Flawless Diamonds Program

This promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”), in collaboration with merchant partner Flawless Diamonds, is valid for all Credit Card holders bearing the JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos, and Danamon American Express Charge Cards (“Cardholders”) to avail of discounts and 0% instalment in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (“Program”).

The Program is valid from 15 April 2022 until 15 April 2023 (“Program Period”).

  1. Cardholders who perform transactions at the Flawless Diamonds offline store can avail of the privilege to participate in the 0% installment program with a tenor of 3, 6, 12 and 24 months.
  2. Cardholders can also avail of direct discount vouchers for transactions with the following conditions:
    •    Rp 1,000,000 discount for a minimum transaction worth Rp 20,000,000
    •    Rp 2,500,000 discount for a minimum transaction worth Rp 50,000,000
    •    Rp 5,000,000 discount for a minimum transaction worth Rp 100,000,000
    •    Free Merchandise (Memo Book) for every transaction worth at least Rp 20,000,000.
  3. This program is valid any day and applies to multiples.

  5. This program is valid for transactions at the Flawless Diamonds offline store.
  6. This program applies to both principal and supplementary cards.
  7. This program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  8. This program’s policies, terms and conditions, which are subject to change any time with prior notice, are at the absolute discretion of Flawless Diamonds.
  9. By participating in this promo, customers are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions form an inseparable and integral part of the applicable terms and conditions.

  1. The discounts, products and services of Flawless Diamonds are entirely the responsibility of Flawless Diamonds as the merchant partner, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and services, please contact Flawless Diamonds directly.
  2. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or savings to the Cardholder.
  4. The Cardholder agrees and authorizes Bank Danamon to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  5. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in this Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an inseparable unit.
  6. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions serve as an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
  7. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to this Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon.
  8. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume the Cardholder’s approval to the change in the event that he/she does not file any objection. If the Cardholder does not agree to the change, then he/she has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all of his/her outstanding obligations owed to Bank Danamon (if any).
  9. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id verbally or in writing.

  11. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  12. These General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
