Up to 24 Months 0% Installment at Rodo

These General Terms and Conditions of the 0% Installment Program at Rodo ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to Customers who participate in the 0% Installment Program at Rodo ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon"). 

The Customer hereby agrees and binds him/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program runs from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 ("Program Period").

Customers who hold Danamon credit and charge cards with JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos (except for Corporate cards).


  1. The Customer must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer has not fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. The Customer is entirely responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Customer's participation in this Program.
  4. By making a transaction, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The following are the terms and conditions of this program:
    • Cardholders who make transactions at Rodo offline stores will be given the privilege of participating in the 0% installment program with a tenor of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. 
    • 3-month tenor with a minimum transaction of IDR3,000,000 (three million rupiah) and 6-24 months with a minimum transaction of IDR5,000,000 (five million rupiah).The program is valid every day and applies multiples.
    • Every transaction that is converted into installments will be charged an administration fee of IDR15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah).
    • Every transaction converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    • The process of applying for conversion to installments is done directly during online transactions and has never been submitted through other channels (eg SMS, Email).
    • Valid for Danamon credit and charge card holders with JCB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos (except Corporate cards). 
    • Program applies to the primary card and supplementary card.
  6. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time with prior notice, and are at the sole discretion of Rodo. 
  7. By participating in this promo, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions. 
  8. These Terms and Conditions are an inseparable part and an integral part of the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Customers can avail of the 0% installment program when making payments at Rodo by simply informing the Customer's preferred term requirement.

  1. Customers can submit complaints concerning banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services from merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of merchant partners, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or savings, please contact the corresponding merchant partner directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the Program General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and shall become an inseparable part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk”. The terms and conditions remain valid as long as those are not regulated otherwise in the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/amend/update the Program General Terms and Conditions. Any changes/amendments/updates to the Program General Terms and Conditions will be notified via Bank Danamon’s available communication media. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon through its available communication media. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider his/her agreement to the changes if he/she fails to submit an objection within that time period. If the Customer disagrees with those changes, he/she has the right to cancel participation in the Program by first completing all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. The Customer declares that transactions have no indications of money laundering and/or other similar transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, Program participation or issuance of rewards to the corresponding Customer. 
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, which is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

REMINDER

Customers must be wary of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties / third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
