700 Asia Miles Bonus for Transactions and the Conversion of D-Points to Asia Miles

These General Terms and Conditions of the Asia Miles 700 (Seven Hundred) Bonus Program for Transactions and the Conversion of D-Points into Asia Miles (“General Program Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to program participants taking part in the Asia Miles 700 (Seven Hundred) Bonus Program for Transactions and the Conversion of D-Points into Asia Miles (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Program participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This Program is open only to Program Participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. Holders of Danamon Credit Cards who own and make transactions using the following Danamon Credit Cards: Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite (“Cards”); and
  2. Asia Miles members, i.e. members of the loyalty and rewards program operated by Cathay Pacific (“Asia Miles”), who hold a valid membership number at the time of participating in the Program.

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants bear full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. This Program is only valid for Program Participants who have received an email offer relating to the Program from the Bank.
  5. Program Participants must hold an active and valid Asia Miles membership at the time of participating in the Program. Program Participants who are not yet registered must register via the Asia Miles website before participating. Registration after the Program Period has ended will result in the Program Participant being ineligible to take part in the Program.
  6. Program Participants must accumulate a minimum total retail transaction of IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah) and redeem 70,000 (seventy thousand) D-Points for Asia Miles during the Program Period.
  7. The Program is valid for the first 100 (one hundred) Program Participants.
  8. Program Participants are only entitled to receive bonus miles once during the Program Period.
  9. By registering and making transactions in accordance with the Participant Criteria and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission made by the Customer constitutes valid proof of participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Program Participants who meet all the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to a reward in the form of a bonus of 700 (seven hundred) Asia Miles (“Reward”).
  2. The Reward is only valid for active, unblocked cards.
  3. The Reward will be credited to the Program Participant’s Asia Miles account no later than 60 (sixty) working days after the end of the Program Period.

Program Participants will not be entitled to receive the Reward if they do not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including in the event that the Reward Quota has been exhausted even though the Program Period has not yet ended.

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint handling services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Products, services and/or benefits provided by Asia Miles are the responsibility of Asia Miles and are not products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints in relation to such products, services and/or benefits, please contact Asia Miles.
  3. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by the Bank through the Bank’s communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Program Participant does not submit an objection within such period. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Program Participant to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Program Participant declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report it to Hello Danamon.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).

Program Participants must remain vigilant against fraud committed by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by offering rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
