I. Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the program (“Program General Terms and Conditions”) apply to customers who participate in the to avail of a 15% (fifteen percent) Discount at Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk which applies to Danamon Debit Card holders, Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos and Danamon American Express Charge Cards but does not apply to corporate credit cards ("Cardholders") to receive a Discount as stated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Customer hereby agrees and binds him/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.


II. Program Period

The Program is implemented during the period of 12 October 2023 to 30 September 2024 ("Program Period")..


III. Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The program applies to Bank Danamon customers who have and transact with the following types of cards ("Cardholders"): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos but does not apply to Corporate credit cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, suits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  5. The program is valid under the following conditions:
    • Discount of 15% (fifteen percent) with minimum transaction of Rp100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) and maximum transaction of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) before discount, tax and service charge. 
    • Program is valid for food and beverage purchases.
    • Program is valid for dine-in and take away;
    • Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period;
    • Program is valid for primary and supplementary Cards.
    • Program is not valid for split bill;
    • Program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction/Card/day;
    • Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos;
    • Program is valid at Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk outlet. Click here outlets that apply.
  6. By Cardholders making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

IV. General Terms and Conditions
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and therefore are the sole responsibility of Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact Ayam Tulang Lunak Hayam Wuruk.
  2. All transactions do not indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there is any report indicating fraud, deception and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, provided that they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, will remain in effect and bind the Cardholder as an integral unit.
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/complete these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  6. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions of this general program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit the aforementioned objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder that are still owed to Bank Danamon.    
  7. The Cardholder and/or the Cardholder's representative can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. These General Terms and Conditions are in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
I. Program Description

These General Terms and Conditions of the 15% Discount Program at Cream Fiction ("Program General Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who participate in the 15% Discount Program at Cream Fiction ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with Cream Fiction merchant partners.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


II. Program Period

The Program is implemented during the period of October 30, 2023 to October 31, 2024 ("Program Period").


III. Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The program applies to Bank Danamon customers who have and transact with the following types of cards ("Cardholders"): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos but does not apply to Corporate type credit cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  5. The Program applies with the following conditions:
    • 15% (fifteen percent) discount with minimum transaction of Rp150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) and maximum transaction of Rp500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) before discount, tax and service charge.
    • Valid for ala carte menu excluding package menu and hampers.
    • Valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period.
    • Program is valid for primary and supplementary Cards.
    • Program is not valid for split bill.
    • Program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction/Card/day.
    • Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos.
    • This program is valid at all Cream Fiction outlets located as follows:

  6. By Cardholders making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
     

IV. General Terms and Conditions
  1. Products, services and/or from merchant partners are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon so that it is entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are problems and/or complaints related to these products, services, and/or discounts, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel Program participation, and provide Program benefits to the relevant Program Holder. Cardholders are still obliged to pay off all their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, are declared to remain in effect and bind the Cardholders and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Debit/ATM Cards", "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit and Charge Card Membership" and "General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership". These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the Cardholder agrees to the changes in the event that the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders can submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and is a participant of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
I. Program Description

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who avail of the 15% discount program at Haka Restaurant (Program), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with merchant partner Haka Restaurant.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.


II. Program Period

The program is valid from 15 September 2023 until 30 September 2024 (Program Period).


III. Program Terms and Conditions  
  1. The program applies to Bank Danamon customers who hold and perform transactions using the following card types (Cardholders): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard or GPN logo; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logos (Cards).
  2. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The program applies based on the following conditions:
    • Discount of 15% (fifteen percent) with a required minimum transaction worth IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) and a maximum transaction worth IDR 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah);
    • Program applies to food purchases;
    • The Program applies to either dine-in or take away;
    • During the Program Period, the Program is valid any day excluding national holidays and Chinese New Year (9 - 11 February 2024);
    • The Program excludes VIP room reservations, weddings or other events;
    • The Program applies to eiher principal or supplementary cards;
    • The Program does not apply to split (separate) bills;
    • The Program is valid only for 1 (one) transaction/card/day;
    • The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions;
    • The Program applies at the following Haka Restaurant outlets:

