Jakarta, 17 December 2018 – PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. (Bank Danamon) announced details of its operational activities and allocation of IDR 2 trillion in cash through ATMs in the lead up and during the Christmas and New Year holidays as well as the accompanying collective leaves.

In regards to operational activities during the holidays and collective leaves, we are committed to continuously serve the banking transaction needs of customers, either in terms of providing a steady supply of cash or providing services through physical channels and electronic channels such as ATMs and cash deposit machines. In this holiday season, banking transaction through Bank Danamon continue to be convenient and can be performed anytime through our digital banking service, consisting of Danamon Online Banking, D-Bank mobile banking application, DCard Mobile, D-Connect and SMS Banking.”
Allocating IDR 2 Trillion in Cash
To anticipate the need for cash during the holiday seasons, Bank Danamon has allocated IDR 2 trillion in cash supply through ATMs across Indonesia.
During the holiday season, customers can also perform transactions through Danamon’s electronic channels for 24 hour services, such as ATM (including online transfer to other banks within the ALTO, ATM Bersama and Prima networks), cash deposit machines (CDM) and Phone Banking Hello Danamon 1-500-090.
Digital Banking Service
Customers can also perform transactions through Danamon’s digital banking service, which is available through Danamon Online Banking; SMS Banking; mobile banking application, D-Bank, which features Ponsel D-Cash. In addition to D-Bank, Danamon credit card holders can manage their credit card account through DCard Mobile. For enterprises, Danamon also provides D-Connect, which is an integrated internet banking service for Cash Management and Financial Supply Chain.
The following is information on Bank Danamon’s branch operation during the Christmas and New Year’s Day holidays:
On Monday, 24 December 2018 and Tuesday, 25 December 2018, all of Bank Danamon branches are closed.
On Wednesday, 26 December until Friday, 28 December 2018, all of Bank Danamon are open as normal.
On Monday, 31 December 2018, all of Bank Danamon branches are open as normal, with limited clearing windows as follows:
- Debit clearing: can be conducted as per the agreed schedule
- Credit clearing (Interbank transfer): until 15.00 WIB.
On Tuesday, 1 January 2019, all Bank Danamon branches are closed
On Wednesday, 2 January 2019, all Bank Danamon branches are open and serve as normal.
