EGMS conducted with strict health protocols and through the use of virtual meeting application

26 November 2020 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. (“Bank Danamon/Company”) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) today, which approved changes in the Board of Commissioners composition and amendments of the Company’s Article of Association to accommodate the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulation No.15/POJK.04/2020 dated on 20 April 2020 regarding the Planning and Execution of General Shareholders Meeting for Publicly Listed Companies.
The EGMS approved the appointment of Hedy Maria Helena Lapian as an Independent Commissioner. She possesses extensive experience in the Indonesian banking and insurance industries.

Bank Danamon’s Board of Commissioners composition subsequent to the appointment of Hedy Maria Helena Lapian becomes as follows:
* Effective immediately after fulfilling all the governing regulations.
In addition to the change in the Board of Commissioner composition, the EGMS also approved amendments in the Company’s Article of Association to accommodate the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulation No.15/POJK.04/2020 dated on 20 April 2020 regarding the Planning and Execution of General Shareholders Meeting for Publicly Listed Companies.
This EGMS was conducted with strict implementation of health protocols including the application of virtual meeting technology. Bank Danamon also applies other health protocols such as physical distancing, usage of face masks, providing hand sanitizers in branches and offices, installation of face recognition devices, and temperature checks at entry points. Bank Danamon also implements work from home, split operations for critical staffs, and health corners with swab and rapid test capabilities, as well as enforcing a requirement for all employees to fill in a daily survey in order to assess their health.
