Overnight Promotional Program at Alila SCBD Jakarta

This promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), in collaboration with merchant partner Alila SCBD Jakarta, enables Danamon Credit Card holders bearing the Visa and Mastercard logo excluding Corporate Credit Cards (“Card Holders”) to avail of discounts with the following Program General Terms and Conditions (“Program”).

The Program is valid from 15 September 2022 to 31 July 2023 (“Program Period”).

  1. The Program takes the form of a 15% (fifteen percent) discount from the Best Available Rate (BAR) for Friday-Sunday (weekend) accommodations at Alila SCBD Jakarta hotel during the Program Period.
  2. The Program takes the form of a 10% discount from the Best Available Rate (BAR) for Monday-Thursday (weekday) accommodations at Alila SCBD Jakarta hotel during the Program Period.
  3. The Program is valid for 1 transaction/card/day.
  4. Blackout dates apply: 31 December 2022 (New Year's Eve), 20 – 23 April 2023 (Eid al-Fitr period 2023).
  5. The Program applies to Cardholders.
  6. The Program cannot be combined with World of Hyatt point rewards.
  7. The Program cannot be combined with other promotions.

  1. The products, services and/or discounts from Alila SCBD Jakarta are entirely the responsibility of Alila SCBD Jakarta, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or savings, please directly contact Alila SCBD Jakarta.
  2. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  6. This Program’s General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the authority to revise/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any revisions/amendments/additions to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through Bank Danamon’s available communication media.
  8. In case of changes in benefits, risks, costs, and general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon Bank Danamon’s notification of the change via its available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her approval to the change in the event that he/she fails to file any objection. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her obligations still owed to Bank Danamon

  12. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority.
