These General Terms and Conditions of the Juli Berkah 70 Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Juli Berkah 70 Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Juli Berkah 70 Program Participation Form (“Program Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 1 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This program is applicable for:

  1. Individual customers who have not previously held a Tabungan Rencana Haji iB IDR account (“TRH iB IDR”) or a Tabungan Perencanaan Syariah iB Account (“TPS iB”) or a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB (“DL PRO iB”) account with Bank Danamon previously—whether opened via a Bank Danamon branch (Sharia branch or office channeling branch) or the D-Bank PRO app—or
  2. Existing customers who already hold a Tabungan Rencana Haji iB IDR (“TRH iB IDR”)/ Tabungan Perencanaan Syariah iB (“TPS iB”)/ Danamon LEBIH PRO iB (“DL PRO iB”) account with Bank Danamon.

This program is a special initiative to mark Bank Danamon’s 70th anniversary in July 2026. The program comprises four sub-programs, namely:

  1. Program 1: Special 70th Anniversary Tabungan Rencana Syariah Reward Program (quota: 70 customers)
  2. Program 2: Special 70th Anniversary Setoran Haji Reguler Program (quota: 70 customers)
  3. Program 3: Special 70th Anniversary Setoran Haji Khusus Program (quota: 70 customers)
  4. Program 4: Special 70th Anniversary Setoran Umroh Program (quota: 70 customers)

This program will offer special prizes during the Program Period in accordance with the quota for each sub-program

  1. Customers must complete and sign the Program Participation Form.
  2. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  5. The customer must open an account as follows:
    1. Program 1: The TRH iB IDR account, which is opened via a Bank Danamon branch (either a Sharia branch or an office channelling branch) with an initial deposit of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah), or the TPS iB account, which is opened via digital channels—either through the D -Bank PRO app with an initial deposit of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah), or
    2. Program 2: The DL PRO iB account, which is opened at a Bank Danamon branch (either via a Sharia branch or office channeling) with an initial deposit of IDR 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
  6. For program 1, Customers must meet the minimum monthly deposit and savings term requirements for TRH iB IDR / TPS iB as follows:

  7. For programs 2,3, and 4, Customers are required to place a hold on their funds after making a Hajj deposit (regular Hajj/special Hajj) or an Umrah deposit, with the details of the hold as follows:

  8. Specifically for Hajj deposits (regular Hajj/special Hajj) until the customer receives a validation number/SPPH number from the Ministry of Hajj.
  9. For Program 4, customers must use the Umrah package from the designated partner travel agency, namely “Khazzanah Tour & Travel – Muhabbah Umrah Package with a 7% Special Discount”. The following is a summary of the information regarding the Umrah package:

  10. Customers wishing to participate in Program 4 must contact the travel agency’s contact person to obtain detailed information regarding the Umrah package, including payment account details. Customers must make full payment (full payment) for the Umrah package into the travel agency’s account at Bank Danamon, the details of which will be provided by the contact person. After making the payment, customers must visit a Bank Danamon branch (either an office channeling branch or a Sharia branch) to open an account and hold the funds in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions.
  11. The Umrah package is not a Bank Danamon product, but a product of Khazzanah Tour and Travel (“Khazzanah”). Therefore, Khazzanah bears full responsibility for the features, risks and benefits of the Umrah package, as well as the execution of the Umrah, and releases Bank Danamon from any liability regarding the Umrah package and its execution as offered by Khazzanah.
  12. Each Customer’s CIF is only entitled to participate in this Program (Programs 1, 2, 3 and 4) once during the program period.

  1. Bank Danamon will award prizes (sling bags, tumblers, etc.) to Customers who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Program (“Prizes”). The type of prize awarded to Customers may vary depending on the availability of items at Bank Danamon and whilst stocks last.
  2. Bank Danamon will notify customers eligible to receive the Prize via the branch managing their account. Customers may collect the Gift at the branch no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date on which they are confirmed to have met the Program’s Terms and Conditions. The Prize is presented to customers at the branch where their TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/TRH iB USD account was opened. Customers may obtain this information at any Bank Danamon branch (Sharia or Office Channeling).
  3. If the Customer: (i) closes their TRH iB IDR/TRH iB USD/TPS iB account during the savings period; and (ii) withdraws from the Program by completing and signing the Juli Berkah 70 Program Withdrawal Form (“Program Withdrawal Form”), or (iii) the target amount is not met by the end of the savings period, Bank Danamon reserves the right to debit a prize replacement fee from the Customer’s account registered with the Program in accordance with the details below, or the equivalent in USD at the exchange rate prevailing on the date and time of the debit. This amount includes tax on the prize.

  4. The prize replacement fee will be debited from the customer’s account upon expiry of the savings period for the TRH iB IDR, TPS iB or DL PRO iB accounts, or if the account is closed before the savings period ends.

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to debit the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon for payment of reward replacement fees in the event that the Customer: (i) closes the TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/DL PRO iB account during the saving period or during the fund blocking period; (ii) cancels participation in the Program by completing and signing the Program Cancellation Form; or (iii) fails to meet the fund target at the end of the saving period; in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to debit the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon for payment of reward replacement fees in the event that the Customer: (i) closes the TRH iB IDR/TPS iB/DL PRO iB account during the saving period or during the fund blocking period; (ii) cancels participation in the Program by completing and signing the Program Cancellation Form; or (iii) fails to meet the fund target at the end of the saving period; in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Customer shall receive a Reward for account opening carried out in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

The Customer shall be subject to reward replacement fees if the Customer does not comply with the Program Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

The Customer shall not be charged any fees when collecting the reward at the branch; however, if the Customer does not comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer will be charged reward replacement fees equivalent to the value of the reward including applicable taxes.

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions of Hajj Savings Plan iB”, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to a government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of rewards to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer agrees that placement of funds in a savings account with returns exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Rewards received by the Customer are also calculated as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate component. The Customer may obtain information regarding changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or Hello Danamon.
  7. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Customer must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
