These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Anniversary Special Rate Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants taking part in the DANAMON ANNIVERSARY – DANAMON DANA INSTANT SPECIAL RATE (“Program”) for the Danamon Dana Instant product, organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Individual customers who meet the criteria to apply for the Danamon Dana Instant credit facility in accordance with Bank Danamon’s terms and conditions, subject to the additional terms and conditions for this Program, are as follows (“Program Participants”):

  1. Indonesian citizens who hold an active Bank Danamon savings account throughout the Program Period and have an average total managed fund comprising the average balance of all savings, current accounts, deposits, investment products and unit-linked bancassurance products at Bank Danamon of at least IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) over the last 6 (six) months; or
  2. Customers who already hold an active Danamon Dana Instant credit facility and apply for an increase in the limit or credit ceiling for that facility in accordance with Bank Danamon’s applicable policies; or
  3. Payroll customers, who are employees of companies that have partnered with Bank Danamon for payroll management services; or
  4. Bank Danamon employees, whether permanent or contract staff.

  1. Before joining the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and be fully aware of the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other terms and conditions of the Program, and to agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in the Program if the General Terms and Conditions of the Program are not met.
  3. Program Participants bear full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Program Participants must complete and sign the Danamon Dana Instant application form and provide all required documents.
  5. Program Participants may apply for a Danamon Dana Instant loan (“Loan”) with a tenor, interest rate and special administrative/admin fee applicable during the Program Period, subject to the following conditions:

    6 months 0.70% 3% of the loan principal, with a minimum of IDR 170,000

    *For loan tenures other than those mentioned above, interest and fees on the loan will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the standard Danamon Dana Instant scheme
    **No administration fee will be charged to Bank Danamon employees.

  6. The Program Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend the Loan amount and the Loan term should the Program Participant’s application via the Danamon Dana Instant app not be in line with the results of the analysis carried out by Bank Danamon.
  7. The Program Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to reject the Program Participant’s application if, based on the results of the analysis carried out by Bank Danamon, the Program Participant does not meet the Loan requirements set by Bank Danamon.
  8. By submitting a Loan application in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The submission of such a Loan application constitutes valid evidence of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Bank Danamon may reject the Loan application submitted by the Program Participant if, based on the credit analysis results of Bank Danamon, it does not meet the applicable requirements.

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding customer complaint services can be accessed through the website www.danamon.co.id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of Bank Danamon” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Dana Instant” and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail. Such terms and conditions shall remain valid insofar as not otherwise regulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time with notification through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant shall be deemed to have approved such notified changes if the Program Participant does not submit an objection within such period. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Program Participant to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer understands that for certain changes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the notification period for changes may be exempted.
  4. The Program Participant declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions as well as cancel participation in the Program. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to a government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
  8. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy in provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia.
  11. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by third parties associated with or claiming to represent Bank Danamon or this Program are beyond the responsibility of Bank Danamon.
