New FX D-Bank PRO Program

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the New FX D-Bank PRO Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The New FX D-Bank PRO Program is a program organized by Bank Danamon for customers who meet the Participant Criteria and could receive cashback prizes if they make foreign currency purchase transactions according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Program Period (special for HUT Danamon) is 16 July – 16 August 2026 (“Program Period”).

The program is intended for all customers (including Bank Danamon employee) with the following criteria:

  1. New customers who are not yet registered with Bank Danamon (new to bank) and do not yet have a foreign currency account or Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
  2. Customers who are already registered with Bank Danamon who do not yet have a foreign currency account or Danamon LEBIH PRO account.

hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

  1. Customers are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Provisions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. To get the Cashback Prize, Customers are required to:
    1. Open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account (including Danamon LEBIH PRO Syariah) during the Program Period; and
    2. Conduct a foreign exchange purchase transaction (FX Online) in the D-Bank PRO application within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days since the account was opened for a minimum amount of USD 500.- (five hundred US Dollars) or equivalent conducted during the Program Period (“Transaction”).
  5. For Customers who open accounts and make transactions during the Program Period, Customers could receive Cashback prizes ("Prizes") with the following details:

    Each Customer CIF can only get 1 (one) cashback during the whole New FX D-Bank PRO Program Period.

  6. Prize provisions from foreign exchange (FX) purchase transactions are not cumulative from several transactions. Prizes will only be given if the nominal transaction meets the requirements in one transaction and there is still a quota.
  7. The number of Customers who are entitled to receive a Prize during HUT Danamon for New FX D-Bank PRO program period is 300 (three hundred) first Customers who make a Transaction ("HUT Danamon Program Quota").
  8. If there is no Program Quota left, the Customer will not receive a Prize even though they have made a Transaction.
  9. Each 1 (one) CIF is only entitled to 1 (one) Prize during the Program Period.
  10. If the Customer makes a Transaction that meets the Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the terms and conditions of other programs, the Customer will only receive the largest prize or benefit, not cumulative.
  11. By the Customer making a Transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and be subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Program. The Transaction is valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Prizes will be credited to Customer’s active Rupiah Regular Account or Danamon LEBIH PRO Rupiah currency account.
  2. Prizes will be credited a maximum of 45 (forty five) working days after the end of the transaction month.
  3. In the event that the Customer's account is inactive, blocked or in other conditions that prevent the crediting of the Prize, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Customer will not receive the Prize.
  4. Customer participation in this program is free of charge.
  5. Customers are fully responsible for tax obligations (if any) for Cashback received in accordance with the tax provisions in force in Indonesia from time to time.

Customers are not entitled to receive prizes if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and/or the winning quota has been exhausted.

New FX D-Bank PRO Program Simulation:

  1. Simulation 1 (Ideal condition customers get cashback)
    1. On July 16, 2026 the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. On July 18, 2026, the Customer made a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction of USD 500 (five hundred United States Dollars) or equivalent through the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers will receive a prize of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah).
  2. Simulation 4 (Conditions for Customers to open an account and customers to make FX transactions more than 7 days since opening the account)
    1. On July 16, 2026, the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. On July 28, 2026, a new customer carried out a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction of USD 500.00 (five hundred United States Dollars) or the equivalent through the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are not entitled to receive a Prize of IDR70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah), this is because the Customer has made FX transactions more than 7 calendar days since the account was opened.
  3. Simulation 3 (Customer conditions: open an account but do not make any FX transactions for up to 7 days)
    1. On August 5, 2026, the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. Until August 12, 2026, there will be no foreign exchange (FX) purchase transactions made by Customers through the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are not entitled to receive a Prize of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah), this is because the customer did not make a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction until August 12, 2026 (seven calendar days after account opening).
  4. Simulation 4 (Customer conditions: open an account and make FX transactions within 7 days but below USD 500)
    1. On August 5, 2026, the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. On August 8, 2026, the Customer made a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction in the amount of USD 450 (four hundred and fifty United States Dollars) or equivalent through the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are not entitled to receive the Prize of IDR 70,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) because the Customer made a foreign exchange (FX) purchase transaction of less than USD 500.-, (five hundred United States Dollars).
  5. Simulation 5 (Customer conditions: open an account before the program period and make FX transactions during the program period)
    1. On July 14, 2026 (before program period started) the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. On July 17, 2026, the Customer made a transaction of USD 500 (five hundred United States Dollars) or equivalent through the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are not entitled to receive the Prize of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) because the account was opened before the program period.
  6. Simulation 6 (Customer conditions: open an account during the program period and make FX transactions after the program period ends)
    1. On August 14, 2026, the Customer opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account.
    2. On August 18, 2026, the Customer made a transaction of USD 500 (five hundred United States Dollars) or equivalent via the D-Bank PRO application.
    3. Customers are still entitled to receive a prize of IDR 70,000 (seventy thousand rupiah) if the Danamon HUT Prize quota is still available.

  1. Customers and/or Customer Representatives can submit complaints regarding banking transactions, products and/or services verbally and/or in writing through Bank Danamon branch offices, Hello Danamon: 1-500-090 (GSM), email: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id and/or other media determined by the Bank.
  2. Complete procedures and mechanisms regarding customer complaint services can be found on the Bank's official website which can be accessed at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Transactions Through D-Bank PRO", and "General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO". In the event of any differences or conflicts between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall apply.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. Program participants understand that for certain changes in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the notification period for changes may be excluded.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are not permitted based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. If there is a report of indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or provide Program prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to pay off all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If there is a provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which due to a government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by law, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as determined in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities are found regarding this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, Customers are advised to immediately report this via Hello Danamon.
  8. The Terms and Conditions of this Program are written in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancies in the provisions or interpretations between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The titles and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.

Customers must be wary of fraud committed by individuals claiming to be Bank Danamon and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal activity committed by third parties associated with or using the Program's name is beyond Bank Danamon's jurisdiction.
