Best Western Hotel: Save as much as 25%

The General Terms and Conditions of the Best Western Hotel Discount Program (Program General Terms and Conditions) apply to customers who participate in the Best Western Hotel discount program (Program) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in partnership with Best Western Hotel. 

The customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 1 May 2023 until 15 April 2024 (Program Period).

This Program is applicable for customers who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers must be holders of Bank Danamon Credit Cards or Charge Cards bearing the JCB, VISA, Mastercard or American Express logo.
  2. Customers must be holders of Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards bearing the Mastercard logo.
  1. The customer is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the customer's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The customer bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the customer serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  5. This Program offers the following discounts.
    • 20% (twenty percent) discount for room bookings which include breakfast for 2 (two) persons for minimum stay of 1 (one) night;
    • Potongan harga sebesar 25% (dua puluh lima persen) untuk pemesanan kamar (termasuk sarapan untuk 2 (dua) orang) minimal 2 (dua) malam. Hanya berlaku khusus periode menginap Idul Fitri (20 April 2023 - 26 April 2023) dan Festive Season (24 Desember 2023 - 30 Desember 2023).
    • 20% (twenty percent) discount for food in all restaurants at Best Western Hotels, subject to a minimum transaction worth Rp 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah) before taxes and service fees (not applicable for drinks, take away/dine out, pastries and catering;
    • 10% (ten percent) discount for the use of meeting rooms, whether full-day or half-day; and
    • 10% (ten percent) discount for laundry.

  8. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  1. Customers can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. The products and/or services in this particular program are entirely the responsibility of Best Western Hotel, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact the respective Best Western hotel.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards, General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms of Membership of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card. These terms and conditions remain in effect as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The customer agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The customer declares that all transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and /or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, program participation, or issuance of discounts to the corresponding customer.
  7. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.

REMINDER

Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
