New Customer Acquisition Program – 70th Anniversary

These General Terms and Conditions of the New Customer Acquisition Program – 70th Anniversary (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participants taking part in the New Customer Acquisition Program – 70th Anniversary (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 16 July to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This program is open only to participants who meet the following criteria (“Program Participants”):

  1. New individual customers
  2. Who do not yet have a CIF with Bank Danamon
  3. Account opening is carried out via D-Bank PRO
  4. The savings account opened is a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account; and
  5. Not an employee of Bank Danamon Indonesia, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants bear full responsibility for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Participants must open a Danamon LEBIH PRO account via the D-Bank PRO app during the Program Period in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and must enter the Program’s specific code in the referral code field during the account opening registration process, namely HUT70
  5. Should a Participant fail to enter the specific code mentioned in point 4 above or enter the code incorrectly in the ‘referral code’ field in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Participant shall not be entitled to receive the Reward
  6. Participants who have successfully opened a Danamon LEBIH PRO account via the D-Bank PRO app are required to activate the D-Bank PRO app within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days
  7. Participants must carry out a foreign exchange (forex) transaction / purchase of foreign currency from the Danamon LEBIH PRO account registered for this programme via the D -Bank PRO app (“Transaction”) with a minimum value of IDR 1,700,000.00 (one million seven hundred thousand Rupiah) into any other available currency, in order to receive a cashback reward (“Reward”) subject to the conditions set out in the table below:

  8. If the Program quota is exhausted, Participants who are eligible to receive a Reward after the quota has been exhausted will not receive a Reward, even if the Program Period has not yet ended
  9. Transactions must be carried out in accordance with the Program Period
  10. Program Participants will only receive a Reward a maximum of 1 (one) time during the Programme Period.
  11. The Program is not valid for multiple claims and cannot be combined with other programs.
  12. Funds deposited into a Danamon LEBIH PRO account opened under this Program must be fresh funds, namely: (i) funds deposited in cash via a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) funds transferred to a savings account opened by the Participant from a bank account other than one held with Bank Danamon.
  13. By entering a special code in the ‘referral code’ field when opening a Danamon LEBIH PRO account via the D-Bank PRO app or website, as well as activating the D -Bank PRO app and depositing funds in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the Program’s General Terms and Conditions; furthermore, these actions constitute valid proof of the Participant’s participation in this Program.

  1. Program participants who have met the Program’s Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive the reward specified in the Program (“Reward”).
  2. The Reward will be credited to the participant’s Danamon LEBIH PRO account, opened in connection with their participation in this Program, no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the end date of the Program period.
  3. Tax on the Reward shall be borne by Bank Danamon

  1. The Program Participant hereby authorizes the Bank to debit the Program Participant’s account at the Bank for [insert fees that need to be directly debited by the Bank in relation to participation and/or cancellation of the Program Participant’s participation in the Program].
  2. The authorization granted by the Program Participant under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is given to the Bank with the right of substitution and, as long as the Program Participant’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully fulfilled, such authorizations shall be irrevocable and shall not terminate for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons set out in Articles 1813 (authorization terminates: by withdrawal of the power by the principal; by notification of termination of the authorization by the attorney; by death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may withdraw the authorization at any time and, if there is reason to do so, compel the attorney to return the authorization), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter causes the revocation of the first authorization, effective upon notification to the latter regarding such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code, and such authorizations constitute an inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, including but not limited to not inputting the referral code and/or not conducting foreign exchange purchase transactions, therefore will not receive the Reward.
  2. The Reward quota has been exhausted, therefore the Customer cannot participate in the Program.

  1. The Program Participant and/or the Program Participant’s representative may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the Bank’s official website at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

  1. The Program Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time with notification through communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as well as other changes, the Program Participant has the right to submit an objection in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by the Bank through the Bank’s communication media. The Program Participant agrees that the Program Participant shall be deemed to have approved such notified changes if the Program Participant does not submit an objection within such period. If the Program Participant does not agree to such changes, the Program Participant has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Program Participant to the Bank (if any).
  2. The Program Participant declares that the Program Participant is not and will not conduct transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, cancel participation in the Program, as well as cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Program Participant agrees that placement of funds in deposit accounts with returns/interest exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Program Participant may obtain information on changes to the maximum guaranteed return/interest rate through Bank branch offices or Hello Danamon. [Rewards received by the Program Participant are also calculated as part of the maximum guaranteed return/interest rate component – not required to be included if the reward is a lottery-based reward/program reward not in the form of cash].
  5. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to any government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, becomes invalid, or is declared null and void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  6. In the event that any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected to have occurred, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report it through Hello Danamon.
  7. These Terms and Conditions of the Program are prepared in Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy of provisions or interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  8. The headings and terms used in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are solely intended to facilitate understanding of the contents of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  10. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Program Participants must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent the Bank by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Bank or this Program are beyond the responsibility of the Bank.
