The 2022 BDI Anniversary Program promo by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. (hereinafter referred to as “Bank Danamon”) applies to customers who register for a KPR (Home Ownership Credit) facility at Bank Danamon during the program period.

  5. The Robot Vacuum Cleaner worth IDR 5,000,000 applies for the first 66 registrants who successfully sign up for a credit agreement with a minimum credit limit of IDR 1,000,000,000 during the program period.

  1. The program covers booking period from July to August 2022.
  2. Credit agreement and disbursement max until August 2022.
  3. Credit fees and other fees follow applicable conditions during the period of credit disbursement.


  1. Customers and/or customer representatives can submit complaints concerning banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in this Program’s General Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on Bank Danamon Customers, and considered an inseparable unit.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services.
  3. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/revise/update these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Changes”). For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time, or as stipulated within applicable laws and regulations, through Bank Danamon branch offices and/or other communication media based on current data records in Bank Danamon.
  5. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to have accepted changes in the event that he/she does not file any objections. If the Customer disagrees to any changes, the Customer has the right to close the Account and/or Service by first settling all obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  6. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  7. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Customer.

  9. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
