Danamon Offers Seamless Service Solutions to Customers, Communities with “Next Generation Branch Concept” Transformation Theme

Jakarta, 14 November 2023 - As a bank with a commitment to being a customer centric organization, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) continues to innovate in providing the best financial and banking services, in line with the current developments and the needs of customers and business partners. 

Propelled with the objective of giving customers and business partners full control over their financial needs and goals, Danamon, through a branch office transformation program with the theme "Next Generation Branch Concept", in October 2023 rebranded 10 branch offices with this new transformation concept.

From the inception of this project since October last year, 39 branch offices throughout Indonesia have undergone transformation and Danamon is committed to continuing to carry out this project in stages in the future.

The ten branch offices that underwent transformation throughout October 2023 are:

  • Bandung Juanda sub-branch office in Bandung 
  • Latimojong sub-branch office in Makassar
  • Slamet Riyadi sub-branch office in Makassar
  • Pandu sub-branch office in Medan   
  • Pekanbaru sub-branch office in Pekanbaru 
  • Suari sub-branch office in Semarang 
  • Diponegoro sub-branch office in Surabaya 

Every customer and business partner can avail themselves of the convenience and the comfort provided at those branches. Indeed, the Next Generation Branch Concept strives for seamless service, meaning that every Next Generation Branch Concept branch office comes with digital facilities for simple daily transactions for greater effectiveness, as well as consultancy facilities and information centers that customers and business partners can use in finding financial solutions for every important moment in their life, their job, or their business. 

On top of that, some of those branches also offer a Community Lounge - an area that can be used for free by various communities or community groups for their activities so that they can always be connected and interact. As a novelty in Indonesia’s banking world, this service is expected to help various communities to grow with Danamon and to bring a positive impact on Indonesian society.