  6. Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

IV. General Terms and Conditions 
  1. Products, services and/or savings in this Program are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding the product, service and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of discounts to the customer/cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable unit.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”. In case of discrepancies between these provisions, the "General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership" shall apply.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete this Program’s General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon. In case of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within the abovementioned time period. If the customer disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

These General Terms and Conditions of the 15% Discount Program at Kibo Cheese ("Program General Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who take part in the 15% Discount Program at Kibo Cheese ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with merchant partner Kibo Cheese. 

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:


II. Program Period

The Program shall be implemented during the period from November 20, 2023 to May 31, 2024 ("Program Period").


III. Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The Program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who have and transact with the following types of cards ("Cardholders"): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with Mastercard and NPG logos; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Cardholder's participation in this Program.
  5. The program applies with the following conditions:
    • 15% (fifteen percent) discount with a minimum transaction of Rp150,000 (One hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) and a maximum transaction of Rp 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah);
    • Program is valid for on-site food purchases. 
    • Program is valid every day including public holidays during the Program Period;
    • Program is valid for primary and additional Cards;
    • Program is not valid for split bill;
    • Program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction/Card/day;
    • The program cannot be combined with other programs or promos.

By Cardholders making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

These terms and conditions remain in effect to the extent not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon.   7. Pemegang Kartu dapat mengajukan pengaduan atas transaksi/layanan perbankan secara lisan maupun secara tertulis melalui kantor cabang Bank Danamon yang terdekat atau Hello Danamon (1-500-090) atau melalui email di hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Prosedur mengenai layanan pengaduan dapat diakses melalui website  https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk berizin dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan merupakan peserta penjaminan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  10. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini telah disesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan termasuk ketentuan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
I. Deskripsi Program

Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program Diskon 15% di Phos Bistro (“Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program”) ini merupakan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku bagi Pemegang Kartu yang mengikuti Program Diskon 15% di Phos Bistro (“Program”) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) bekerja sama dengan merchant partner Phos Bistro.

Nasabah dengan ini setuju dan mengikatkan diri terhadap seluruh ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini,


II. Periode Program

Program dilaksanakan selama periode tanggal 13 November 2023 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2024 (“Periode Program”).


III. Syarat dan Ketentuan Program 
  1. Program berlaku bagi nasabah Bank Danamon yang memiliki dan bertansaksi dengan tipe kartu (“Pemegang Kartu”) sebagai berikut: (i) Kartu Debit/ATM Bank Danamon berlogo Mastercard dan GPN; dan (ii) Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Bank Danamon berlogo Visa, Mastercard, JCB, dan American Express (“Kartu”).
  2. Pemegang Kartu wajib membaca dan memahami Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  3. Bank Danamon berhak menolak atau membatalkan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu atas Program ini apabila Pemegang Kartu tidak memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  4. Pemegang Kartu bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas segala risiko kerugian, tuntutan, gugatan, dan/atau klaim sehubungan dengan keikutsertaan dan/atau pembatalan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program ini.
  5. Program berlaku dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    • Diskon sebesar 15% (lima belas persen) dengan minimum transaksi sebesar Rp200.000 (dua ratus ribu rupiah) dan maksimal diskon Rp100.000 (seratus ribu rupiah) sebelum diskon, pajak dan service charge.
    • Program berlaku untuk pembelian makanan dan minuman. 
    • Program berlaku untuk makan di tempat (dine-in) dan bawa pulang (take away).
    • Program berlaku setiap hari termasuk hari libur nasional selama Periode Program.
    • Program berlaku untuk Kartu utama dan tambahan.
    • Program tidak berlaku untuk tagihan terpisah (split bill).
    • Program hanya berlaku untuk 1 (satu) kali transaksi/Kartu/hari.
    • Program tidak dapat digabung dengan program atau promo lainnya.

