70% Discount Up To IDR 35,000 On 2L Cooking Oil

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the D-Bank Pro QRIS BDI 70th Anniversary 2026 Program: Make a Minimum Cash deposit of IDR 100,000 at D-Bank Pro to receive a 70% discount of up to IDR 35,000 on All Brands 2L Bottles of Cooking Oil (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period is 16–18 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are those who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers who hold a Danamon savings account and/or a Danamon credit card, together with an active savings account throughout the Program Period;
  2. Customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app; and
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customers”).

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from the Customer’s participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Under this Program, the Customer may receive a discount of 70 per cent (seventy per cent) up to IDR 35,000 (thirty-five thousand rupiah) (“Discount”) on the purchase of 1 (one) 2 (two) litre bottle of palm oil of any brand when the Customer makes a cash deposit transaction of at least IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) at any Indomaret outlet in Indonesia using D-Bank PRO (“Transaction”).
  5. Each CIF is entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Reward during the Program Period.
  6. The Reward quota is 5,000 (five thousand) during the Program Period (“Program Quota”).
  7. By carrying out a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. The transaction carried out by the Customer constitutes valid proof of the Customer’s participation in the Program and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Customers make a cash deposit via the D-Bank PRO app with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) at Indomaret.
  2. In the same transaction, customers may purchase 1 (one) 2L (two-litre) bottle of cooking oil, so that the cash deposit and product purchase are recorded on the same receipt.
  3. Customers are entitled to a discount of 70% (seventy per cent) up to IDR 35,000 (thirty-five thousand Rupiah) on the purchase of cooking oil as described in point 2.
  4. The amount of the cash deposit received by the customer will be deducted from the price of the cooking oil paid after the discount has been applied.
  5. There is no charge for customers’ participation in this Program.
  6. Customers understand and agree that should the Program quota be exhausted before the end of the Program Period, they will not receive the Discount Reward.

  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Program Participant complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. Products and/or services offered by Hokben are not products of, nor the responsibility of, Bank Danamon, and therefore remain solely the responsibility of Hokben. Should there be any issues and/or complaints related to the products, services, and/or the program, customers are advised to contact the responsible representative of the Hokben merchant directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions relating to banking products, services, and/or transactions, to the extent not otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Customer and shall form an integral and inseparable part hereof.
  3. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of Bank Danamon” and the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO.” These terms and conditions shall remain valid and binding to the extent that they are not otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any amendment, addition, or update to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be communicated through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are communicated by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they shall be deemed to have accepted such changes if no objection is submitted within the stipulated period. If the Customer does not agree with such changes, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Program, provided that all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any) have been duly settled in advance. The Customer further declares that there are no and will be no transactions suspected to involve money laundering and/or other prohibited transactions in violation of the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revoke the provision of Cashback Rewards under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. The Customer represents and warrants that there are no and will be no transactions suspected of involving money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  7. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, suspicious transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions in violation of applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate participation in the Program, and/or revoke the Cashback Rewards granted to the respective Customer. The Customer shall remain fully liable for the settlement of all obligations to Bank Danamon
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Customers are advised to remain vigilant against fraudulent activities carried out by unauthorized individuals purporting to represent Bank Danamon and offering any form of rewards. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of this Program are beyond the control and responsibility of Bank Danamon.
