These General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit/ATM Card 7% Cashback Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants taking part in the Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit/ATM Card 7% Cashback Program Danamon LEBIH PRO Debit/ATM Card Cashback Program (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. Customers holding a Danamon LEBIH PRO or Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account who carry out transactions using a Danamon debit/ATM card bearing the GPN and Mastercard logos
  2. Not applicable to Danamon Bank Privilege customers.

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the full right to refuse a Program Participant’s participation if they do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or withdrawal from this Program.
  4. The following provisions apply to the Program:
    1. Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback Scheme
      1. Specifically for Program Participants who hold a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account, Program Participants must make purchase transactions at any merchant, whether offline or online, located overseas (“Overseas Transactions”), and/or make purchase transactions at merchants registered with Mastercard as petrol station merchants, grocery and/or Food & Beverages offline or online merchants (“Eligible Merchants”) located within the country (“Domestic Transactions”) to receive a 7% cashback, subject to the terms set out in the following table:

        *) The maximum cashback limit for new Program participants applies only to Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions carried out in the same month as the opening of a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account.
        **) Danamon Global Currency Card (Debit/ATM card) bearing the Mastercard logo, with the first 6 digits of the card number being: 541143

      2. The cumulative average balance across all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB accounts held by Program Participants must total at least IDR 5,000,000.00 (five million rupiah) during the Program Period.
      3. The minimum total accumulated transaction value carried out by Program Participants must be IDR 3,000,000.00 (three million rupiah) in Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions each month.
      4. If a Program Participant holds more than 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the transactions counted towards earning cashback are Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions from all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB accounts held by the Program Participant (cumulative).
    2. The Program applies to Program Participants who carry out transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and whose transactions are recorded during the calculation month in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts, in accordance with the respective schemes set out in point 4a.
    3. The Program does not apply to transactions made via ATMs, D-Bank PRO, or e-commerce transactions using direct debit facilities.
    4. Each Program Participant (one CIF) is only eligible for 1 (one) cashback per month during the Program Period.
    5. If a Program Participant holds both a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB and a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account (under a single CIF), the Program Participant is only eligible for one Cashback Scheme. If a Program Participant’s overseas and/or domestic transactions on their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account comply with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (clause 4.a.i), the ProgramParticipant will only receive cashback in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme and will not be eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme, even if they have met the requirements of the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (bdi.co.id/dlcashback). If a Program Participant’s Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions on their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account do not comply with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (clause 4.a.i), the Program Participant will not receive cashback under the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme, however, the Program Participant remains eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme provided they have met the requirements set out in the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (bdi.co.id/dlcashback).
  5. By carrying out transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program during the Program Period, Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to take part in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions carried out by Program Participants constitute valid proof of their participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. Bank Danamon does not charge any fees in connection with the Program.

  1. Program Participants who have met the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the rewards specified in the Program (“Rewards”).
  2. Cashback for the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback Scheme will only be credited to the Program Participant’s active Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account denominated in Rupiah at the time the cashback is awarded. If a Program Participant holds more than 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the cashback will be credited to the account with the highest cumulative transaction value.
  3. Cashback on overseas transactions will be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (having been converted in accordance with the exchange rate applicable at Bank Danamon during the month of the transaction).
  4. Cashback will be credited within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the last day of the Program Period.
  5. Bank Danamon applies the applicable tax regulations to this Program. Any tax liabilities arising from the Program (if any) are the responsibility of Bank Danamon and the Customer towards the tax authorities.

      Customer A has just opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account on 3 July 2026.

      Customer A meets the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 6,500,000 (six million five hundred thousand rupiah)) and meets the minimum cumulative transaction requirement for Overseas and Domestic Transactions of IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah) at Eligible Merchants, using the Danamon Global Currency Card, with the following details:

      In July 2026, Customer C met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account (with an average balance of IDR 20,000,000.00 (twenty million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirements for the total number of overseas and domestic transactions made using the Danamon Global Currency Card debit card, as detailed below:

      In July 2026, Customer D did not meet the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah)), however, Customer D met the minimum requirement for the cumulative value of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions made using a Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card, amounting to IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah). The customer is not entitled to a cashback as the average balance is less than IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah).

      Customer F (an existing customer) holds both a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB and a Danamon LEBIH savings account. In this case, transactions on the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will be taken into account first.


      In July 2026, Customer F met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of Rp29,000,000.00 (twenty-nine million rupiah)), but did not meet the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using a Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card, with the details as follows:

      Customer F does not meet the minimum transaction accumulation criteria (less than IDR 3,000,000.00), so Customer F will not receive the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB cashback, and Customer F’s Danamon LEBIH savings account will subsequently be assessed in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme.


      In July 2026, Customer F met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH savings account (with an average balance of IDR 10,000,000.00 (ten million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirement for the accumulation of domestic transactions using a Danamon Bank debit/ATM card, with the following details:

      Customer G (an existing customer) holds both a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB and a Danamon LEBIH savings account. In this case, transactions on the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will be taken into account first.

      In July 2026, Customer G met the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 29,000,000.00 (twenty-nine million rupiah)), and met the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using a Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

      Customer G meets the minimum transaction volume criteria and will therefore receive a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB cashback of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand rupiah). However, although there are transactions that meet the criteria under the Danamon LEBIH cashback scheme, transactions involving Danamon LEBIH products are not counted, as Program Participants are only eligible for one cashback scheme per month.

The Customer will not receive the Reward if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Participation of the Program Participant in this Program is free of charge.

  1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complete procedures and mechanisms regarding Customer complaint services may be referred to on the official Bank Danamon website accessible through the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. The transaction verification process is solely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Card”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH Savings”, and “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH iB Savings”. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, and/or provide Cashback to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority and guaranteed interest provisions based on regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Customer must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
