1. General Description

    1. 1. The 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Terms and Conditions are an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank’s Big Bill Service Cashback Rewards Program.
    2. 2. As long as these are not regulated differently in the 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions of the Big Bill Cashback Rewards Program will apply.


  2. Kriteria Peserta

    1. Customers are required to read, understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Big Bill Cashback Rewards Program for the 66th Anniversary of Danamon.
    2. The Bank will issue a cashback reward of IDR 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah) ("66th  Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward") to Customers who meet the following requirements:
      1. To participate, the customer must register in the Big Bill Service Cashback Rewards Program within the period 16 July 2022 to 31 July 2022 (“66th  Anniversary Period”) and fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Big Bill Service Cashback Rewards Program; and
      2. To avail of the Big Bill Service, the Customer’s paid electricity transaction should amount to minimum IDR. 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah) per month.
    3. The Bank will notify the Customer who meets the requirements for the 66th  Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward through the e-mail address registered with the Bank no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the Big Bill Service Cashback Reward Program Period ends.
    4. The 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward will be credited to the Reward Account no later than 60 (sixty) working days after the Big Bill Service Cashback Rewards Program Period ends.
    5. The tax for the 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward is borne by the Bank.

    A customer registers for the Big Bill Service Cashback Rewards Program on 1 April 2022 and pays the monthly electricity bills with the following details:

    In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Big Bill Cashback Rewards Program, the cashback amounts to IDR 13,500,000 (0.15%* IDR 9,000,000,000). 

    The Customer, however, fails to meet the requirements for the Big Bill 66th Anniversary Cashback Reward (i.e. the Customer does not register for the Big Bill Service Cashback Reward Program within the 66th Anniversary Period). In this case, the Customer is not entitled to the 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward worth IDR. 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah).

    In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Big Bill Cashback Rewards Program, the cashback amounts to IDR 9,000,000 (0.1%* IDR 9,000,000,000). 

    Since the transaction fulfills the requirements for the 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward, the Customer is entitled to the 66th Anniversary Big Bill Cashback Reward amounting to IDR. 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah).

    Therefore, the Customer avails of a total cashback worth IDR 9,660,000 (IDR 9,000,000 + IDR 660,000). 


  4. Customer/Participant Complaints

    1. 1. Customers/participants can submit Program complaints or customer dissatisfaction through Hello Danamon: 1-500-090 (GSM) or e-mail:  hellodanamon@danamon.co.id or tb.service@danamon.co.id.

  5. Miscellaneous 

    1. Other terms and conditions related to Big Bill Services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
    2. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, the Bank has the right and authority to cancel transactions, program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer.
    3. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
    4. The Customer understands and agrees that the Bank may periodically amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions if and when necessary. In the event of Program changes regarding among others benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by the Bank's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Bank will consider the Customer to have accepted the changes in the event that he/she does not file any objections within the given period. If the Customer disagrees to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations still owed to the Bank.
    5. The Customer declares that there are no transactions indicating money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
    6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program follow the provisions of the laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
    7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Beware of fraud coming from unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or on behalf of this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.



I. General Description

  1. The General Terms and Conditions for the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program are an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon’s Cash Connect Activation Program.
  2. As long as these are not regulated differently in the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon’s Cash Connect Activation Program will apply.

II. Program Terms & Conditions

  1. First, the Customer must register by accomplishing and signing the Form.
  2. The Customer is required to read, understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions for the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program.
  3. Bank Danamon has the authority to refuse/cancel the Customer’s participation if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer becomes fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation in this Program.

III. 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward Terms and Conditions

Bank Danamon will issue the cash reward of IDR 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah) (“66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward”) to Customers who meet the following requirements:

  1. Participating customers are required to register in the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program within the period 16 July 2022 to 31 July 2022 (“66th Anniversary Period”) and fulfill the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Valid for the first 100 registered participants in the 66th Anniversary Period, provided that registration quota is still available as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program.
  3. The 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward will be credited to the Reward Account no later than 60 (sixty) working days after end of the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program Period.

IV. Illustration of Rewards Earned

If a Customer registers for the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program on 1 August  2022 and performs a transaction as specified in the General Terms and Conditions for the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program, he/she avails of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah) reward.

The Customer, however, fails to meet the requirements for obtaining the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward (i.e. the Customer registers for participation beyond the 66th Anniversary Period). Hence, the Customer is not entitled to receive the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward worth IDR 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah).

If a Customer registers for the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program on 16 July 2022 (provided the customer is included in the first 100 registrants in the 66th Anniversary period) and performs a transaction as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Danamon Cash Connect Activation Program, he/she avails of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).

In addition, the Customer has met the requirements for obtaining the 66th Anniverary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward. Hence, the Customer is also entitled to avail of the 66th Anniversary Danamon Cash Connect Activation Reward worth IDR 660,000 (Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah).

Thus, the Customer avails of total rewards as follows: 

IDR 1,000,000 + IDR 660,000 = IDR 1,660,000 (One Million Six Hundred and Sixty Thousand Rupiah).

V.Customer Complaints

  1. Customers can submit complaints on banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email  hellodanamon@danamon.co.id or tb.service@danamon.co.id

 VI. Miscellaneous

  1. Other provisions related to Danamon Cash Connect, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared valid and binding on the Customer. 
  2. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services and/or “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Sharia Banking Accounts and Services”.
  3. The Customer understands and agrees that the Bank may periodically amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions if and when necessary. In the event of Program changes regarding among others benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by the Bank's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Bank will consider the Customer to have accepted the changes in the event that he/she does not file any objections within the given period. If the Customer disagrees to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all obligations still owed to the Bank (if any).
  4. In case a provision in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions is prohibited, cannot be implemented or declared invalid or null and void due to a government or court decision, this will not affect the validity of other provisions in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, which shall remain valid and binding, and can be implemented as specified in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no transactions indicating money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, program participation, or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program follow the provisions of the laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Bank Danamon, an LPS guarantee participant, is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.


The Program’s General Terms and Conditions serve as an integral part of the Form. When the Customer affixes his/her signature on the Form, he/she declares to have read, understood and agreed to the entire content as referred to in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, and therefore undertakes a pledge to bind himself/herself to comply with Bank Danamon and all the provisions contained in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
