Program Description

The Program General Terms and Conditions Cashback up to IDR 150,000 at UNIQLO (“Progam General Terms and Conditions”) constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Program Participant of Cashback up to IDR 150,000 at UNIQLO ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank") in collaboration with UNIQLO (“UNIQLO Indonesia”).

The Program Participant hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in the following Program General Terms and Conditions:

Program Period

The Program shall be conducted during the period commencing on 17 November 2025 until 14 December 2025 (“Period of Program”).

Program Participant Criteria

The program applies to the following Cardholders:

  1. Danamon Debit Global Currency Card (DL PRO) with initial Card number: 541143; and
  2. Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB logos, Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but does not apply to corporate Credit Cards ("Cards").

Participating Outlet

The program is valid at all UNIQLO Indonesia outlets listed in the following link: click here (“UNIQLO Indonesia Outlets”).

Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the participation of Cardholders in this Program if the Cardholders do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The program applies with the following details:
    1. The program consists of a cashback reward worth IDR 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) ("Cashback Reward") with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 899,000.00 (eight hundred and ninety-nine thousand Rupiah) at UNIQLO Indonesia.
    2. The program applies to transactions made through the UNIQLO Indonesia website and app (online transactions) and in-store transactions (offline transactions) at UNIQLO Indonesia outlets.
    3. For transactions using Danamon American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards, the program applies only to in-store transactions at UNIQLO Indonesia outlets.
    4. The program does not apply to transactions using QRIS.
    5. For transactions using Danamon Credit Cards, the program reward does not apply to installment transactions and transactions converted to installments.
    6. The cashback reward is non-transferable and/or cannot be exchanged for cash.
    7. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the program period.
    8. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Mechanism of Program Benefits

  1. The maximum cashback reward that can be obtained by Cardholders for each Card is as follows:
    1. 1x (one time) Cashback prize worth IDR 75,000.00 (seventy-five thousand Rupiah) for Danamon Debit Global Currency Cardholders (DL PRO), Danamon Credit Card with Visa, Mastercard, American Express logos, and Danamon American Express Charge Cardholders.
    2. 2x (twice) Cashback Rewards with a total value of IDR 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) for Danamon JCB Precious Credit Cardholders.
  2. If the Cardholder has more than one type of Card, the Cashback Reward applies to each Card owned by the Cardholder (Including main and supplementary Cards.).
  3. Cashback Rewards will be given in the form of credit balance to monthly bills for Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card users, while for Danamon Global Currency Debit Card (DL PRO) users, Cashback Rewards will be credited to the account used for the transaction.
  4. Cashback Rewards will be credited by Bank Danamon no later than 60 (sixty) working days In the following months after the Program Period ends.
  5. Specifically for the use of Supplementary Cards on Danamon Credit Cards, Cashback Rewards will be given to the main card.
  6. Cashback Rewards can only be credited to cards that are in current, active status (not blocked and not in default).
  7. The program applies to transactions made in 1 (one) proof of payment/receipt, so accumulation or multiples do not apply.
  8. The Bank will deposit any tax deductions (if any) on cashback rewards to the relevant tax authorities. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on cashback received by Program Participants are the sole responsibility of the Program Participants (self-assessment basis).

Cardholder Complaints

  1. Cardholders or their representative may submit complaints related to banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the Bank’s nearest branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for the customer complaint service may be found on the official website of the Bank at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

Other Term and Conditions

  1. These Program General Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of The General Terms and Conditions of Membership for Danamon Credit Cards, as well as other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between such terms and conditions and Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by the Partner are the sole responsibility of the Partner and do not constitute products or responsibilities of the Bank. In the event of any issues and/or complaints related to such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the relevant Partner.
  3. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/or supplement these Program General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication media. In the event of any change in the benefits, risks, fees, and general terms and conditions and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the date of such notification by the Bank via its available communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that if no objection is submitted within the specified period, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder does not agree with the changes, the Cardholder has the right to discontinue Program participation by first completing all obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Cardholder represents and warrants that the Program Participant is not currently engaged in, and will not engage in, any transactions that may be indicative of money laundering and/or any other transactions prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, deception, irregular transactions, unreasonable transactions, money laundering, and/or any actions that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank’s products/services, revoke the Cardholder participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Cardholder.
  6. If any provision of these Program General Terms and Conditions are, by reason of any government regulation or court decision, prohibited, unenforceable, rendered invalid, or declared null and void, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Program General Terms and Condition, which shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon the parties as set forth herein.
  7. In the event that any irregularities related to the Program are discovered, or if any fraudulent activity is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to promptly report such matters through Hello Danamon.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions are prepared in both Indonesian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
  9. The headings and terminology used in these Program General Terms and Conditions are intended solely to facilitate understanding of the contents of these Program General Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Program General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with the prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Program of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

Reminder

Program Participant must exercise due caution against fraudulent activities perpetrated by individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent the Bank and offering rewards in any form. The Bank shall not be held liable for any acts of fraud or other criminal conduct committed by third parties in connection with or under the pretense of association with the Bank or this Program.