  6. Dengan Pemegang Kartu melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program maka Pemegang Kartu dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.

IV. Syarat dan Ketentuan Lain-Lain
  1. Produk dan/atau layanan dari merchant partner bukan merupakan produk dan tanggung jawab Bank Danamon sehingga sepenuhnya merupakan tanggung jawab dari merchant partner. Apabila terdapat kendala dan/atau keluhan sehubungan dengan produk dan/atau layanan, tersebut, silakan menghubungi merchant partner yang bersangkutan.
  2. Pemegang Kartu menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dan tidak akan ada transaksi yang terindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau transaksi lainnya yang tidak diperkenankan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
  3. Apabila terdapat indikasi penipuan, kecurangan, penyimpangan transaksi, transaksi tidak wajar, tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau tindakan lain yang tidak sesuai dengan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, maka Bank Danamon berhak melakukan pembatalan transaksi, pembatalan keikutsertaan Program, maupun pemberian manfaat Program dan/atau diskon kepada Pemegang Kartu tersebut. Pemegang Kartu tetap berkewajiban untuk melunasi seluruh kewajibannya kepada Bank Danamon (apabila ada).
  4. Syarat dan ketentuan lain yang terkait dengan produk dan/atau layanan perbankan, sepanjang tidak diatur berbeda dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini dinyatakan tetap berlaku dan mengikat Pemegang Kartu serta menjadi satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  5. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini merupakan satu kesatuan dan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan Perbankan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Kartu Debit/ATM Danamon”, “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Danamon American Express” dan “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit Danamon”. Syarat dan ketentuan tersebut tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak diatur lain dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini.
  6. Pemegang Kartu dengan ini setuju dan mengakui bahwa Bank Danamon berhak untuk memperbaiki/mengubah/melengkapi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini. Setiap perubahan/penambahan/pembaharuan atas Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini akan diberitahukan melalui media komunikasi yang tersedia pada Bank Danamon. Dalam hal terdapat perubahan manfaat, risiko, biaya, syarat dan ketentuan berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini, maka Pemegang Kartu berhak mengajukan keberatannya secara tertulis kepada Bank Danamon dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja terhitung sejak pemberitahuan perubahan tersebut dilakukan oleh Bank Danamon melalui media komunikasi Bank Danamon. Pemegang Kartu setuju bahwa Bank Danamon akan menganggap Pemegang Kartu menyetujui perubahan tersebut dalam hal Pemegang Kartu tidak mengajukan keberatan dalam jangka waktu tersebut. Apabila Pemegang Kartu tidak menyetujui perubahan tersebut, maka Pemegang Kartu berhak untuk membatalkan kepesertaan Program dengan terlebih dahulu menyelesaikan seluruh kewajiban Pemegang Kartu kepada Bank Danamon (apabila ada). 
  7. Pemegang Kartu dapat mengajukan pengaduan atas transaksi/layanan perbankan secara lisan maupun secara tertulis melalui kantor cabang Bank Danamon yang terdekat atau Hello Danamon (1-500-090) atau melalui email di hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Prosedur mengenai layanan pengaduan dapat diakses melalui website  https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk berizin dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan merupakan peserta penjaminan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  10. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini telah disesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan termasuk ketentuan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
I. Program Description

These general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions) refer to the terms and conditions that apply to Cardholders who avail of the 15% discount program at Pizzeria Cavalese (Program), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with merchant partner Pizzeria Cavalese.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions in the Program General Terms and Conditions.


II. Program Period

The program is valid from 22 September 2023 until 30 September 2024 (Program Period).


