Adira Finance Innovates thru 'Installment via Machine' for the New Era

Jakarta, February 25 2021 – Amid the Covid-19 pandemic affecting large areas of society, Adira Finance recognizes the importance of health protocols to minimize the spread of the coronavirus.
As part of its commitment to implement health protocols while improving customer service, Adira Finance partnered with Bank Danamon to introduce a new innovation – payment of installments through cash deposit machines at branch offices, aptly named ‘Installment via Machine’ (Cicil Dari Machines/CDM).
Introduced as a supporting service especially during this pandemic, CDM enables customers to easily make transactions at branch offices. This innovation provides a more effective and efficient alternative mode of payment while supporting the government’s 5M campaign.
“We always strictly implement health protocols at all branch offices to maintain the safety and health of Adira Finance customers and employees. Through CDM, customers can make payments directly using the machine, thereby reducing customer mobility and interaction with tellers. In addition, it allows customers to make payments independently with seven simple steps, just like taking cash from an ATM machine,” said Adira Finance Operations Director Ho Lioeng Min during the CDM launch event at Adira Finance Alam Sutera Branch, Tangerang, Banten last Thursday, 25 February 2021.

For CDM transactions, customers simply enter the number of the contract or financing agreement, then follow corresponding instructions to perform the transaction. Every transaction will be directly recorded to the credit card. In addition, the customer will receive a receipt from the machine.

With this CDM, we hope to improving the implementation of health protocols for Adira Finance and Danamon customers," said Bank Danamon Transaction Banking Head Andrew Suhandinata.

During its initial phase, CDM is available in ten Adira Finance branch offices located in the provinces of DKI Jakarta, Banten and West Java. Soon, CDM will be deployed gradually to all Adira Finance branch offices nationwide.
