These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the D-Bank PRO QRIS BDI’s 70th Anniversary 2026: 70% Cashback up to IDR 25,000 at the Kantin Karyawan Danamon (KKD) and Atsui Kissaten Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period is 16 – 20 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon credit card, together with an active savings account throughout the Program period;
  2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Under this Program, customers may receive a cashback of 70 per cent (seventy per cent) up to IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) (“Cashback”) on transactions of at least IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) when the Customer carries out KKD service transactions throughout Indonesia and at Atsui Kissaten in the Bank Danamon Tower using QRIS Source of Fund Debit Card (“QRIS Debit”) or QRIS Source of Fund Credit Card (“QRIS CC”) via D-Bank PRO (“Transaction”).
  5. 1 (one) CIF is entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Reward at each participating merchant during the Program Period.
  6. The Reward quota is 2,000 (two thousand) for all participating merchants during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  7. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transactions carried out by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer’s savings account no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after the transaction has been made. If the Customer does not hold a Danamon savings account, they will not receive the Cashback Reward for the transaction in question.
  2. There is no charge for Customers to participate in this Program.
  3. Customers understand and agree that if the Program quota is exhausted before the end of the Program Period, they will not receive the Special Price.

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Products and/or services offered by Kantin Karyawan Danamon (KKD) and Atsui Kissaten are not products of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon, and therefore remain the sole responsibility of Kantin Karyawan Danamon (KKD) and Atsui Kissaten. In the event of any issues, inquiries, or complaints related to such products, services, and/or programs, please contact the authorized representative of Kantin Karyawan Danamon (KKD) and Atsui Kissaten directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products, services, and/or transactions, to the extent not otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Customer and shall form an integral and inseparable part hereof.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of Bank Danamon” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions shall remain valid and binding to the extent that they are not otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendment, addition, or update to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are communicated by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within the stipulated period. If the Customer does not agree with such changes, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Program, provided that all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any) have been duly settled in advance. The Customer further declares that there are no and will be no transactions suspected to involve money laundering and/or other prohibited transactions in violation of the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revoke the provision of Cashback Rewards under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Customer represents and warrants that there are no and will be no transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  7. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, suspicious transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions in violation of applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate participation in the Program, and/or revoke the Cashback Rewards granted to the respective Customer. The Customer shall remain fully liable for the settlement of all obligations to Bank Danamon
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers are advised to remain vigilant against fraudulent activities carried out by unauthorized individuals purporting to represent Bank Danamon and offering any form of rewards. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of this Program are beyond the control and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
