Gachapon IIMS Surabaya 2026
These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to
Customers participating in the IIMS Surabaya 2026 Gachapon
Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank
Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”).
Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions
of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:
The Program Period is 26–31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).
Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria
- Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon credit card, along with an active savings account during the Program Period;
- Customers who have and are registered with the latest version of D-Bank PRO; and
- The Program is also open to Danamon employees.
hereinafter referred to as (“Customer”).
- Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. A Gachapon is a vending machine that dispenses a plastic capsule at random after the user inserts a coin and turns the handle. Inside the capsule is a voucher that can be exchanged for various Danamon merchandise (“Gachapon”).
- Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
- For this Program, Customers may participate in the Gachapon containing Danamon merchandise (“Prizes”)

To participate in this Program, Customers may choose 1
(one) of the following activity options at the Danamon
booth at the IIMS Surabaya 2026 venue:
- Present proof of a transaction in D-Bank PRO for a payment made directly at an IIMS Surabaya 2026 merchant with a minimum purchase value of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) using QRIS Source of Fund Debit Card (“QRIS Debit”) and/or QRIS Source of Fund Credit Card (“QRIS CC”) (“QRIS Transaction”); or
- Carry out a Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction via a Danamon CRM machine with no minimum transaction amount (“Cardless Cash Withdrawal Transaction”); or
- Carry out a D-Point redemption transaction on D-Bank PRO with a minimum redemption of 250 (two hundred and fifty) points, which can only be carried out in person at the IIMS Surabaya 2026 venue (“D-Point Transaction”).
- Each CIF is entitled to receive a maximum of two prizes during the Program Period.

After completing a QRIS Transaction, a Cardless Cash
Withdrawal Transaction, or a D-Point Transaction,
Customers may participate in the Gachapon at the Danamon
booth located at IIMS Surabaya 2026 to receive 1 (one)
Danamon merchandise, subject to the following quotas
during the Program Period:
(“Prize Quota”).
Bank Danamon Merchandise Quota Danamon Helmet 160 (one hundred sixty) Folded Bag 160 (one hundred sixty) Foldable Umbrella 80 (eighty) Tomica 100 (one hundred) - By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Any transactions carried out by the Customer shall constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and of the Customer’s agreement to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
- Prizes will be awarded to Customers directly when they receive Bank Danamon merchandise based on the results of the Gachapon.
- There is no charge for Customers to participate in this Program.
- Customers understand and agree that if the Prize Quota is exhausted before the end of the Program Period, they will not receive a Prize.
- Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Bank Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon on 1-500-090, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24 hours a day.
- The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
- Any other terms and conditions relating to banking products, services and/or transactions, insofar as they are not otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in force and binding on the Customer and shall form an integral and inseparable part thereof.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Accounts and Banking Services” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. Such terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Programme, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon via Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- The Customer agrees that Danamon is entitled to cancel the provision of Cashback under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions suspected of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- Should there be any indication of fraud, misconduct and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the Customer’s participation in the Program, or cancel the Cashback award to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI), and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) scheme.
Warning
Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals
acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any
scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in
connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon’s
control.
