Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima Program – IIMS Surabaya 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of the Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima Program – IIMS Surabaya 2026 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima Program – IIMS Surabaya 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira Finance”).
The KPM Prima product is a financing product for new or used passenger cars and commercial vehicles managed by Adira Finance, a subsidiary of Bank Danamon, which is offered to Bank Danamon customers through Bank Danamon branches, the D-Bank PRO app and other channels available at Bank Danamon.
The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:
The program runs from 26 May 2026 to 31 May 2026.
- The special interest rate is a flat, fixed rate for the duration of the loan.
- Both conventional and Sharia schemes are available.
- No administration fees apply when installments are paid via Auto-debit Danamon.

Comprehensive insurance cover includes:
- Vehicle Insurance
- Personal Accident (PA) Insurance
- Extended Cover (Natural Disasters, Civil Unrest and Third-Party Risks) – Optional
The criteria for customers eligible to apply for the KPM Prima financing product are as follows:
- Bank Danamon customers who hold an active savings account (not dormant).
- The customer must be an Indonesian citizen.
- The customer must use the Auto-debit Danamon facility from their Bank Danamon account as the method of payment for installments. The direct debit registration process can be carried out at the nearest Danamon or Adira branch.
- The customer’s occupation must be an employee, a professional or a self-employed individual.

Length of service:
- Employees: at least 1 (one) year with the same company.
- Professionals: at least 2 (two) years.
- Self-employed: at least 2 (two) years.
- Minimum age of 21 (twenty-one) years or previously married.
- Maximum age at the end of the loan term is 55 (fifty-five) years.
- Must pass the Financial Services Authority’s Financial Information Service System (SLIK) check and not be on Bank Indonesia’s National Blacklist.

- Customers will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program if they do not meet all the terms and conditions of the Program;
- The KPM Prima facility limit may differ from that requested by the Customer and is subject to Adira Finance’s Resolution;
- Applications for the KPM Prima facility may be rejected by Adira Finance if the Customer does not meet the terms and conditions set by Adira Finance.
- Customers and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via the nearest Bank branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

- Customers may submit complaints regarding Adira Finance products/services either verbally or in writing via the nearest ADIRA FINANCE branch office, the ADIRA FINANCE Dering service (1500511), or via WhatsApp (0811-8115-811).
- The KPM Prima product is an Adira Finance product marketed through a partnership with Bank Danamon and is not a Bank Danamon product. The process of analysing and approving Adira KPM applications is the sole responsibility of Adira Finance. All liability and risk associated with this product rests entirely with Adira Finance. The use of the Bank Danamon logo or branding is intended solely to indicate the partnership between Adira Finance and Bank Danamon.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services”/“General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between those provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time, with notice provided via the communication channels available at the Bank. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the Bank notifies such changes via the Bank’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to the notified changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within that period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
- The Customer understands that for certain changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the notification period for such changes may be waived.
- The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- Should there be any indication of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, terminate participation in the Program, or withhold the award from the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding and enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Should any irregularities regarding this Program be discovered or should any suspected fraud occur, Program Participants are advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon.
- The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals
posing as Bank Danamon and promising prizes of any kind. Any scams
or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with
or in the name of the Program are beyond the control of Bank
Danamon.
