Jakarta, September 25, 2024 – As customer-centered organization, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) continues to provide
comprehensive and holistic solutions tailored to each customer's life stages, including Privilege customers. Reinforcing this commitment, Danamon presents
Danamon Financial Friday (DFF) 2024 Episode 5, titled ”When Privilege Treatment Elevates Banking Comfort,“ in which the Bank offers the best tips and products
for Danamon Privilege customers seeking to grow their businesses.
In the 2024 Wealth Report, published by Knight Frank, it was revealed that the growth of Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and High-Net-Worth
Individuals (HNWI) in Indonesia in 2023 reached the global average of 4.2%. However, it is predicted that over the next five years, UHNWI and HNWI growths
in Indonesia will exceed the global average, with growth rates of up to 34% compared to 28% globally.
Recognizing the increasing trend of UHNWI and HNWI customers, Danamon ensures the presence of exceptional services to meet the needs of this customer
category through Danamon Privilege services. These services are aimed at customers with a minimum Asset Under Management (AUM) of IDR 500 million with
the Bank, which includes savings, investment, and bancassurance products.
Furthermore, through a study conducted for Privilege customers, Danamon found that Privilege customers are characterized as “legacy builders”
who wish to inspire others and require bank support to achieve this. This support is primarily in developing their businesses and creating extensive networking
opportunities as a platform to convey their message.
“Answering the unique needs of Privilege customers to build a legacy and ensure family well-being across generations, we offer a range of products and services
designed to build and manage wealth and other needs. This includes Wealth Advisory, through which we provide tailored assistance and recommendations for asset
management, along with a selection of premium products from Danamon, such as a debit card linked to a multicurrency account with nine currencies and auto-switching
capabilities, making it convenient for Privilege customers to shop abroad without worrying about currency conversion. Privileged customers can also enjoy a variety of
travel and health benefits, such as annual medical check-ups, up to eight airport transfers to Japan and Singapore, a Japan Rail Pass for two in the Green class, and a
private helicopter tour around Mt. Fuji. These travel and health needs are simplified, aligning with our commitment to Privilege customers, which is to Protect Every
Generation and Preserve Every Aspiration,” explained Ivan Jaya, Consumer Funding & Wealth Business Head, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.
In this episode of DFF, Danamon also highlights various innovative products and services tailored to customer needs. Another critical need for
Privilege customers is the ease of foreign exchange transactions and cross-border payments. Therefore, Danamon Privilege encourages its customers
to use Danamon LEBIH PRO, a nine-currency savings product with various attractive features, supported by a Mastercard debit card that offers ease of
transactions and cashback for all offline and online transactions abroad and domestically.
Beyond the need for the right financial products, Danamon continues to meet the needs of Privilege customers by providing them with convenient
transaction services through D-Bank PRO. Additionally, a variety of exclusive services offer unforgettable experiences for customers and their
families traveling to Japan, such as luxury car airport transfers, the Green Japan Rail Pass, and private helicopter tours around Mt. Fuji.