III. Program Terms and Conditions
  1. The program applies to Bank Danamon customers who hold and perform transactions using the following card types (Cardholders): (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard or GPN logo; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logos (Cards).
  2. All Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon has the right to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to fulfill the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The program applies based on the following conditions:
    • Discount of 15% (fifteen percent) with a required minimum transaction worth IDR 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah), no maximum transaction;
    • Program applies to food purchases;
    • The Program applies to either dine-in or take away;
    • During the Program Period, the Program is valid any day;
    • The Program applies to either principal or supplementary cards;
    • The Program does not apply to split (separate) bills;
    • The Program is valid only for 1 (one) transaction/card/day;
    • The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions;

Once the Cardholder performs transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, he/she is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to its General Terms and Conditions. The transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and agreement to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

IV. General Terms and Conditions 
  1. Products, services and/or savings in this Program are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding the product, service and/or savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
  2. All transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or issuance of discounts to the customer/cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as these are not regulated differently in the Program’s Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an inseparable unit.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Card Membership”. In case of discrepancies between these provisions, the "General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership" shall apply.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete this Program’s General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or other available communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon. In case of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, and General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit any objections within the abovementioned time period. If the customer disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints concerning banking products/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
I. Deskripsi Program

Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program Diskon 15% di Phos Bistro (“Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program”) ini merupakan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku bagi Pemegang Kartu yang mengikuti Program Diskon 15% di Phos Bistro (“Program”) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) bekerja sama dengan merchant partner Phos Bistro.

Nasabah dengan ini setuju dan mengikatkan diri terhadap seluruh ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini,


II. Periode Program

Program dilaksanakan selama periode tanggal 13 November 2023 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2024 (“Periode Program”).


III. Syarat dan Ketentuan Program 
  1. Program berlaku bagi nasabah Bank Danamon yang memiliki dan bertansaksi dengan tipe kartu (“Pemegang Kartu”) sebagai berikut: (i) Kartu Debit/ATM Bank Danamon berlogo Mastercard dan GPN; dan (ii) Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Bank Danamon berlogo Visa, Mastercard, JCB, dan American Express (“Kartu”).
  2. Pemegang Kartu wajib membaca dan memahami Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  3. Bank Danamon berhak menolak atau membatalkan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu atas Program ini apabila Pemegang Kartu tidak memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  4. Pemegang Kartu bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas segala risiko kerugian, tuntutan, gugatan, dan/atau klaim sehubungan dengan keikutsertaan dan/atau pembatalan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program ini.
  5. Program berlaku dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    • Diskon sebesar 15% (lima belas persen) dengan minimum transaksi sebesar Rp200.000 (dua ratus ribu rupiah) dan maksimal diskon Rp100.000 (seratus ribu rupiah) sebelum diskon, pajak dan service charge.
    • Program berlaku untuk pembelian makanan dan minuman. 
    • Program berlaku untuk makan di tempat (dine-in) dan bawa pulang (take away).
    • Program berlaku setiap hari termasuk hari libur nasional selama Periode Program.
    • Program berlaku untuk Kartu utama dan tambahan.
    • Program tidak berlaku untuk tagihan terpisah (split bill).
    • Program hanya berlaku untuk 1 (satu) kali transaksi/Kartu/hari.
    • Program tidak dapat digabung dengan program atau promo lainnya.

  6. Dengan Pemegang Kartu melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program maka Pemegang Kartu dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.

