KlikDokter and Danamon Embark on Strategic Collaboration to Improve Customers’ Health

Jakarta, 31 October 2023 - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”) and health service provider KlikDokter – which is part of the Kalbe Group – have proudly announced a long-term strategic collaboration plan aimed at providing better health services and simplifying payment transactions. 

The collaboration also includes the development of KlikDokter health service feature, which will be accessible to Danamon customers on the D-Bank PRO app. There are also account openings and credit card apps available on the KlikDokter app, as well as payment alternatives such as virtual account, QRIS and direct debit, all of which are practical, fast, verified, and automatic. 

Customers can use this payment feature for teleconsultations with doctors, making medical appointments, and purchasing health products through KALStore e-commerce platform, which is part of KlikDokter

Danamon hopes that all active KlikDokter users - known as "KlikDokter Friends" - can gain access to Danamon products and more than 2,000,000 Danamon customers can also get an easy access to KlikDokter services such as online consultations with specialist doctors, issuing drug prescriptions, making medical appointments. Danamon customers will also get the first opportunity to get exclusive promotions for premium products from KlikDokter and the Kalbe Group.

KlikDokter CEO Hendra Tjong remarked that this collaboration is a strategic step in providing services to the right segments.
