This program is a promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia that applies to holders of Danamon Debit Cards, Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, and Danamon American Express Charge Cards but does not apply to corporate credit cards ("Danamon Cards") to get discounts with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program ("Program").

The Program Period is valid from 21 December 2022 to 31 December 2023 ("Program Period").

  2. The program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount on rooms including breakfast from the Best Flexy Rate and is subject to availability at Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia.
  3. A 15% (fifteen percent) discount on food and beverages applicable at Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia.
  4. The program is valid for online booking through swiss-belhotel.com with promo code DANAMONCC and offline by calling 0814-1000-1148.
  5. The program is valid for Danamon Card holders.
  6. Program cannot be combined with other programs or promos.
  7. The program is valid at all Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia. 
  8. The terms and conditions policy of this Program is subject to change at any time with prior notice, and is the sole decision of Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia.

Products, services and/or discounts from Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia are not Bank Danamon's products and responsibilities so they are entirely the responsibility of Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia If there are problems and/or complaints in connection with these products, services and/or savings, please contact Swiss-Belhotel International - Indonesia.
  2. By participating in this promo, customers are considered to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are inseparable and an integral part of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  4. All transactions are not indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. In the event of any reports indicating fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership".
  9. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/complete these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. 
  10. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions of this general program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit the aforementioned objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder that are still owed to Bank Danamon.
  11. The Cardholder and/or the Cardholder's representative can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  13. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  14. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the OJK regulations.

 

REMINDER

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to be acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other/third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