IV. Syarat dan Ketentuan Lain-Lain
  1. Produk dan/atau layanan dari merchant partner bukan merupakan produk dan tanggung jawab Bank Danamon sehingga sepenuhnya merupakan tanggung jawab dari merchant partner. Apabila terdapat kendala dan/atau keluhan sehubungan dengan produk dan/atau layanan, tersebut, silakan menghubungi merchant partner yang bersangkutan.
  2. Pemegang Kartu menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dan tidak akan ada transaksi yang terindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau transaksi lainnya yang tidak diperkenankan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
  3. Apabila terdapat indikasi penipuan, kecurangan, penyimpangan transaksi, transaksi tidak wajar, tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau tindakan lain yang tidak sesuai dengan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, maka Bank Danamon berhak melakukan pembatalan transaksi, pembatalan keikutsertaan Program, maupun pemberian manfaat Program dan/atau diskon kepada Pemegang Kartu tersebut. Pemegang Kartu tetap berkewajiban untuk melunasi seluruh kewajibannya kepada Bank Danamon (apabila ada).
  4. Syarat dan ketentuan lain yang terkait dengan produk dan/atau layanan perbankan, sepanjang tidak diatur berbeda dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini dinyatakan tetap berlaku dan mengikat Pemegang Kartu serta menjadi satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  5. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini merupakan satu kesatuan dan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan Perbankan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Kartu Debit/ATM Danamon”, “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Danamon American Express” dan “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit Danamon”. Syarat dan ketentuan tersebut tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak diatur lain dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini.
  6. Pemegang Kartu dengan ini setuju dan mengakui bahwa Bank Danamon berhak untuk memperbaiki/mengubah/melengkapi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini. Setiap perubahan/penambahan/pembaharuan atas Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini akan diberitahukan melalui media komunikasi yang tersedia pada Bank Danamon. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program Diskon 15% di Thien Thien Lai Restaurant (“Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program”) ini merupakan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku bagi Pemegang Kartu yang mengikuti Program Diskon 15% di Thien Thien Lai Restaurant (“Program”) yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) bekerja sama dengan merchant partner Thien Thien Lai Restaurant.

Nasabah dengan ini setuju dan mengikatkan diri terhadap seluruh ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini,


II. Periode Program

Program dilaksanakan selama periode tanggal 23 Oktober 2023 sampai dengan 31 Oktober 2024 (“Periode Program”).


III. Syarat dan Ketentuan Program 
  1. Program berlaku bagi nasabah Bank Danamon yang memiliki dan bertansaksi dengan tipe kartu (“Pemegang Kartu”) sebagai berikut : (i) Kartu Debit/ATM Bank Danamon berlogo Mastercard dan GPN; dan (ii) Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Bank Danamon berlogo Visa, Mastercard, JCB, dan American Express (“Kartu”).
  2. Pemegang Kartu wajib membaca dan memahami Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  3. Bank Danamon berhak menolak atau membatalkan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu atas Program ini apabila Pemegang Kartu tidak memenuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  4. Pemegang Kartu bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya atas segala risiko kerugian, tuntutan, gugatan, dan/atau klaim sehubungan dengan keikutsertaan dan/atau pembatalan keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program ini.
  5. Program berlaku dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
    • Program berupa diskon sebesar 15% (lima belas persen) dengan minimum transaksi sebesar Rp500.000,- (lima ratus ribu rupiah) dan maksimal transaksi Rp2.000.000,- (dua juta rupiah) di luar pajak dan service charge.
    • Program berlaku untuk pembelian makanan ala carte, tidak berlaku untuk dimsum, menu paket, menu promo dan minuman. 
    • Program berlaku untuk makan di tempat (dine-in) dan bawa pulang (take away).
    • Program berlaku setiap hari selama Periode Program.
    • Program tidak berlaku di tanggal sebagai berikut :
      • 25 Desember 2023
      • 30-31 Desember 2023
      • 1 Januari 2024.
      • 9-15 Februari 2024.
      • 9-16 April 2024.
    • Program berlaku untuk Kartu utama dan tambahan.
    • Program tidak berlaku untuk tagihan terpisah (split bill).
    • Program hanya berlaku untuk 1 (satu) kali transaksi/Kartu/hari.
    • Program tidak dapat digabung dengan program atau promo lainnya.
    • Program berlaku di outlet Thien Thien Lai sebagai berikut:

  6. Dengan Pemegang Kartu melakukan transaksi sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program maka Pemegang Kartu dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan menyetujui untuk mengikuti Program dan tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program. Atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Pemegang Kartu tersebut merupakan bukti yang sah atas keikutsertaan Pemegang Kartu pada Program dan persetujuan Pemegang Kartu untuk tunduk pada Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.

