Program Period 13 July to 31 July 2022

For QRIS D-Bank PRO Users
The General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) applies to customers participating in the 66th DANAMON HUT 2022 Additional Program (“Additional Program”) offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
Rewards for the Additional Program includes :
- Rp25,000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) Cashback for opening a Danamon Save account (“New Account Program”); and
- Transaction Program using QR via D-Bank Pro or Debit Card for minimum purchase of Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) (“Transaction Program”)
(“Additional Rewards”)
Customers understand and agree to the general terms and conditions as follows :
The program period starts from 13 July until 31 July 2022 (“Additional Program Period”)
Customers who are entitled to participate in this Program are as follows :
New Account Program
- Bank Danamon will give a Rp25,000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) cashback reward to customers who open a Danamon Save account with the following terms and conditions :
- Bank Danamon new Customer opens an account on 13 July – 31 July 2022.
- Input referral code ACEBDI66 when opening an account.
- Make at least one (1) transaction with Merchant Ace Hardware
Transaction Program
- The Customer must perform minimum five (5) transactions using QR via D-Bank PRO or Debit Card for payments within thirty (30) calendar days of opening a new account.
- A minimal transaction nominal of Rp50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) per transaction.
- Customers who include the appropriate referral code and have met the requirements above are entitled to a cashback of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah).
- The transaction reward will be in the form of a cashback, which will be transferred to the Customer's new account opened in connection with the program.
- This program is integral with the Danamon 66 Anniversary Program. Prior to participation in the Program, the Customer must read and understand the description, benefits, risks, costs and other Program provisions, and agree to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
- The Customer is required to open an account during the Program Period through one of the following Danamon platforms :

or you can open an account directly on the collaborating partner’s application which provides Danamon account opening services.
- The Customer is required to enter the referral code ACEBDI66 when opening an account.
- The Customer is required to make at least one (1) transaction at Merchant Ace Hardware using QRIS D-Bank PRO during the Program Period (“Transaction”).
- The Customer is required to make transactions using the QR payment method via D-Bank PRO or Debit Card at least 5 (five) times within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the new account was opened.
- By carrying out activities stipulated in points III.2 to III.4, the Customer will receive an Additional Reward of Rp. 25,000 (twenty five thousand Rupiah). And, if the Customer carries out activities according to points III.2 to III.5, then the Customer will receive an Additional Reward of Rp75,000 (seventy five thousand Rupiah).
- By making a Transaction, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transaction serves as valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and his/her compliance with the Program's General Terms and Conditions.
- Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
- The Customer takes full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation in this Program.
- The Additional Reward will be credited to the Customer's account that was used to perform the Transaction or to a Merchant's account on the 30th (thirtieth) of the succeeding month after the Transaction.
- Customer participation in this Program is free of charge and the Reward tax will be fully borne by Bank Danamon.

- The Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of “General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Account and Banking Facilities/Services”, “General Terms and Conditions of the 66th Danamon HUT Program” and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. These terms and conditions remain valid unless it is regulated otherwise in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
- The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Changes”). Bank Danamon will notify the Customer of any changes/additions/updates through available communication media at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if he/she fails to submit an objection within that period. If the Customer disagrees with the change, he/she has the right to cancel his/her participation by first settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
- The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
- If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transaction, program participation, and issuance of Program Rewards to the corresponding Customer.
- The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
- Bank Danamon, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
Beware of scams. Please be careful and do not be deceived by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts, which are committed by other parties or third parties associated with this Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
