These General Terms and Conditions of the Fundboost Reward Special Program to mark Danamon’s 70th Anniversary (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the Fundboost Reward Special Program to mark Danamon’s 70th Anniversary (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) and form an integral and inseparable part of the Participation Form for the Fundboost Reward Special Program to Celebrate Danamon’s 70th Anniversary (“Participation Form”).

Customers hereby agree to and are bound by all the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program runs from 1 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

This program is open to institutional or non-retail customers who hold an iB Wadiah Sharia Current Account or an iB Wadiah Sharia Savings Account with Bank Danamon, whether they are new customers who do not yet have an account with Bank Danamon or existing customers who already have an account with Bank Danamon (“Customers”).

  1. Any Customer wishing to participate in this Program must first register by completing and signing the Participation Form.
  2. Customers must ensure that their details are up to date, including but not limited to their address, telephone number and email address.
  3. Customers must read and understand the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer bears full responsibility for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits and/or claims arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  6. The Program is open to Customers who have completed the Participation Form, deposited funds, blocked and/or opened an account as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. The Program structure is as follows:

    Hold Funds Scheme (Fresh Fund)

    1. Customers must open an iB Wadiah Sharia Current Account or an iB Wadiah Sharia Savings Account (“Account”) in accordance with the Program’s terms and conditions if they do not already hold such an account.
    2. Customers must deposit fresh funds into the Account by: (i) depositing cash into the Account at a Bank Danamon branch; or (ii) transferring funds to the Account from another bank account (“Fresh Fund Deposit”).
    3. The Customer’s funds must be held on the same day the Customer joins this Program.
    4. The Fresh Fund Deposit must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the funds being held.
    5. Customers who have completed the Fresh Fund Deposit and the blocking of funds will receive the grand prize (“Grand Prize”) and/or additional prizes (“Additional Prizes”) as set out in the table below (“Grand Prize”):

      *) Bonus Prize A is available only to the first 7 (seven) institutions to join the program.
      **) Bonus Prize B is available to institutions that join the program once the quota for Bonus Prize A has been exhausted.

  8. Customers may participate in this Program more than once during the Program Period.
  9. Customers will continue to receive profit-sharing on their accounts in accordance with the applicable product terms and conditions.
  10. Customers may cancel their participation and unblock funds held under the Program by visiting the Bank Danamon branch where they originally registered for the Program and must sign the Program Participation Cancellation Form.
  11. Customers who have received a prize and who cancel their participation in the Program will be charged a Prize Return Fee, which Bank Danamon will deduct from the customer’s account held with Bank Danamon.

  • As the Customer used fresh funds deposited within 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the funds being held, the Customer is eligible to participate in this Program.

  • Scheme : Hold Funds - Fresh Fund
  • Held Amount : IDR 700 million
  • Held Tenor : 36 months
  • Prize : Vespa Primavera 180 I-GET ABS
  • The customer was offered the Program and agreed to participate.
  • The customer made transfers from another bank on 20 April 2026 amounting to IDR 400 million and on 1 April 2026 amounting to IDR 300 million
  • Funds totalling IDR 700 million were held for a term of 36 months on 3 July 2026
  • As the Customer’s funds for this Program were received more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the funds were held, the Customer is not eligible to participate in this Program.

  1. The Grand Prize and Additional Prizes will be awarded to Customers via the address of the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer registered for the Program within a maximum period of:
    1. 45 (forty-five) working days (for non-motor vehicle prizes)
    2. 60 (sixty) working days (for motor vehicle prizes)

      from the date the Customer’s funds are held and/or it is confirmed that they have fulfilled all the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Information regarding the status of compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program may be obtained by the end of the following month at the latest via the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer enrolled in the Program.

  2. Prizes will be sent to the address of the Bank Danamon branch where the Customer registered their participation in the Program. The Bank Danamon branch will inform the Customer so that they may collect the Prize in person at the designated Bank Danamon branch.
  3. Specifically for the Grand Prize in the form of a motor vehicle, the following provisions apply:
    • Supplied in off-the-road condition and without tax documents or a vehicle registration number.
    • The type and colour of the prize are subject to availability. Bank Danamon does not accommodate special requests regarding colour, size, upgrades, exchanges or any other matters that do not comply with the prize specifications.
  4. The first 7 (seven) customers to join the Program are entitled to Bonus Prize A, and subsequent customers are entitled to Bonus Prize B in accordance with the terms set out in the prize table.
  5. Specifically for Joint Accounts (Joint OR or Joint AND):
    • The Prize must be accepted/collected by all account holders. Should any account holder be unable to accept/collect the Prize, that account holder may authorise another account holder to accept/collect the Prize on their behalf.
    • Bank Danamon is not involved in the process of determining the ownership of the Prize.
  6. The type and colour of the prize cannot be selected.
  7. The Bank applies tax regulations to this Program. Tax obligations are the responsibility of each party towards the tax authorities.
  8. All types of prizes already received by Customers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  9. Bank Danamon does not act as a guarantor for prizes obtained by Customers under this Program; therefore, any complaints regarding the quality of prizes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer of the prize.
  10. Customers must inspect the prize before accepting it. If the prize received by the Customer is damaged or defective (due to manufacturing or delivery), the Customer must report this to the Bank Danamon branch where they registered for the Program no later than 1 (one) working day after the prize is received.

  1. The Customer hereby authorizes Bank Danamon to: (i) place a block and release a block on a certain amount of funds in accordance with the Participation Form and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program; and/or (ii) debit the Customer’s account at Bank Danamon for the imposition of Reward Reimbursement Fees if the Customer cancels participation in the Program in accordance with the Program Participation Cancellation Form as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The authorization granted by the Customer under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is given to Bank Danamon with the right of substitution and as long as the Customer’s obligations to the Bank have not been fully settled, such authorization shall be irrevocable and shall not be terminated for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons set out in Articles 1813 (authorization terminates: by withdrawal of the power by the principal; by notification of termination of the authorization by the attorney; by death, guardianship, or bankruptcy of either the principal or the attorney), 1814 (the principal may withdraw the authorization at any time and, if there is reason to do so, compel the attorney to return the authorization), and 1816 (the appointment of a new attorney to carry out the same matter causes the revocation of the first authorization, effective as of the notification to the latter regarding such appointment) of the Indonesian Civil Code, and such authorization constitutes an inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Sharia Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Current Account iB Wadiah”, “General Terms and Conditions of Sharia Savings iB Wadiah”, and/or other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between such provisions and these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the provisions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  2. Terms and conditions related to physical voucher rewards, including but not limited to voucher redemption mechanisms and voucher validity periods, are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the voucher issuer.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date such changes are notified by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon’s communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer shall be deemed to have approved such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within such period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Customer to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is, due to a government or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, or becomes invalid or void by law, such condition shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and such other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions indicated as money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  6. In the event of any indication of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of rewards to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. The Customer agrees that placement of funds in a savings account with returns exceeding the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation is not guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation. Rewards received by the Customer are also calculated as part of the maximum guaranteed interest rate component. The Customer may obtain information on changes to the maximum guaranteed interest rate through Bank Danamon branch offices or Hello Danamon.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations of the Financial Services Authority and guaranteed interest rate provisions based on regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

The Customer must remain vigilant against fraud carried out by irresponsible parties claiming to represent Bank Danamon by promising rewards in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by other/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