IV. Syarat dan Ketentuan Lain-Lain
  1. Produk dan/atau layanan dari merchant partner bukan merupakan produk dan tanggung jawab Bank Danamon sehingga sepenuhnya merupakan tanggung jawab dari merchant partner. Apabila terdapat kendala dan/atau keluhan sehubungan dengan produk dan/atau layanan, tersebut, silakan menghubungi merchant partner yang bersangkutan.
  2. Pemegang Kartu menyatakan bahwa tidak ada dan tidak akan ada transaksi yang terindikasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau transaksi lainnya yang tidak diperkenankan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
  3. Apabila terdapat indikasi penipuan, kecurangan, penyimpangan transaksi, transaksi tidak wajar, tindak pidana pencucian uang dan/atau tindakan lain yang tidak sesuai dengan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, maka Bank Danamon berhak melakukan pembatalan transaksi, pembatalan keikutsertaan Program, maupun pemberian manfaat Program dan/atau diskon kepada Pemegang Kartu tersebut. Syarat dan ketentuan lain yang terkait dengan produk dan/atau layanan perbankan, sepanjang tidak diatur berbeda dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini dinyatakan tetap berlaku dan mengikat Pemegang Kartu serta menjadi satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan dari Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program.
  5. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini merupakan satu kesatuan dan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Rekening dan Layanan Perbankan PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”, “Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Kartu Debit/ATM Danamon”, “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit dan Kartu Charge Danamon American Express” dan “Syarat-Syarat dan Ketentuan-Ketentuan Umum Keanggotaan Kartu Kredit Danamon”. Syarat dan ketentuan tersebut tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak diatur lain dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini.
  6. Pemegang Kartu dengan ini setuju dan mengakui bahwa Bank Danamon berhak untuk memperbaiki/mengubah/melengkapi Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini. Setiap perubahan/penambahan/pembaharuan atas Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini akan diberitahukan melalui media komunikasi yang tersedia pada Bank Danamon. Dalam hal terdapat perubahan manfaat, risiko, biaya, syarat dan ketentuan berdasarkan Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini, maka Pemegang Kartu berhak mengajukan keberatannya secara tertulis kepada Bank Danamon dalam waktu 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja terhitung sejak pemberitahuan perubahan tersebut dilakukan oleh Bank Danamon melalui media komunikasi Bank Danamon. Pemegang Kartu setuju bahwa Bank Danamon akan menganggap Pemegang Kartu menyetujui perubahan tersebut dalam hal Pemegang Kartu tidak mengajukan keberatan dalam jangka waktu tersebut. Apabila Pemegang Kartu tidak menyetujui perubahan tersebut, maka Pemegang Kartu berhak untuk membatalkan kepesertaan Program dengan terlebih dahulu menyelesaikan seluruh kewajiban Pemegang Kartu kepada Bank Danamon (apabila ada). 
  7. Pemegang Kartu dapat mengajukan pengaduan atas transaksi/layanan perbankan secara lisan maupun secara tertulis melalui kantor cabang Bank Danamon yang terdekat atau Hello Danamon (1-500-090) atau melalui email di hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  8. Prosedur mengenai layanan pengaduan dapat diakses melalui website  https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk berizin dan diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan merupakan peserta penjaminan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  10. Syarat dan Ketentuan Umum Program ini telah disesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan termasuk ketentuan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

PERINGATAN
Nasabah wajib berhati-hati terhadap penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Bank Danamon dengan menjanjikan hadiah dalam bentuk apapun. Segala penipuan ataupun perbuatan kejahatan lainnya yang dilakukan oleh pihak lain/ketiga yang dikaitkan dengan atau mengatasnamakan Program adalah di luar kewenangan Bank Danamon.
