Prima KPM is a financing facility for new or used passenger cars, commercial cars, premium motorbikes/vespa or cash loans (multipurpose loans) with car BPKB guarantees offered to Bank Danamon customers managed by its subsidiary PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk., (“Adira Finance”).
 
In celebration of Danamon's 66th anniversary, Bank Danamon customers can enjoy special interest rates/margins for new car financing through Prima KPM.
 
Bank Danamon offers this Prima KPM facility to customers through Bank Danamon branches and also via Bank Danamon's mobile banking application, D-Bank PRO.
 
Applications to Prima KPM can be submitted through D-Bank PRO (Danamon's mobile banking application) or via Bank Danamon website. Website submissions will be directed to the business support website Momobil.id which is used and managed by PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. (“Adira Finance”) in providing this vehicle financing facility.

The Program Period starts from 1 - 31 August 2022 (“Program Period”).

  1. Special interest/margin rates starting from 1.66% per year for financing period starting from the initial year, free of charge provisions and discounts of up to 66% from administration fees.
  2. Applications submitted through D-Bank PRO will get additional cashback in the form of Adirapoin worth IDR 660 thousand via the AdiraKu application (for the process on availing cashback, refer to Section VII in Other Terms and Conditions).
  3. Simpler credit document requirements.
  4. Comprehensive insurance includes:
    1. Vehicle unit insurance
    2. Expanded insurance (natural disasters, riot and 3rd  party risk) – Optional
    3. Personal Accident Insurance (PA)
Customers who wish to avail of this financing facility must pass the following criteria:
  1. Bank Danamon customers must have an active savings product;
  2. Indonesian citizenship;
  3. Working status as employee, professional or entrepreneur;
  4. Employment tenure:
    • 1 year minimum employment in the current company
    • 2 years minimum as a professional
    • 2 years minimum for self-employed or entrepreneur status
  5. Married or minimum age of 21 years old;
  6. Maximum age to end of tenor is 55 years old; and
  7. Excluded from the SLIK Blacklist/Negative List (during the time of submission).

  1. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Program Terms and Conditions, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and considered an integral part of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. These General Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Online Banking”, “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank” and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/revisions/updates to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  4. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to have accepted changes in the event that he/she does not file any objections within the time period. If the Customer disagrees to any changes, the Customer has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations still owed to Bank Danamon.
  5. If there are reports of indications of fraud, deceit, and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Customer’s cashback reward.
  6. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  7. If any discrepancy or indication of fraud occurs regarding this Program, the Customer is advised to immediately contact Hello Danamon.
  8. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of the laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. Process to avail of the Cashback through Adirapoin:
    1. Intended for customers who have been approved and disbursed no later than 31 August 2022
    2. Cashback will be offered after customer performs prompt payment of installment in the following month upon downpayment (either including the first installment/ADDM or excluding the first installment/ADDB).
    3. In addition, the customer will receive an SMS from Adira Finance containing the program promo code no later than 30 days after the first month’s installment payment proceeding the downpayment.
    4. Upon receiving the promo code in the Adiraku application, customers can redeem Adirapoin by performing the following steps:
      1. Open the Adiraku application (latest version 2.4.0) and log in with the registered mobile number used when applying for credit financing. Select the "Promo" menu.
      2. When the promo display menu appears, select "Special for you".
      3. Choose the bonus/cashback that you wish to redeem. Your selected promo details will be displayed. Click "Use" to redeem.
      4. Upon successful redemption, Adirapoin increases as indicated on the “Home” menu located at the top left of the Adirapoin balance.
    5. Customers can exchange Adirapoin with installment discounts or vouchers (load / PLN / Indomaret / Alfamart)
