These General Terms and Conditions of the MF Online Starter Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the MF Online Starter Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period starts from July 16, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are entitled to participate in this program are as follows:

  1. Individual customers who have registered with Bank Danamon (existing to bank) or who will be registered with Bank Danamon (new to bank).

Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program or if there are other reasons for such rejection or cancellation.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers can participate in the Program with the following conditions:
    1. Make a Mutual fund purchase transaction through the D-Bank PRO application for a minimum of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) or USD 100.00 (one hundred US dollars) after deducting the transaction fee (nett).
    2. Customers who have purchased Mutual funds during the Program Period for the amounts mentioned above (including Bank Danamon employees) are entitled to cashback as regulated below:

      *ETPs are customers who already have a SID and are making their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO.

      **NTPs are customers who did not have a SID before this program period, then registered for a SID at a branch, and made their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO.

      ***Cashback is awarded to customers who make the fastest mutual fund transactions during the Program Period.

    3. The program does not apply to multiples, and customers are only entitled to one cashback during the program period.
    4. To be eligible for NTP, the SID must be created in the same month as the purchase transaction (subscription).
  5. All mutual fund products eligible for this Program are subject to the following conditions:
    1. Not applicable to money market funds.
    2. For equity funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.75%.
    3. For balanced and fixed income funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.5%.
    4. For mutual fund products from Manulife Asset Management Indonesia and Eastspring Investment Indonesia, the minimum subscription fee provisions in points b and c do not apply.
    5. This includes any additional mutual fund products distributed by Bank Danamon in the future that meet the criteria in points a, b, and c above.
  6. By making a transaction and participating in the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Prizes will be awarded within a maximum of 45 (forty-five) business days from the end of the month during which the Customer's transaction occurred.
  2. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah in accordance with the applicable program scheme.
  3. If the Customer's account is inactive, blocked, or under other circumstances that prevent the prize from being credited, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the prize cannot be awarded.
  4. Customer participation in this Program is free of charge, and the Customer is fully responsible for any tax obligations (if any) on the cashback received, in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia from time to time.
  5. Customers are entitled to benefit from the MF Online – Loyalty Campaign program as long as they meet the program's terms and conditions for the same fund placement.
  6. Apart from the MF Online Loyalty Campaign, if the Customer makes a transaction that meets the Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the Terms and Conditions of other programs, the Customer will only receive a prize or benefit in the amount of the largest prize or benefit, not cumulative.

  1. Customers are not entitled to receive cashback prizes for the Program if the Customer does not fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions.

MF Online Starter Program Simulation as follows:

  1. Illustration 1 - Customer A (Eligible for ETP)

    Customer A already has a SID and has previously traded mutual funds through a branch. However, the customer made their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus for IDR 2,000,000 on July 20, 2026.

    In this illustration, Customer A is eligible to receive a prize as an ETP (Existing to Product). Therefore, the prize of IDR 170,000 will be credited to the customer's account no later than 45 business days after the end of the current month (July).

  2. Illustration 2 - Customer B (Eligible for NTP)

    Customer B does not yet have a SID. The customer then registers for an SID at a branch on July 18, 2026, and makes their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus for IDR 2,000,000 on July 20, 2026.

    In this illustration, Customer A is eligible to receive a reward as an NTP (New to Product) because they registered for an SID after the program period began and made transactions with amounts and products that comply with the Program Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the reward of IDR 270,000 will be credited to the customer's account no later than 45 business days after the end of the current month (July).

  3. Illustration 3 - Customer C (Product not eligible)

    Customer C does not yet have a SID. The customer then registered for a SID at a branch on July 18, 2026, and made their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Schroder Dana Likuid for IDR 5,000,000 on July 20, 2026.

    In this illustration, Customer C is not eligible for the NTP (New to Product) prize because, although they registered for a SID after the program period began and made a transaction in the same month, the product they traded did not comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, as it was a money market product.

  4. Illustration 4 - Customer D (Transaction in a different month than the SID was created)

    Customer D does not yet have an SID. The customer then registers for an SID at a branch on July 18, 2026, and makes their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO, purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi for IDR 5,000,000 on August 10, 2026.

    In this illustration, Customer D is not eligible for the NTP (New to Product) prize because, although they have registered for an SID and made transactions for the appropriate amount and product, the transactions occurred in a different month than the SID was created. However, the customer will still be eligible as an ETP (Existing to Product).

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24/7.
  2. Procedures for Customer Complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah .

  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, to the extent not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, remain valid and binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk," "General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products," and "General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO Services."
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise/amend/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions under the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the awarding of Program prizes to the Customer concerned. Customers remain obligated to pay all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia, and is a guarantee participant in the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are written in two languages (Indonesian and English). In the event of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Beware of fraud. Be careful and avoid being deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other actions by third parties associated with this Program are beyond Bank Danamon's jurisdiction.
