Program Cashback Privilege Debit Card

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card Cashback Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"). The Program is applicable to Danamon Privilege Customers who meet the eligibility criteria described below.
By participating in the Program, the Customer agrees to be bound by all provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 

The Program runs from April 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in the Program must meet the following criteria ("Customer"):
  1. Must be registered as a Danamon Privilege Customer with a minimum average balance of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) during the transaction month. The balance includes funds across Savings, Current Accounts, Deposits, Investment Products, and Bancassurance Unit Link Products.
  2. Must possess an active Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card.
  3. Must maintain at least one active Rupiah savings account with a single account status linked to the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card.
  1. Customers are required to read and understand these Terms and Conditions prior to participating in the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation if any of the Program requirements are not met.
  3. Customers bear full responsibility for any risks, losses, claims, or disputes arising from their participation or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. Eligible transactions must be made using the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card.
    The types of transactions that qualify for cashback rewards ("Transactions") include: 
    (i). Purchases or payments via EDC machines at merchants using POS (Point of Sale) systems; or 
    (ii). Online or e-commerce purchases/payments at merchants via POS (excluding e-wallet applications).
  5. Transactions conducted via ATMs or the D-Bank PRO application do not qualify.
  6. Customers must accumulate a minimum transaction value of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million rupiah) within a calendar month using the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card to qualify for cashback. Transaction periods are defined as follows:
    a. April: April 1 – 30, 2025
    b. May: May 1 – 31, 2025
  7. For transactions conducted in currencies other than Rupiah, the equivalent Rupiah value-based on the prevailing Bank Danamon exchange rate at the time of transaction-will be used to determine eligibility.
  8. By conducting qualifying transactions during the Program Period, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The transaction itself serves as valid proof of participation and agreement.
  1. Customers who meet all Program requirements will be eligible to receive a reward.
  2. The reward will be in the form of cashback ("Rewards") equivalent to up to 10% (ten percent) of the total eligible Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card transactions accumulated within a given calendar month.

  3. Customers are eligible to receive the reward for each transaction month, provided they fulfil all applicable Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The reward will be credited to the Customer’s Rupiah savings account linked to the Danamon Privilege Debit/ATM Card used for the qualifying transactions, no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the respective transaction month.
  5. The verification of transactions is solely under the authority of Bank Danamon.
  6. All applicable taxes on the reward will be borne by Bank Danamon.

These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the following:General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk; General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk; General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit Card/ATM Danamon; General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Privilege Services; General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO Services; and in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the above provisions and these Program Terms and Conditions, the provisions of this Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer declares that they have not and will not engage in any transaction that indicates money laundering and/or other activities prohibited under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  3. If there are reports or indications of fraud and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the Customer's participation in the Program, and withhold or revoke any Prize awarded. The Customer remains responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon, if applicable.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revoke any Prize if the Customer fails to comply with the Program's Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Bank Danamon may revise, amend, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through Bank Danamon's available communication channels.If changes affect the benefits, risks, fees, or other terms and conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If no objection is submitted within that period, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer disagrees with the changes, they may withdraw from the Program, provided all obligations to Bank Danamon are fulfilled.
  6. The Customer acknowledges that investment products carry inherent risks. These products are not deposit products of Bank Danamon, are not guaranteed by Bank Danamon, and are not covered by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Investment products may result in partial or total loss of invested capital.
  7. Insurance products (Bancassurance) are not Bank Danamon deposit products and, as such, are not guaranteed by Bank Danamon or covered by the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  8. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking transactions or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.


NOTICE

Customers are advised to be vigilant against fraudulent activities carried out by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes of any kind. Any such fraudulent or criminal acts conducted by third parties in connection with the Program are beyond the responsibility and authority of Bank Danamon.
