GRAB – Hemat hingga Rp25.000,-

The GRAB Ramadhan promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with GRAB enables Danamon Grab Credit Cards with Visa logo and Bin number 439136. (“Danamon Card”) to avail of a discount in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Program”).

This program is valid from 16 May 2022 until 31 December 2022 (“Program Period”).

C. Syarat dan Ketentuan Program
  1. The Program involves the following:
    1. Weekend Travel
    1. The program refers to a discount of Rp 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabCar services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 25,000 (Twenty Five Tousand Rupiah). Use promo code WEEKENDGC.
    2. The program refers to a discount of Rp 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabBike services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupiah).  Use promo code WEEKENDGB.
    3. The Weekend Travel Program is valid every Saturday and Sunday in the months of May, June, September, October and November 2022.

    2. End of Month Treats
    1. The program refers to a discount of Rp 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabFood services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 60,000 (Sixty Thousand Rupiah). Use promo code TRAKTIRANDNM during the program period.
    2. The program is valid from 25th to 31st during the months of May, June, September, October and November 2022.

    3. Magercation 
    1. The program refers to a discount of Rp 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabMart services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah). Use promo code MAGERCATIONGM.
    2. The program refers to a discount of Rp 12,500 (Twelve Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabFood services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah). Use promo code MAGERCATIONGF.
    3. The Magercation Program is valid from 1 - 30 June 2022.

    4. BDI Anniversary
    1. The program refers to a discount of Rp 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabMart services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 100,000.
    2. The program refers to a discount of Rp 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabCar services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
    3. The program refers to a discount of Rp 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabBike services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
    4. The program refers to a discount of Rp 5,000 (Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabExpress services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
    5. The program refers to a discount of Rp 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rupiah) applicable for GrabFood services with a minimum transaction worth Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
    6. The BDI Anniversary Program is valid from 1 July 2022 until 31 July 2022.
  2. The program is valid for Danamon Card holders.
  3. The program has an applicable quota. If there is a cancellation because it has gone beyond the quota, Grab will refund based on the nominal paid after deducting the discount, not the initial price.
  4. Grabgift vouchers for the Grabfood category are issued twice (2 times) per month per Danamon Card holder. During the Program Period, Danamon Card holders can get the voucher back in the succeeding month.
  5. The program is valid any day throughout the Program Period.
  6. The program is valid for both principal and supplementary cards.
  7. A valid promo code will appear when checking out the order on the Grab application.
     


  1. Grab’s products, services and/or discounts are entirely the responsibility of Grab, not of Bank Danamon. If there are complaints and/or problems regarding these products, services and/or discounts, please contact Grab directly.
  2. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees and authorizes Bank Danamon to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in this Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  6. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions serve as an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  8. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder’s approval to the change in the event that he/she does not file any objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, then he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all of his/her outstanding obligations owed to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id verbally or in writing.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
