Installment 0% - My Own Installment for Danamon Credit & Charge Card
These General Terms and Conditions of the My Own Installment 0% Installment Plan (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders participating in the My Own Installment 0% Installment Plan (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Cardholder’s participation form (“Form”).
This program applies to applications submitted between 26 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 (“Program Period”).
Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:
- Customers holding an active Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card during the Program Period.
- Customers who carry out transactions as stipulated in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
- The Program also applies to Danamon employees.
Hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholder”).
- Cardholders must read, understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions when submitting the form at Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026.
- Cardholders must register by completing and submitting their application to join the program, which forms an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or withdrawal from this Program.
- Applicable to all Danamon Credit and Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express) (“Card”).
- This Program does not apply to Danamon Corporate Credit Cards.
- The Card must be active, up to date with payments, and not blocked.
- The Cards and transactions included and submitted under this Program are those selected by the primary Cardholder.
- The minimum transaction amount that can be converted into instalments is IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah), and there is no maximum transaction amount that can be converted into instalments. Further details are set out in point 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

(one million Rupiah) - The transaction details displayed in D-Bank PRO relate to transactions made on the primary card and supplementary cards; however, only the primary cardholder is eligible to apply for this program.
- Transactions that can be converted into installments are limited to retail transactions and do not include cash advances, insurance premium payments, money transfers, bill payments, existing installment transactions or those already converted into installments, and transaction fees.
- Transactions conducted in currencies other than the Indonesian Rupiah will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah in accordance with conversion terms based on the exchange rates applicable to the card network (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express) and the conversion fees set by Danamon at the time the transaction is posted by Danamon. Therefore, the transaction value in Indonesian Rupiah displayed on the D-Bank PRO app before the transaction is posted may differ from the transaction value in Indonesian Rupiah after the transaction is posted.
- The Cardholder agrees that Danamon is entitled to charge interest and administrative fees for this Program, the amounts of which are as stated in D-Bank PRO.
- The installment amount shown on the D-Bank PRO confirmation page is merely an estimated calculation based on the Cardholder’s chosen repayment term and interest rate. The actual installment amount is as stated on the Cardholder’s statement.
- Interest and administrative fees will be calculated based on the selected repayment term and will be charged to the Cardholder for each transaction converted into an installment.
- Interest on installments is calculated using a fixed installment method, whereby the total fixed installment will have a different composition of principal and interest each month; this composition will decrease from the first installment until the final payment is made to Danamon.
- The conversion of a transaction into an instalment will be processed within 1–2 (one to two) working days after the transaction has been successfully posted. If the transaction is not successfully posted within 5 (five) working days, the Program application will be cancelled.
- If required in accordance with Danamon’s policies, Danamon will confirm via telephone to the Cardholder’s mobile phone number recorded in Danamon’s system.
- Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or if, following an assessment or review conducted by Danamon, it is found to be inconsistent with Danamon’s policies.
- The Cardholder will receive notification of the Program application via email to the email address registered in Danamon’s system.
- Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will incur a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal of the Program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
- For any delay in payment of Program installments, the Cardholder will be charged a late payment fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule at Danamon.
- In the event that the Cardholder fails to pay the minimum credit card or Danamon Charge Card statement (or fails to pay the full statement specifically for the Danamon American Express Charge Card) for 2 (two) consecutive months by the due date, Danamon shall charge the entire remaining principal balance plus a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the remaining principal balance of the Program, late payment charges and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
- For the purposes of this Program, the Cardholder hereby authorises Danamon to convert transactions made with the Cardholder’s Card into installments.
- By submitting an application for the 0% 6-month Tenor Program via the My Own Installment, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Program's General Terms and Conditions. Submission of the 0% 6-month installment application via the My Own Installment constitutes valid proof of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
- The Program Participant hereby grants authority to the Bank to debit the Participant’s account held with the Bank for any applicable charges, including administrative fees and early settlement penalties.
- The authority granted by the Program Participant in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is granted to Danamon with the right of substitution and, so long as the Program Participant’s obligations to Danamon have not been fully fulfilled, such authority may not be revoked nor shall it terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the causes set out in Article 1813 (termination of power of attorney: by the revocation of the power by the principal; by notice of termination of the power by the agent; by the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of the principal or the agent), 1814 (the principal may revoke the power of attorney whenever he so desires, and if there is cause to do so, may compel the agent to return the authority held by him) and 1816 (the appointment of a new agent to conduct the same matter results in the revocation of the first authority, effective from the time the latter is notified of such appointment) the Indonesian Civil Code and such powers of attorney form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- Program Participants and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products or services either verbally or in writing via the nearest Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon on 1-500-090, or by emailing hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- The procedure regarding the complaints service can be accessed via Danamon’s official website at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
- These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “Danamon General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services” and the “Danamon Credit Card General Terms and Conditions of Membership”.
- Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Danamon is entitled to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time by giving notice via the communication channels available at Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Program Participant is entitled to submit a written objection to Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Danamon via Danamon’s communication channels. Program Participants agree that they shall be deemed to have accepted the notified changes if they do not raise an objection within the aforementioned period. Should a Program Participant not agree to such changes, they are entitled to cancel their participation in the Program provided they first settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
- Program Participants declare that they are not currently, and will not engage in, transactions indicative of money laundering offences and/or other transactions prohibited under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
- In the event of indications of fraud, deception, misuse, irregular transactions, suspicious transactions, money laundering offences and/or actions inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations, Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obliged to settle all outstanding obligations to Danamon (if any).
- If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is prohibited, unenforceable, invalid or declared null and void by a government regulation or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be enforceable as set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
- Should any irregularities regarding this Program be discovered or should any suspected fraud occur, Programme Participants are advised to report this immediately via Hello Danamon 1-500-090.
- These Programme Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
- The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the content of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been aligned with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation Scheme.
WARNING
Program participants must be wary of scams perpetrated by
individuals acting on behalf of Danamon who promise prizes of any
kind. Danamon accepts no liability for any fraud or other criminal
acts committed by third parties in connection with, or on behalf of,
Danamon or this Program.
