Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima – IIMS 2026
The General Terms and Conditions of the Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima – IIMS 2026 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Kredit Pemilikan Mobil (KPM) Prima – IIMS 2026 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira Finance”).
The KPM Prima Program is a financing program for new or used passenger cars and commercial vehicles managed by Adira Finance, a subsidiary of Bank Danamon, offered to Bank Danamon customers through Bank Danamon branches and also through the Bank Danamon mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO, and the Bank Danamon website.
Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:
The program period runs from 05 February 2026 to 15 February 2026 (“Program Period”).
- The special rate from KPM Prima for the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Jakarta 2026 is a flat and fixed interest rate for the entire financing period.
- Conventional and sharia schemes are available.
- Free admin fee with payment via Danamon Autodebit.

Comprehensive insurance includes:
- Vehicle Insurance
- Personal Accident Insurance (PA)
- Extended Insurance (Natural Disasters, Civil Unrest and Third-Party Risks) – Optional
The criteria for customers who can apply for the KPM Prima financing product are as follows:
- Danamon Bank customers who have an active savings account (not dormant).
- Customers must be Indonesian citizens.
- Customers are required to use the autodebit facility from their Danamon Bank account as the method of payment for instalments. The autodebit registration process can be done at the nearest Danamon or Adira branch.
- The customer's occupation is employee, professional or entrepreneur.

Length of employment:
- Employees must have worked for at least 1 (one) year at the same company.
- Professionals must have worked for at least 2 (two) years.
- Entrepreneurs must have worked for at least 2 (two) years.
- Minimum age is 21 (twenty-one) years old or married.
- The maximum age at the end of the tenor is 55 (fifty-five) years old.
- Passed the Financial Information Service System (SLIK) check by the Financial Services Authority and not listed on the Bank Indonesia Blacklist.

- The application process, including the analysis of the KPM Prima product, is the sole responsibility of Adira Finance, and Bank Danamon is not liable for Adira Finance's decision regarding the KPM Prima credit application submitted by the Customer.

- The Customer's application for the KPM Prima facility will not be approved if the Customer does not meet the terms and conditions set by Adira, including the facilities available in the IIMS 2026 program.
- Customers can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

- The credit products marketed by Adira Finance are KPM Prima products from Adira Finance, which are marketed through a partnership with Bank Danamon and are not Bank Danamon products. All responsibility and risk associated with these credit products are solely the responsibility of Adira Finance. Therefore, any issues or complaints regarding the products and/or services should be directed to Adira Finance. The use of Bank Danamon's logo or attributes is solely intended to indicate the collaboration between Adira Finance and Bank Danamon.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services’/‘General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services’ and ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the benefits, risks, fees and/or terms and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
- The Bank will notify and confirm any additions to obligations, reductions in benefits and/or rights (“Changes”) to the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) Business Days before the Changes take effect (“Change Notification Period”) through the Bank's branches and/or other media in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Customer understands that for certain Changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the Change Notification Period may be exempted.
- If the Customer does not agree to the Changes, the Customer may submit their objections to the Bank within the Change Notification Period. The Customer has the right to terminate the Card membership by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to the Bank (if any).
- The Customer agrees that the Bank will consider the Customer to have agreed to the Changes if the Customer does not submit any objections within the Change Notification Period.
- The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
- For every late payment of instalments that exceeds the due date, the Customer will be charged a penalty in accordance with the applicable fees at Adira Finance.
- If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, and/or revoke any prizes awarded to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if there is a suspicion of fraud, Program Participants are advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
- The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions.
- The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency.
WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
