These General Terms and Conditions of the Apply, Approved & Get Danamon Credit Card Program at IIMS Surabaya 2026 (“Program Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to participants in the Apply, Approved & Get Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Bank Danamon Credit Card Application Form (“Form”).
This program is valid during the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Surabaya 2026, from 26 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).
This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):
- Have never held a Danamon Credit Card and have or are opening a Danamon Savings Account.
- Apply for a Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card at the IIMS Surabaya 2026 event during the Program Period.
- Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

Program Participants must follow the card opening process in
accordance with the following scheme and terms:

- The customer opens a Danamon Savings Account.
- The customer does not yet have a Danamon Credit Card.
- The customer applies for a Danamon Credit Card.
Approved & Get the Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card
Cashback of IDR 500,000
- The customer opens a Danamon Savings Account.
- The customer does not yet have a Danamon Credit Card.
- The customer applies for a Danamon Credit Card.
- The customer makes a minimum cumulative transaction amount of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) over 60 calendar days from the date the card is approved.
- The customer registers at least 1 (one) type of Bill Payment over 60 calendar days from the date the card is approved.
- This program applies only to applications for primary cards, not supplementary cards.
- Customers who have participated in the Program in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are entitled to a reward in the form of an IIMS 2026 Lucky Dip coupon and a cashback of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) (“Reward”).
- By submitting an application for a Danamon Credit Card in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission of the application by the Customer constitutes valid proof of participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Lucky Dip prizes can be collected from Danamon sales representatives at the Danamon Credit Card application counter at the “Redemption Booth” at IIMS 2026; for verification purposes, customers must provide (i) their name, (ii) ID card number, (iii) card type, and (iv) the date of card application.
- A quota of 50 (fifty) prizes per day applies during the Program Period (“Daily Prize Quota”).
- A cashback worth IDR 500,000 will be awarded within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the end of the Transaction Period.
- The cashback reward will be credited to the Primary Cardholder’s Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card and will appear on the billing statement in the month following the winner data extraction period.
- The cashback reward is not valid if the Danamon Mastercard Platinum Credit Card is blocked or there is a delay in bill payment during the Transaction Period.
- Each Customer is entitled to receive the Reward only once. If the system detects that a Customer has registered twice during the same period, Danamon reserves the right to not proceed with the application for the Danamon Credit Card and not to award the Reward.
- Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the cashback for transactions deemed irregular, including cash advance transactions and transactions at merchants suspected of selling products prohibited under applicable regulations.
- Should the Daily Prize Quota be exhausted, the Customer will not receive the Prize.
- Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via their nearest Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon on 1-500-090, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.
- The procedure regarding the customer complaints service can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- Any other terms and conditions relating to Danamon products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain in force and binding on the Customer and form an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”. Such terms and conditions shall remain in force unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Danamon is entitled to amend, modify or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendments, additions or updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon via Danamon’s communication channels. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have consented to such changes if the Customer does not raise an objection within that period. Should the Customer not consent to such changes, the Customer is entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided that the Customer first settles all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
- The Customer declares that there are no, and will be no, transactions indicating money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- Should there be indications of fraud, misconduct, irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering offences and/or other actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel transactions, suspend card usage, terminate participation in the Program, or withhold the award from the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation Scheme.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been aligned with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

Customers are advised to be wary of scams perpetrated by individuals
acting on behalf of Danamon who promise prizes of any kind. Any
scams or other criminal acts committed by third parties in
connection with or on behalf of the Program are beyond Danamon’s
control.
