamon credit card.
- Adira consumers/debtors (including Adira employees) who have the ADIRAKU application.
hereinafter referred to as (“Participant”).

Participants are entitled to Exclusive Parking Facilities
and/or VIP Lounge Facilities upon presentation of relevant
information or identification for verification purposes,
namely:
- D-Bank PRO account, or Danamon Bank Debit Card/Credit Card/Charge Card for Danamon Bank customers; and
- ADIRAKU account for Adira consumers/debtors.

Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Parking
Facilities
- Participants may use the exclusive parking facilities located in the Parking Area of Grand City Surabaya.
- Each participant may only use the exclusive parking facilities once per day for 1 (one) car during the Program Period.

The Exclusive Parking facilities are available while
quotas last, with the following capacities:
- 20 (twenty) car spaces
- Participants who obtain exclusive parking facilities will still be charged parking fees in accordance with the rates applied by the Grand City Surabaya parking management.
- Bank Danamon and Adira reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Participant's participation in this Program if the Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Participants are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
- Participants who join the Program guarantee that all information provided is true, correct, and accurate.

- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
- PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
- General Terms and Conditions This programme has been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
Warning
Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals
acting on behalf of Bank Danamon and/or Adira by promising prizes of
any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third
parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are
beyond the authority of Bank Danamon and Adira.
