Jakarta, 7 March 2025 - MUFG Bank, Ltd. (“MUFG”), PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”, IDX: BDMN), PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (“Adira Finance”, IDX: ADMF), and PT Home Credit Indonesia (“Home Credit Indonesia”) collaborate as One Financial Group together with IGNITE to launch the Women Mentorship Program. Coinciding with the International Women's Day, which will be commemorated on 8 March 2025, this program is launched to empower women professionals holding leadership positions in the corporate world in Indonesia.

The launch of the Women Mentorship Program took place in Jakarta and was attended by Kazushige Nakajima, Executive Officer, Country Head of Indonesia MUFG; Dadi Arief Darmawan, Managing Director, Head of HR and Banking Operations for Indonesia MUFG; Myreshka, Managing Director, Head of Treasury for Indonesia MUFG; Hedy Maria Helena Lapian, Independent Commissioner of Danamon; D. Ejima, President Director of Danamon; Rita Mirasari, Compliance Director of Danamon; Evi Damayanti, Chief Human Capital of Danamon; Swandajani Gunadi, Director of Human Capital & Marketing at Adira Finance; Ghayatri Shima, Chief Human Resource Officer at Home Credit Indonesia; and Dolly Susanto, Chief Sales Officer at Home Credit Indonesia. The joint presence of male and female leaders from the four companies at this event not only highlights the importance of cross-gender collaboration but also symbolizes the Group's dedication to creating an inclusive work environment.
The collaboration between MUFG, Danamon, Adira Finance, and Home Credit Indonesia with IGNITE is expected to empower, inspire growth, build meaningful connections, and foster a culture of lifelong learning. This event is also part of Danamon’s "DAYATARA" initiative for promoting equality.
The Women Mentorship Program will run for six months, where selected women employees from MUFG, Danamon, Adira Finance, and Home Credit Indonesia will each receive a personal mentor from all four entities, as well as company leaders from various industries within the IGNITE network. During the program, the selected women employees will have the opportunity to participate in personal mentoring sessions, training, workshops, and networking sessions for their professional development. For the participants, this program is expected to enhance career growth through mentoring, networking, and leadership skills development with a focus on gender equality and increased representation of women in leadership positions. They will also gain access to mentors who are experts in various business fields, offering valuable insights on business and leadership that will benefit their personal development.
For MUFG, Danamon, Adira Finance, and Home Credit Indonesia, as One Financial Group, the Women Mentorship Program supports the development of talent pipelines, especially for future female leaders in the company. This program also reaffirms the commitment of One Financial Group to implement diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive workplace, greater empowerment for women, and leverage diversity as a valuable asset for the companies. This program is also expected to support employee retention and engagement, which will further cultivate employee loyalty and motivation.
