These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon 70th Anniversary Top It Up Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Danamon 70th Anniversary Top It Up Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Danamon 70th Anniversary Top It Up Program Participation Form (“Program Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 16 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This program is open to individual Bank Danamon customers who hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO or Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (“Customers”).

  1. Customers must read, understand and agree to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Customers must hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account or open a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account before completing the Initial Registration.
  3. Any Customer wishing to participate in this Program must first complete the Initial Registration by filling in the Electronic Initial Registration Form for the Danamon 70th Anniversary Top It Up Program, available on Bank Danamon’s official website via the following link (bdi.co.id/tiuphut) (“Initial Registration”).
  4. Initial Registration can only be completed on 16 July 2026 between 10.00 WIB and 23.59 WIB. If this deadline has passed, the Customer will not be able to participate in the Program.
  5. Customers may only participate in the Program with the prize selected during Early Registration and must carry out a foreign exchange transaction of a minimum value equivalent to IDR 1,700,000.00 (one million seven hundred thousand rupiah) on the same day as Early Registration.
  6. Foreign exchange transactions must be carried out using a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account via the D-Bank PRO app under the Foreign Exchange Transactions menu.
  7. Any customer who has completed Initial Registration and been allocated a quota will be contacted by Bank Danamon to proceed with their participation in the Program during the period from 17 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, and must carry out the following:
    1. complete and sign the Program Participation Form;
    2. open a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah /Tabungan Rencana Haji Account by completing the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account/Tabungan Rencana Haji Account opening form at a Bank Danamon branch; and
    3. deposit the Initial Deposit and a single Monthly Deposit (for the first direct debit) into the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account designated as the source account for direct debits. This debit must be successfully processed on the same date as the opening of the Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account or Tabungan Rencana Haji Account. Specifically for the Tabungan Rencana Haji iB Account, the following conditions apply:
      1. The Initial Deposit includes IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand rupiah) as the minimum deposit for the Tabungan Rencana Haji iB; and
      2. the remainder of the Initial Deposit (after deduction of the aforementioned minimum deposit) must be successfully debited no later than 1 (one) Working Day after the date on which the Tabungan Rencana Haji iB account is opened
  8. Customers who have complied with the provisions set out in point 6 (six) above will receive a prize subject to the following conditions (“Prize”):

  9. Customers must ensure that they have updated their details, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
  10. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
  11. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  12. The Program is open to Customers who have completed Initial Registration, filled in the ProgramParticipation Form, opened a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account or Tabungan Rencana Haji account, and for whom a successful debit has been made from the source account to cover the Initial Deposit and a single Monthly Deposit (for the first debit), as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  13. Customers may only participate in the Program once during the Program Period.
  14. Customers will continue to receive interest (conventional) or profit-sharing (Shariah) in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  15. Customers may cancel their participation and unblock funds in this Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program to complete and sign the Program Participation Cancellation Form and the Tabungan Cita2ku Berhadiah/Tabungan Rencana Haji Account Closure Form.
  16. Customers who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Penalty Fee/Prize Replacement Fee in accordance with the table set out in point 8 (eight) above, which Bank Danamon will debit from the customer’s Bank Danamon account.

  1. Prizes will be dispatched to the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer is participating in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch will notify the Customer so that they may collect the Prize in person from the designated Bank Danamon branch.
  2. Prizes may be collected by the Customer at a Bank Danamon branch within a maximum period of:
    1. 20 (twenty) working days (for cashback prizes);
    2. 30 (thirty) working days (for physical prizes to be collected from Bank Danamon branches within the Jabodetabek area); or
    3. 35 (thirty-five) working days (for physical prizes to be collected from Bank Danamon branches outside the Jabodetabek area).

    from the time the Customer’s funds are held and/or it is confirmed that all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been met. Information regarding the status of compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program can be obtained by the end of the following month at the latest via the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer is participating in the Program.

  3. The type and colour of the Prize cannot be selected.
  4. Bank Danamon will pay any tax deductions arising (if any) from the receipt of the prize to the relevant tax authority. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on prizes received by the Customer are entirely the Customer’s responsibility (on a self-assessment basis).
  5. All types of prizes already received by the Customer cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  6. Bank Danamon does not act as a guarantor for the Prizes obtained by the Customer under this Program; therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of the Prizes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the prize.
  7. Customers must inspect the prize before accepting it. If the prize received by the Customer is damaged or defective (due to manufacturing or delivery), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the prize was received by the Customer.

  1. Customers will not be eligible to participate in the Program if they do not complete the Initial Registration, do not proceed with the Program enrolment process, and/or if the Prize quota is unavailable (exhausted).
  2. If a Customer is allocated a Prize but does not complete the Program enrolment process (including opening a Tabungan Cita2Ku Berhadiah Account or Tabungan Rencana Haji Account) within the period specified above, the Customer shall be deemed not to have participated in the Program and shall not be entitled to receive a Prize.

  • As the customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the program (the source account is not a Danamon LEBIH PRO or Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account), they are not eligible to participate in this program.

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to debit the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon for the payment of the Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposits, as well as Penalty Fees/Reward Replacement Fees (if the Customer cancels the Program in accordance with the Cancellation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program).
  2. The authorization granted by the Customer under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and, as long as the Customer’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorizations shall be irrevocable and shall not terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons set out in Articles 1813 (authorization terminates: by withdrawal of the power by the principal; by notification of termination of the authorization by the attorney; by death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may withdraw the authorization at any time and, if there is reason to do so, compel the attorney to return the authorization), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter causes the revocation of the first authorization, effective upon notification to the latter regarding such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code, and such authorizations constitute an inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complete procedures and mechanisms regarding Customer complaint services may be referred to on the official Bank Danamon website accessible through the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Cita2Ku Savings with Rewards”, “General Terms and Conditions of Hajj Savings Plan iB”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings” and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer understands that for certain changes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the above notification period may be exempted.
  4. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to a government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that the Customer is not and will not engage in transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of rewards to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that placement of funds in a savings account with returns exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Rewards received by the Customer are also calculated as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate component. The Customer may obtain information on changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or Hello Danamon.
  8. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Customer is advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
  9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority and guaranteed interest provisions based on regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Customer must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
