Information on Operational Hours During The Holiday Season Christmas, 25 December 2018 & New Year’s Day, 1 January 2019

In observance to the Christmas 2018 and News Year’s Day 2019 Holidays and the accompanying collective leaves, we would like to inform the following in regards to Bank Danamon’s branch operational activities between 24 Desember 2018 and 2 Januari 2019: 

• Monday/24 December & Tuesday/25 December 2018
  All Danamon branches are CLOSED.
  
• Wednesday/26 December – Friday/28 December 2018 
  All Danamon branches are OPEN as normal. 
  
• Monday/31 December 2018
  All Danamon Branches are OPEN with limited clearing windows, as follows: 
  
  • Debit clearing will be conducted within the applicable schedule.
    
  • Credit Clearing (Interbank Transfer) will be performed until 15:00 WIB.
    
• Tuesday/1 January 2019
  All Danamon branches are CLOSED.
  
• Wednesday/2 January 2019
  All Danamon branches are OPEN as normal
  

Transaction services through Danamon’s electronic channels (D-Bank, Danamon Online Banking, D-Card, ATM/CDM & Danamon SMS Banking) will continue to be available subject to the agreed terms and operational schedule.
