These General Terms and Conditions of the Cashback 70% up to IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) at Hang Tuah Kopi & Toastery (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and make transactions using a Card (“Cardholders”) and who participate in the Cashback 70% up to IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) at Hang Tuah Kopi & Toastery (“Program”) organised by the Bank in collaboration with its merchant partner, Hang Tuah Kopi & Toastery.

Cardholders hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 9 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

The program applies to transactions for the following Cardholders: (i) Danamon Debit/ATM cards bearing the Mastercard and GPN logos; and (ii) Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB logos, as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards; however, this does not apply to corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program consists of a 70% (seventy per cent) cashback, with a maximum cashback of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) (“Cashback Reward”) for each Cardholder who makes a transaction at participating Hang Tuah Kopi & Toastery outlets.
    2. The program valid with minimum transactions of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) after tax and service charges.
    3. The program applies to purchases of food and beverages.
    4. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
    5. The program does not apply to multiple transactions or split bills (split bill).
    6. The program applies to both dine-in and takeaway orders.
    7. Cardholders are entitled to receive the Cashback Reward once during the Program Period for each of the following: 1 (one) type of Danamon Debit Card and 1 (one) type of Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card.
    8. If a Cardholder makes multiple transactions using the same Card, the Cashback Reward will be awarded for the first transaction of that month. The following is a simulation of the Cashback Reward for Cardholders:

      The Cardholder has 2 (two) cards:

      • 1 (one) Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) transaction using a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) transaction using a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.

      The Cardholder has 2 (two) cards:

      • 1 (one) Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) transaction using a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 2 (two) transactions using a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with the Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card, based on the first transaction made in that month.

      The Cardholder has 3 (three) cards:

      • 1 (one) Danamon Mastercard Debit Card;
      • 1 (one) Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Danamon American Express Gold Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) transaction with a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card;
      • 1 (one) transaction with a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card; and
      • 1 (one) transaction with a Danamon American Express Gold Credit Card.
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with the Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with the Danamon Credit Card, based on the first transaction made in that month.

      The Cardholder has 4 (four) cards:

      • 1 (one) Danamon Mastercard debit card;
      • 1 (one) Danamon JCB Precious credit card;
      • 1 (one) Danamon American Express Gold credit card; and
      • 1 (one) Platinum Card® Danamon.
      • 2 (two) transactions with a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card;
      • 2 (two) transactions with a Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card;
      • 2 (two) transactions with a Danamon American Express Gold Credit Card; and
      • 2 (two) transactions with a Platinum Card® Danamon
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with a Danamon Mastercard Debit Card; and
      • 1 (one) Cashback Reward for transactions made with a Danamon Credit Card or Charge Card, based on the first transaction made in that month.
    9. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
    10. Specifically for the use of supplementary cards, the cashback reward will be credited to the primary card.
    11. The Cashback Reward will be credited as a credit balance to the monthly statement for Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card holders, whilst for Danamon Debit Card holders, the Cashback Reward will be credited to the account used for transactions under the Program.
    12. The Cashback Reward will be credited by the Bank no later than 60 (sixty) working days in the month following the transaction, provided the transaction took place during the Program Period.
    13. Cashback rewards will only be credited to Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards that are in current standing (not blocked, not in arrears), as well as to active Danamon Debit Card accounts.
    14. The Program does not apply to installment transactions and/or transactions converted into instalments.
    15. Cashback rewards are non-transferable and/or non-redeemable for cash.
    16. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
    17. The Bank will pay any tax deductions arising (if any) from the receipt of Cashback Rewards to the relevant tax authority. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of tax on Cashback Rewards received by Program Participants are the sole responsibility of the Program Participants (self-assessment basis).
  5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any transactions carried out by the Cardholder shall constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation in the Program and of the Cardholder’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Cardholder and/or the Cardholder’s representative may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership”, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Products and/or services of merchant partners are not products or responsibilities of the Bank, therefore they are fully the responsibility of the respective merchant partners. In the event of any issues and/or complaints in relation to such products, services, and/or the Program, the Cardholder may contact the relevant merchant partner.
  3. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by the Bank through the Bank’s communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the period mentioned above. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to any government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately report it to Hello Danamon.
  8. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy of provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Cardholder must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Bank or the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
