  1. Applies to individual customers and institutions/ companies
  2. Initial deposit and minimum balance
    a. Minimum initial deposit is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah)
    b. The Customer will be charged a penalty of IDR 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah) if the average monthly balance is less than IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah).
  3. Customer will not be charged from FLEXIMAS IB account, for: 
    a. Maximum 25 times per month for RTGS
    b. SKN maksimum 25x per bulan. Maximum 25 times per month for SKN
    c. All clearing transaction 
    Fasilitas diatas berlaku jika saldo rata-rata pada bulan transaksi minimum Rp 25.000.000 (dua puluh lima juta rupiah). Facilities will be given if the average balance in the transaction month is minimum IDR 25,000,000 (twenty five million rupiah)
  4. The Customer will not be charged for cash withdrawal transaction fee in other bank’s ATM : 
    a. Under ATM BERSAMA, PRIMA and ALTO network if the balance before transaction is minimum IDR 25,000,000 (twenty five million rupiah). Maximum 25 times per month. For the 26th transactions and so on, it will be charged.
    b. Throughout CIRRUS / MAESTRO ATM network if the balance before withdrawal is a minimum of IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah).
  5. The Customer will get free of charge for 25 times balance inquiry transactions per month via other bank’s ATM under ATM BERSAMA network, ALTO, and Prima, if balance before transaction is ≥ IDR 25,000,000 (twenty five million rupiah). For the 26th transaction and above in the same month, the transaction will be charged IDR 4,000.
  6. The Customer will get free of charge for 25 times interbank online transfer through Danamon Online Banking, D-Bank, and other bank’s ATM (under ATM BERSAMA, ALTO, and PRIMA network). If the balance before transaction less than that or the transactions exceeding 25 transaction in the same month, the transaction will be charged IDR 7,500.
  7. Sharing profit scheme may change at any time and the information will be informed to the Customer
  8. No queue for transactions at Danamon branches for Debit Card/ Ultimate or Privilege Danamon ATM holder.
  9. hese Terms and Conditions is an inseparable unity of "General Terms and Conditions of Bank Account and Service Sharia of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk ".
  10. Danamon will notify any change of benefit, cost, risk to Customer through communication media available to Bank and in case Customer does not agree with the change, Customer may submit their objection statement to Bank within 30 (thirty) working days as of the notice of the changes sent / announced through the communication media available to Danamon.
  11. These Terms & Conditions have been in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations including the provisions of The Regulations of the Financial Services Authority/ Regulator.
