Perfect Health: Up to 24 Months 0% Installment Program

The 0% Installment Program for up to 24 months at Perfect Health (Program), which is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) in collaboration with merchant partner Perfect Health, applies to participating Cardholders subject to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions). 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the following Program General Terms and Conditions.

The program is valid from 18 April 2023 to 30 April 2024 (Program Period).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Danamon has the full authority to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Cardholders who perform transactions at Perfect Health stores can avail of the Program’s privileges particularly 0% (zero percent) installment for tenors of 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
  5. The program applies to Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express logos, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Cards (Cards).
  6. Throughout the coverage of the Program Period, the program is valid any day, including national holidays.

  8. The program is applicable for both principal and supplementary cards.
  9. Every transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
  10. Every transaction that is converted into installments is not entitled to receive D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  11. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promos, except for internal programs and/or promotions by Perfect Health.
  12. Upon performing transaction in accordance with the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and complied with its General Terms and Conditions. The transaction performed by the Cardholder serves as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The products, services and/or 0% installment are entirely the responsibility of partner merchants, not of Bank Danamon. If there are complaints and/or problems regarding these products, services and/or installment, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction or installments to the Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and shall bind the Cardholder and become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership” and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Credit Card Membership”. These terms and conditions shall remain in effect as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In the event that there are changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days starting from the date of notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement and compliance with these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the Cardholder disagrees to these changes, then he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
     

    REMINDER
    Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
