Danamon and Adira Finance Supported by MUFG Celebrate Financial Inclusion Month by Attending FinEXPO BIK 2023

Yogyakarta, 26 October 2023 - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”), along with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk (“Adira Finance”) and supported by MUFG Bank Ltd. (MUFG), has proudly announced its participation in FinEXPO, which is the peak event of a series of programs as part of the Financial Inclusion Month (Bulan Inklusi Keuangan).  FinEXPO, which is part of the Financial Inclusion Month, is held through product exhibition from various financial service institutions. This year's FinEXPO adopts the theme "Equal Financial Access, Prosperous Society" and is held from 26 to 29 October 2023 at Pakuwon Mall, Yogyakarta. 

On top of that, as part of a series of peak activities for Financial Inclusion Month held every October, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) together with the Sharia Financial Services Industry (IJK) presents the "SYAFIF" Syariah Financial Fair 2023, which adopts the theme “Tebar Berkah, Tebar Manfaat” (Spread Blessings, Spread Benefits) this year. In 2023, SYAFIF will be held in conjunction with FinEXPO BIK 2023 in Yogyakarta on Thursday – Sunday, 26 – 29 October 2023 at SYAFIF (Silver) Island FinEXPO BIK 2023 – Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta. Where on this occasion, Danamon Sharia Business Unit participated in the event by introducing and providing education on Danamon Syariah products and services. 

FinEXPO 2023 and SYAFIF 2023 not only feature exhibitions from Financial Services Institutions, but also present various interesting events such as financial product promos, business matching, financial education, talk shows, competitions, music performances and performances from communities in the city of Yogyakarta. Various attractive prizes are also available for visitors who attend this event. 

The Financial Inclusion Month itself is an annual program held by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) together with related ministries/institutions and the Financial Services Industry (IJK) to expand public understanding and use of financial products and services. It is hoped that this program can encourage an increase in the number of accounts and use of financial products and services by the public, as well as to support financial literacy and inclusion improvement in Indonesia.

Customers who open a Sharia Savings Plan account will receive a backpack or luggage for their Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage trip.
