Qualifications/Education Background
Graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of North Texas, USA and obtained Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from University of Texas, USA.

Work Experience
Mrs. Michellina Laksmi Triwadhany (Dhany) is a senior banker with more than 25 years of experience. She has extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of banking business, gained through a distinguished career, with leading banks in Indonesia and other countries in Asia. She began her career at Citibank N.A., Indonesia. From 1990 until 1999, she undertook various assignments in Quality Assurance, Financial Control, Business Planning and Fraud Management. She later assumed senior positions such as Regional Business Planning Head, Risk Management Head, Data Base Marketing Head, and subsequently Cards Business Manager. She was then appointed as Marketing Director in 2000 and Card Business Director in 2001. She later moved to Manhattan Credit Card Company (subsidiary of Standard Chartered), Hong Kong where she was appointed as General Manager for Unsecured Lending Value Center from 2001 until 2003. She rejoined Citibank N.A. in Philippines, where she assumed key responsibilities such as Cards Business Director from 2003 until 2006 and as Country Retail Banking Director from 2006 until 2007. She was then appointed as Country Business Head, Citibank N.A. Malaysia where she served from 2007 until 2009. She joined Bank Danamon in 2009, when she was appointed as Director in charge of Consumer Banking. She has played a stellar role in raising the Danamon brand and launched key initiatives to build a sustainable and profitable Consumer Bank. She has since assumed additional responsibilities for SME Banking, and Branch Network. Her in-depth understanding of the Indonesian market coupled with her international experience, strategic management skills and passion to execute, will contribute significantly towards enhancing the Bank’s franchise.
