These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon 0% My Own Installment Anniversary Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders participating in the Danamon 0% My Own Installment Anniversary Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Cardholder’s application via D-Bank PRO (“Application”).

This program applies to applications submitted between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers who hold an active Bank Danamon credit or charge card during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who carry out transactions as set out in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholders”).

  1. Cardholders must read, understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program at the time of application via the D-Bank PRO app.
  2. Cardholders must register by completing and submitting their application to join the program via the D-Bank PRO app, which forms an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or demands arising from their participation in and/or withdrawal from this Program.
  4. Applies to all Danamon Credit Cards and Danamon Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express) (”Cards”).
  5. This program is not applicable to Danamon Corporate Cards.
  6. The Card must be active, up to date with payments, and not blocked.
  7. The Cards and transactions included and submitted under this Program are those selected by the primary Cardholder via the D-Bank PRO app.
  8. The minimum transaction amount that can be converted into installments is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) and the maximum transaction amount that can be converted into installments is IDR 7,000,000 (seven million rupiah), with an installment period of 6 (six) months.
  9. The following are the administration fees applicable to the application amounts for this program:

  10. The transaction details displayed in the D-Bank PRO app relate to transactions made on the primary card and supplementary cards; however, only the primary cardholder is eligible to apply for this program.
  11. Transactions that can be converted into installments are limited to retail transactions and do not include cash advances, insurance premium payments, money transfers, bill payments, installment transactions or those already converted into installments, and transaction fees.
  12. Transactions conducted in currencies other than the Indonesian Rupiah will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah in accordance with the conversion terms based on the exchange rate applicable to the card network (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express), as well as the conversion fees set by Bank Danamon at the time the transaction is posted by Bank Danamon. Consequently, the transaction value in Indonesian Rupiah displayed on the D-Bank PRO app before the transaction is posted may differ from the transaction value in Indonesian Rupiah after the transaction is posted.
  13. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon is entitled to charge interest and administrative fees for this Program, the amounts of which are as stated in the D-Bank PRO app.
  14. The installment amount shown on the D-Bank PRO app’s confirmation page is merely an estimated calculation based on the Cardholder’s chosen repayment term and interest rate. The actual installment amount is as stated on the Cardholder’s statement.
  15. Interest and administrative fees will be calculated based on the selected repayment term and will be charged to the Cardholder for each transaction converted into installments.
  16. Interest on installments is calculated using a fixed installment method, whereby the total fixed installment will consist of varying proportions of principal and interest each month; this composition will be inversely proportional from the first installment until the final installment is paid to Bank Danamon.
  17. The conversion of a transaction into an installment plan will be processed within 1–2 (one to two) working days after the transaction has been successfully posted. If the transaction is not successfully posted within 5 (five) working days, the Program application will be cancelled.
  18. If required in accordance with Bank Danamon’s policy, Bank Danamon will confirm this by telephone to the Cardholder’s mobile number recorded in Bank Danamon’s system.
  19. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program if they do not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions and/or if, following an assessment or review carried out by Bank Danamon, it is found that the application does not comply with Bank Danamon’s policies.
  20. The Cardholder will receive notification of their Program application via email to the email address registered in Bank Danamon’s system.
  21. Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will incur a penalty charge of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal of the Program loan and the interest accrued at that time (if any).
  22. For any delay in payment of Program installments, the Cardholder will be charged a penalty in accordance with Bank Danamon’s applicable fee schedule.
  23. Should the Cardholder fail to pay the minimum amount due on their Bank Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card (or fail to pay the full amount due specifically on the Danamon American Express Charge Card) for 2 (two) consecutive months by the due date, Bank Danamon will charge the entire outstanding principal balance plus a penalty fee of 5% (five per cent) of the outstanding principal balance of the Program, late payment charges and any interest accrued at that time (if any).
  24. By applying for the 0% Tenor 6 My Own Installment Program via D-Bank PRO, Programme Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Submission of the application for the 0% Tenor 6 My Own Installment Program via D-Bank PRO constitutes valid proof of the Program Participant’s enrollment in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.

  1. For the purpose of this Program, the Cardholder hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to convert transactions from the Card belonging to the Cardholder into installments.
  2. The authorization granted by the Program Participant under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is given to the Bank with the right of substitution and, as long as the obligations of the Program Participant to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorizations shall be irrevocable and shall not terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons set out in Articles 1813 (authorization terminates: by withdrawal of the power by the principal; by notification of termination of the authorization by the attorney; by death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may withdraw the authorization at any time and, if there is reason to do so, compel the attorney to return the authorization), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter causes the revocation of the first authorization, effective upon notification to the latter regarding such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code, and such authorizations constitute an inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Program Participant and/or the Program Participant’s representative may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the Bank’s official website at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of Bank Danamon” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”.
  2. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time with notification through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by the Bank through the Bank’s communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant shall be deemed to have approved such notified changes if the Program Participant does not submit an objection within such period. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Program Participant to the Bank (if any).
  3. The Program Participant declares that the Program Participant is not and will not conduct transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. The Program Participant agrees that placement of funds in deposit accounts with returns/interest exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Program Participant may obtain information on changes to the maximum guaranteed return/interest rate through Bank branch offices or Hello Danamon. [Rewards received by the Program Participant are also calculated as part of the maximum guaranteed return/interest rate component – not required to be included if the reward is a lottery-based reward/program reward not in the form of cash].
  6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to any government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
  8. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy of provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Bank or this Program are beyond the responsibility of the Bank.
